Magnifique grande maison très proche des attractions!

La propriété est très fermée à de nombreux grands emplacements; il n'est qu'à environ 1, 5 heures de la magnifique région du lac Tahoe, à peu près à la même distance du grand parc de Yosemite. Pour la grande région de Sacramento et l'aéroport de Sacramento, la maison n'est qu'à environ 20 minutes. Visitez l'hôtel de ville historique de Sacramento et le vieux Sacramento tout en visitant Roseville. En ville, vous trouverez de nombreux endroits à visiter tels que; le centre commercial Galería, le quartier commerçant des fontaines, le grill Studio Movie, le casino Thunder (à seulement 5 minutes de la propriété) et de nombreux excellents restaurants dans la région. La maison est à environ 20 minutes du lac Folsom et des points de vente Folsom. Vous profiterez d'un moment très détendu dans la région.

L'espace
La maison est très spacieuse et a un design moderne. Maison à aire ouverte, avec cinq chambres et 3 salles de bain. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un bon repas. Toutes les chambres sont vraiment spacieuses et avec 3 salons, vous et votre groupe aurez beaucoup d'espace pour passer du temps ensemble. Situé dans un Cul de Sac, c'est un espace très calme et reposant. Pour les chaudes journées d'été, la maison dispose d'une grande piscine avec beaucoup de jardin et un grill pour vos barbecues spéciaux.

Excellent stay for volleyball

The house was immaculate and had all of the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable, and the many bathrooms provided great privacy for our three families. Sheila was very quick to respond to questions. We will be back.

Nice big clean house.

Nice big clean newer house conveniently located and worked well for our family of eight adults. We spent Christmas there and were very happy to find a Christmas tree and decorations.Thank you.

Great spot! Pool was awesome

It was a perfect spot and great size for our family. The pool was a life safer. Other then the hot water was way too hot. Everything else was Great! We would stay again.

Home Away from Home

Owner was very nice and made our check-in & extended stay stress free with easy to follow directions. She had everything organized inside & out and important things noted, which helped make our stay more relaxing. Property was immaculate and furnished with everything needed(including a porta crib which we forgot to pack) to complete a relaxing and worry free stay away from home. Thank you so much to Sheila from our family!

Best find in Roseville!

We loved our home away from home! This home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood in a quiet little cul-de-sac. My husband loved his daily runs along the paths of the nearby park. This is a very spacious home with ample space for a large family to comfortably stay for multiple nights. The bedrooms are big with very comfortable beds, not always the case in a vacation rental. The gourmet kitchen is a chefs dream! The best feature of this home is the backyard! The covered patio with the fan was a nice place to sit and relax while the kids were swimming. The pool is heated with solar and was perfect for swimming all day and into the evening. The homeowners are wonderful to work with and are very responsive. We look forward to making this property our home away from home while we are visiting family in Roseville.

Review of Christmas stay

The house is lovely and fulfilled our needs very well. My problem with the property manager was slowness of communication and information we asked for. She did not approve us until the very last minute when approval was promised in 24 hours. We wanted to watch regular TV and it took 3 emails from me to get the password for Sling which I never had heard of. Even with Sling we could only get CNN and we are older and are not used to all the different choices when all we wanted was regular NBC etc.. We were at fault for not using the right box to get in but when I texted her to call me she did not. We discovered our mistake and got in. Previous reviews have praised her for responsiveness but that was not our experience.

Absolutely Fantastic! Need to keep this a secret!

This home is absolutely beautiful, with a huge kitchen that is a dream, spacious and VERY comfortable bedrooms, beautiful decor, and a very grand feeling. The backyard is the best with a beautiful pool, several spaces to relax, and a great table in the shade for dinner and/or conversation. Everything was perfect. Our gracious host responded quickly and we had no problems or concerns during our stay. I would highly recommend this home, as it's close to everything. I hesitate to share, because once the secret is out, everyone will want to stay here! 5 Stars for sure!
