Service de plage gratuit! 2 chaises longues et 1 parasol mis en place quotidiennement (saisonnier du 15 mars au 31 octobre)

Ne laissez pas le manque d'avis vous empêcher de réserver ce fabuleux condo! Nouveau dans notre programme de location pour l'année 2020, réservez ce condo face à la plage classé platine! Le propriétaire a complètement rénové ce magnifique condo. Les nouveaux sols en bois LVT sont absolument magnifiques. La cuisine gastronomique comprend de nouveaux comptoirs en quartz, des appareils en acier inoxydable, un dosseret, etc. Une nouvelle douche à l'italienne et un meuble-lavabo ont été ajoutés à la salle de bain principale. Deux lits doubles sont fournis dans la chambre avec salle de bain rénovée.

Un salon spacieux avec un mobilier confortable et une télévision grand écran sont fournis pour votre plus grand plaisir. Le canapé-lit et les fauteuils inclinables en cuir sont parfaits pour profiter de la vue sur le golfe, regarder la télévision, recevoir des amis ou simplement faire une sieste bien méritée.

Le salon et la chambre principale jouxtent un grand balcon 10x28. L'espace de vie supplémentaire du balcon est parfait pour vos vacances à la plage. Dînez au son des vagues et des couchers de soleil majestueux ou détendez-vous sur les chaises longues et profitez du soleil.

La cuisine / salle à manger offre une cuisine entièrement rénovée avec une grande barre de petit déjeuner à hauteur de comptoir et des appareils améliorés, y compris un réfrigérateur côte à côte avec distributeur de glace et d'eau filtrée, une cuisinière, un four micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle. La salle à manger comprend une grande table à manger en bois côtier avec banc et 4 chaises. Le bar du petit déjeuner propose 4 chaises supplémentaires.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un accès au balcon, une vue sur le golfe et une télévision à écran plat. Une salle de bains privative avec douche à l'italienne est incluse. La chambre d'hôtes offre deux lits doubles et un accès privé à la salle de bain. La salle de bain des invités a été rénovée avec de magnifiques contours de carreaux, une baignoire / douche combinée et des portes en verre.

Réservez ce condo de plage pour des vacances à la plage parfaites et confortables. Vous serez content de l'avoir fait!

Loved the comfortable furniture! Loved the stocked kitchen. The washer dryer worked great! The beach chairs were included. The pool is half shaded and half in the sun! Master bed is very soft and our backs aren't great with it but still that is just our preference. I want to go back to Tropic Winds.

Perfect Family Friendly Beach Condo

The location, cleanliness, amenities, and host communication were all perfection. And the view from the huge balcony was amazing! The added bonus of the beach chair and umbrella service was the cherry on top! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend our annual family Summer vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is beautiful & well kept. There was every utensil & household items we could need or want available. Our children enjoyed the balcony, the double beds in the guest room, & the half indoor/outdoor pool. The location of the building is on a less occupied busy part of PCB, but still within minutes of anything you could need. We were able to have Walmart delivery with no issues when needed however. The parking garage is tough to get used to in terms of turning at each level & can get backed up with cars waiting pretty quickly, but once you’ve left a few times it’s a breeze. We had really no issues with elevator wait time or even a busy packed pool & that pool is really nice after a sunburn day on the beach! The balcony in our unit was so large & beautiful. There was one broken fan which no one had ever mentioned which we had to make sure we turned off. Upon arrival we had someone parked in our spot & I called Riley (one of the Greta employees who had literally just called me about check in) and he came down within minutes and had us a temporary spot. After that parking issue we had no others. The garage workers who check for passes were really helpful & friendly every time we saw them. My only complaint is the wristbands and beach chairs. We are rule followers and I made my kids snap them all on the moment we got ready to leave the unit only to remember we had scheduled family photos the next day. We were able to keep them intact to use for the remainder of the trip, but it was a pain the moment we realized they were only temporary & couldn’t be readjusted. The two free beach chairs were awesome, but we weren’t sure how to get signed up for them or if it meant the blue chairs out front. One of attendants helped us get set up. Other than that we enjoyed the whole unit/building. The view is spectacular, the entrances to the beach are great, not too busy, & everything very clean. The building is super quiet & peaceful. Definitely recomm

June 2022 Stay

This condo is so well thought out. It had everything we want in a condo…a table and chairs for breakfast on the balcony; two very nice leather recliners and a large tv for my husband. A comfortable king bed; and it’s located on the outskirts of PCB, so it’s not nearly as busy. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

Amazing stay

This property is awesome. From the huge deck we saw many different sea creatures. Dolphins, stingray, manatee and yes a few shark. Chairs and umbrella that came with the rental was a great bonus. We will definitely rent again if we go back. The only issue was the hot tub was broke until our last night.

We also loved having the two recliners in the living room. Rare to find condos that offer recliners so this was absolutely wonderful for us.

Amazing Vacation Condo!

We absolutely loved our time in this condo. The view of the sunrise and sunsets, the easy access to the beach all hours of the day, the complimentary chairs and umbrella as well as parking space, the beach toys and wagon, the beautiful rooms and living space….it was all perfect!!! The condo is in a quieter area of the Panama strip which we liked a lot after having driven down near Pier Park. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to use your great condo! We loved it!!!

1st week of Summer 2024 Smashing!

This is one of the best condos I've ever rented. The owners did a superb job remodeling the unit and furnishing it with all the right pieces, the best being a high top table on patio to see the view over the railing, 2 huge recliners, which you rarely find in a rental, and a high end super comfortable leather sofa. So many attentions to detail. The views and sounds of the sea are unmatched. I will be back and will highly recommend.

Need more transparency

The condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. But, everything else about Tropic Winds condos was very disappointing. First off, please be aware the condo is only about 1150 square feet. The photos make it look much larger and if we would have had 6 adults, it would have been very crowded! Secondly, the parking is the worse! As long as you are driving a mid-size car, then you are fine. How this parking garage passed inspection for the parking spaces sizes in hard to comprehend. Where this place is located, there are NO restaurants or attractions that are within walking distance. So, you have to get in your car to go anywhere. We had a van and we just said a small prayer before pulling into the garage every time! NIGHTMARE! If you have a SUV or large car, you will not be happy. Those notes should be listed somewhere in the listing, along with the square footage of the unit. Now let’s add the elevators to the mix! The average wait time was 10-15 minutes and there are 3 elevators. The very small pool smelled so bad of chlorine, we couldn’t get in. This is a hard review to write because the condo was lovely, but everything else to do with the condo was not. We left a day early. I emailed the management company before we left and never received an apology or even a response. We will never be back. We heard many people on the beach with the same complaints we had. Also, remember you cannot walk to anything, except Mike’s Diner. If you can find another location, it would be best.
