This stunning 12th floor penthouse condo offers mesmerizing views of the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort Lagoon Pool! The open floor plan great room is furnished with a leather sofa and two matching leather love seats. You'll enjoy the large screen TV with Roku streaming and Lux Speed WiFi throughout the property. There's nothing like surfing by the surf! Step out onto your ultra private wrap around balcony and enjoy the expansive views and people watching!

The kitchen has an ocean view, too and is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more!

The dining area, which is also Gulf-front, seats 4 at the table and has more seating for 2 at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless! This makes it inviting to eat in or sit and play board games or cards. The Tropical Bay Guest Bedroom Suite offers a queen-sized bed and provides access to the main level wrap around balcony. The Tropical Bay Guest Bedroom has an adjoining full bath with a tub-shower combo & double vanities.

Across from the Tropical Bay Guest Bedroom is the Swaying Palms Guest Bedroom which offers two twin sized beds and a TV of it's own.

The Tropical Bay Guest Bathroom feature an elegantly tiled walk-in shower and is situated across from the spiral staircase leading up to the penthouse bedroom & sitting room.

Climb the spiral staircase to the Heron's Cry loft. The Heron's Cry bedroom features a king sized bed with attached bathroom featuring a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
