The home was perfect, it was clean spacious and had everything we needed. The home had an outdoor living area with a TV which we really enjoyed. Most importantly it was in a nice area.

Very impressed with the home. Clean inside and out. Beds.. heavenly. Hot tub was awesome and well needed. We came for a wedding, several had stay in the area. All were so blown away from the home. Quiet neighborhood ...everything a short drive away. Next year ...I definitely will be back.

My daughter and I stayed at this property while she was working on her private pilot's license at Lincoln airport, and I telecommuted. This lovely house did not disappoint! Super clean and comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen so I could cook. It was also very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the community rec center. It was just like being at home (except I didn't have to mow the lawn!). Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

You have to stay here! Can't recommend enough

House was beautifully decorated to feel less like a vacation rental and more like an upscale home. Well maintained and clean too. Centrally located in a good neighbourhood. Would highly recommend. Owner was communicative and attentive.

Danelle is the best VRBO host ever!

I use VRBO a lot for vacation and to visit family out of state. I've had mostly great experiences, and a few clunkers. This home is immaculate and beautifully appointed, but the 'secret sauce' is Danelle. I rented this home to host my granddaughter's h.s. (lunchtime) graduation open house. Danelle was not only extremely communicative and friendly, she offered to get the tables and chairs delivered and picked up (to take that off my list) AND she personally picked out the centerpieces! She is amazing! The home has a great 'flow' for an open house: two living rooms, a beautiful shady backyard, and a fairly good sized kitchen. The taco truck was in the driveway, and there were bistro tables in the newly epoxied garage. We had more than 50 people (maybe not at one time!) and it never felt crowded. Even if you are not hosting a lunch-time get together, I cannot recommend this property enough!

Perfect for Our Golf Vacation

We attended the Ticket To Dream Foundation's annual golf tournament. This year we decided it would be more relaxing to stay at a house instead of a hotel. This was an awesome decision. The host had great communication, the house was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The covered back patio was perfect for an evening of unwinding. It is also very close to Safeway if you want to cook or the Fountains if you was to eat out & shop.

Long weekend trip

The property was beautiful! When we walked in there was a definite “ WOW” factor. Very clean, organized and very well maintained! The host was very gracious and had everything we needed. I would rate this stay a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much.

Very Good Overall

Nice clean home, well located and safe neighborhood within the area. Could use a more complete inventory of cooking utensil's and thorough inspection ie: a light bulb out in master br and outside trash receptacles were completely full and I had to move them out for collection and return to storage area. Otherwise very comfortable home and nice pleasant host.

Fun time in Roseville

Very nice cozy rental. It’s in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of space for a family or just a couple. The hot tub is clean and the jets are perfect. Love the outside speakers and tv. Beds are super cozy.

Very nice, clean and the beds are really comfortable, overall great place to stay. The host was very helpful and responded to any questions I had. My son loved the hot tub in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Experience

Can’t say enough about this home. Great place for a family, the home was clean, modern, comfortable, great location and close to freeways (not too close) and close to restaurants. The back yard was lovely and my kids loved the hot tub. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

Everything was incredible! The house was decorated nicely and very clean. The owner was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond with anything needed. The house is equipped with everything you need and more and the hot tub is very relaxing in a quiet backyard. It was an awesome place to stay when visiting Sacramento area!
