AMAZING 4BR / 4BA 2 STORY PENTHOUSE Ă  Edgewater Beach Resort

Cet incroyable Penthouse de fin à Edgewater Beach Resort est tout simplement magnifique! Ce penthouse dispose de 3 suites parentales, toutes avec salle de bain privée et promenade récemment rénovée dans les douches. Nous publierons des photos lorsqu'elles seront terminées. La 4Úme chambre a deux lits superposés et un canapé-lit dans le salon principal. Le 4Úme bain est un bain Jack & Jill avec une baignoire à la chambre avec lits superposés. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision à écran plat. Le pont enveloppant est accessible dans les deux suites parentales au rez-de-chaussée du penthouse. Il y a un escalier en colimaçon vers la chambre privée à l'étage et l'accÚs à l'immense terrasse sur le toit!

AMAZING CONDO!

The property was perfect for my family of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together and have their own space at the same time. Kitchen had all the cooking supplies needed. The view was amazing!

Great Condo!!!

We had 6 people in the condo with us and still had room for more!!! Communication was great and the condo was amazing!!!! Enjoyed spending nights up on the rooftop deck drinking wine and watching the sunset. We would totally stay here again.

Leah the host was great! She was quick to help with any small problems that we had. The cleaning service was great with the exception of the floors needed to be mopped but I notified Leah of that and she offered to have them come back and mop the floors but I told her I would take care it. We had to many little childred in the condo and I felt more comfortable mopping it myself. I will definitely stay here again!

Patio wasn’t as accessible as it seemed, since spiral stairs were steep & narrow. VERY disappointed at the lack of accessories (I.e. soap bars are TERRIBLE and the quantity of towels provided were barely adequate. Thankfully one person didn’t come or there would not have been enough. 1 washcloth per person for 7 days???)

Very Nice Condo. Loved the deck!

9 of us fit comfortable in the condo. We walked to restaurants for dinner. Kitchen was well stocked and both balconies were amazing. We could only get 3 parking passes but needed 4 and they were expensive. We also rented two sets of beach chairs..and they were overpriced.

Family trip

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The condo was great with beautiful views! The only issue we came across was the top bunks did not have bed rails so the young kids weren’t able to sleep up top but the bottoms were full size so we made it work. The property manager was so nice and very helpful with any and all questions! Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay here again.

Everything we’d hoped for.

At first we were going to rent a house but we all agree that this condo was the way to go. There were several pools and a splash pad which made it nice for our family who has a wide range of ages. The beach was right there so we could enjoy the view beautiful view from our balconies. We could not have been more happy with our choice of condos.

Beach Memorial

We stayed at this property to have a memorial service for my late father in law. He wanted to rest in peace at PCB. We granted his wishes with his only son and some of his grandsons. This home was the perfect place to rest shoring our stay. Every bed was comfortable. Eveything we needed was there but the best part was the view of the beach and sunsets. Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to stay at this home.

Home away from home

This is my family’s second year staying at this property and it has not disappointed. It was 10 people in our party (6 adults and 4 children from 2-8 years old). Both the kids and adults loved it. There was plenty of space and directly on the beach with easy access to everything. The morning and evening views from the rooftop are amazing. Cleanliness was top tier and it was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely be back next year for our annual fishing trip.

family weekend getaway

Property was perfectly located with beautiful views. Enough room for the whole family including my parents and brother's family. The beach and pools are easily accessed. My one complaint is that the flat sheets for the bunkroom were left on the pillows. We had to make the bunkbeds which is a challenge anyway, but not something you want to do on vacation. Also, no antibacterial soap at the bathroom sinks or kitchen sink which we easily fixed with soap from the store. The check in and check out process was easy and quick. We will definitely stay again.

Overall property was ok, our condo was a little out of date and not clean. We had issues with our parking passes, taking them 3 days to print them ???? We had a good time but not up to our quality of places to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pretty disappointed with the condo. The upstairs refrig didn't work, toilets clogged, washer ruined our clothes, microwave almost caught fire, no upgrades at all/very dated. Overall, a very non luxurious place for the money. Management is the only thing good about this experience.

Views and Roomy

Four retired ladies enjoyed the views, location and roomy stay here. The pools and beach are a win. We found there to be great communication with the host. The unit is dated and showing wear. Faucets leaked and require a slight adjustment to keep from running, which was reported. Towels are sparse. No dishwashing soap or cleaning materials, vacuum or broom. The floors were not adequately cleaned. We had heavy storms and one bedroom bathroom had a leak in the ceiling requiring several pots to catch the rain. All reported .. bring extra cleaning supplies and you’ll have a great visit. Very b CB loss to everything
