TOUT NOUVEAU Condo inspirant élégant, urbain et mi-moderne Notre condo est à quelques minutes de la culture musicale intégrale de la ville, des boutiques et des points chauds de la vie nocturne. Le complexe propose des équipements de type boutique-hÎtel tels qu'un concierge, une piscine de luxe, un espace grillade et une salle de sport sur place. Nous avons deux places de parking couvertes et sécurisées qui sont gratuites pour les clients. L'espace est entiÚrement accessible aux personnes handicapées et est équipé de tout ce qui vous fera vous sentir chez vous.

The condo was lovely and looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun girls weekend. Shopping and dining in The Gulch was an easy walk and the parking garage was a huge bonus. Tyra was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would love to stay here again next time we are in Nashville.

Instructions were emailed in advance and very detailed. Upon arrival, we had difficulty accessing the unit. Tara answered the call and quickly remedied the situation. The kitchen was well stocked. The garage and building were secure. The space was generous and in a great location.

The location of this property was ideal. The amenities within the complex were perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and the workout facility and the convenience of everything being walking distance. The place looked just like the pictures posted online. The the condo was very clean and directions were very clear for check-in and check out. We had an absolute blast. Highly recommend this place.

We did an overnight for my daughters 16th birthday. It's a nice place and fully stocked with all of the necessities which we appreciated! Hairdryers, towels, kitchen supplies, coffee, etc. It is down the street from a party bus company so it got very noisy a few times every hour but it didn't last too long. The chairs at the pool were just okay. I'd bring your own large beach towels since the bath towels are pretty small. It is close to the Gulch and we had a wonderful dinner at The Finch which was a 5 min drive. It is a very secure building so we felt safe!

Great Gulch Getaway

Friends recommended the Gulch area of Nashville. This very clean, well appointed 2 bedroom (w ensuite baths) was within walking distance of several restaurants and the Country Music HOF. Garage parking included, so we parked and walked/Ubered everywhere.

We had a great time, the condo was perfect for our mother/daughter trip and very comfortable and clean. The location was safe and easy to walk to and from or a short uber ride. We would stay there again and recommend!

Great Property

The 2 bedroom condo was large and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we could need. The host provided coffee pods and the bathrooms had all the essentials you needed. The property was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for 2 couples. The balcony was great to sit on with a drink after walking around most of the day. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great condo in a great location!

Condo was perfect for our 2 week stay! Owner reached out several times to make sure that we had everything we needed! Condo is very clean and kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. The Gulch is within walking distance and so is Broadway. Complex is very quiet - gym is clean and well equipped.

Condo has everything you need. Kitchen is fully equipped including an assortment of K-cups for the coffee maker. Short walk or Uber ride to Broadway.

Perfect spot!

We came for a football game it was perfect spot. We road electric scooters to the game. Lots of restaurants near by. The place was fully stocked with what we needed. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable! We will be back! Great host!

Perfect Hangout !

Super Clean Every thing is there that you could possibly need. I was having a little trouble getting in and our Host was on top of it and walked me through close to downtown short Uber pool was great on a hot afternoon would truly come again !

Family Nashville trip

The condo was immaculate! Just as pictured . The owner was wonderful to deal with . Tyra was very responsive and went out her her way to make sure we had a pack and play and highchair ! Everything was easy to use we stay in Vrbo a lot and this was one to repeat for sure. Great pool and parking for two cars !

Rick and Tyra have lived and worked in Nashville since 1997. We moved to Nashville in 1999 permanently. We first lived in Franklin, then we moved to a small farm in Kingston Springs west of Nashville. We moved from the farmhouse to a home in Bellevue, we sold that house last year and we are building our dream home in Franklin on 2 acres of land in a very private gated property right in the heart of Cool Springs. We bought the Condo downtown so we could enjoy the downtown life with family and friends. We love Nashville, it has been a wonderful place to live and raise our family. We have recently bought a 3 BD/3 BA High Rise condo in Orange Beach, Al right on the beach. We will be renting that one out within the next summer season. We also are bought into a new condo complex in Clear Water Beach, Fl which will be built and ready to put into service in the fall of 2026.

It is so convenient to Downtown Nashville, and once you get done with your Fun or Work than it is located in a part of town that is quiet and you can get some sleep and feel refreshed and start all over again the next day without being tired!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We have two parking spots so if you have family or friends coming in for a vacation or meeting, or just to visit in a halfway point than you can park two cars for free and just walk 15 minutes to the Gulch or take a Lyft/Uber. We are contactless check-in and out, and we also have a 24 hour wait time before the next guest after we have the cleaning company go in and deep clean it.
