The property was just as described. There were 4 of of us and had plenty of room and then some. The hot tub was an added bonus. There's much to do within a short walking distance which was nice. We would definitely stay here next visit.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the livestock show and rodeo. The Host was very accommodating and was very prompt to help us in any way. The house was perfect for 2 couples.

Girl Trip

Quick girls trip to SA - the house was clean, modern and centrally located. We didn't use the kitchen but it was fully equipped. We used the hot tub each evening which was a nice touch to the trip. We will be back!

Very accommodating, Loved the Hammock Swings, wife loved that there was individual Makeup remover in the restrooms!! Very Clean, Also walking distance to many Bars and Restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

San Antonio Get Away

Had a great stay at this home. About a 20 minute walk to the Alamo and Riverwalk. Enjoyed using the hot tub both nights we were there. Would stay again. Shower tile in the bathroom needed some attention and water leaked out from under the glass panel, but nothing that towels couldn’t take care of.

Great home and very close to lots of activities

House was perfect for the 4 of us and walking distance to many eateries and 15 minute walk to river walk. Very nicely finished inside and areas available for sitting outside that were shaded.

Stunning, super clean and cozy home! The house met all our needs, great location, a short walk to local restaurants and all the sites including the Riverwalk, quick access to the highway

When visiting new places, we like to discover great coffee shops, find hole in-the-wall restaurants (as well as fine dining), and to try craft cocktails or local breweries + wine. We have kids and two dogs, which we have taken plenty of road trips and flights with. Finding clean, safe, modern, and fun accommodations is always important to us regardless of how long or far our adventures take us. We love hosting and entertaining!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We have family and friends throughout the great state of Texas, where San Antonio has served as a great middle point when we are in town. The city has grown, yet we love that it still has that warm and friendly feel to it. Over the pandemic we decided to purchase a vacation home so we could spend more time with loved ones, and we fell in love with the Lavaca neighborhood. It is charming, full of life, and the location made it a perfect area. The property ended up being an amazing and opportune find. It is so well connected, close to the airport, and in a safe and friendly neighborhood. It is in the heart of Downtown right across from all the must-see touristic attractions, and at the gateway of rich cultural local and artistic neighborhoods which are known as Southtown. I love that we can catch a concert, dine out, hang out in the city, or engage with the local artistic community. You can uber for under 10 dollars / 5 minutes and get to anywhere + anything you might need; it is even cheaper than paying for downtown parking! Many locals will park on our streets to catch events in the city.
The house is very welcoming and peaceful, you forget you are in town. The rooms are inviting, and the open living keeps everyone connected. The property comfortably hosts 6 people. With 2 bathrooms and amazing outdoor spaces, we hope our guests feel welcome. The Kitchen is fully equipped and there are top of the line appliances throughout the house, including contactless check-in. The off main balcony is a great touch!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location is amazing. The layout of the living spaces gives your entire party a gathering place. The outdoor spaces and balconies offer more space to share. Each room provides plenty of privacy.
There is plenty of parking available with a long driveway and two parking pads. Given the location, you can catch an Uber right away (due to its proximity to Downtown) and at a low rate since everything is so close by. You can also rent a scooter or bike from one of the many ride-share options!
