The area of East Nash is definitely up and coming. Great food options near by and not too far to get into downtown.The place itself looked great and was comfortable but definitely needs a deep clean. The ceiling fans were very dirty, some sheets and towels had stains, 2 patio chairs are broken, the mircowave handle is broken and the brooms and cleaning equipment was extremely dirty (filled with dust bunnies and hair)

My family and I stayed here for the CMA Fest week. It is a wonderful property and conviently located. Communication with staff was always professional and timely. I cannot recommend this beautiful townhome enough!

Great place to stay

This was the nicest vacation property I’d ever stayed at. Perfect for my four buddies and me for our weekend trip. Two bedroom, pullout sofas on the first and third floors, and two fold-up (high quality) foam mattresses. Great balcony on the third floor. Large TVs in every room. Spotlessly clean. Several bars/cocktail lounges within walking distance. I would describe the area as “up and coming.” About a fifteen-minute drive to Broadway. Highly recommend.

Honeymoon Stay

This property was beautiful! We stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. It was close to everything downtown and very nice and comfortable. It was a little noisy with the sirens going on a few times a day, but I guess that is to be expected in a downtown area. It wasn't too disturbing. We enjoyed the nice kitchen where we had our breakfast and coffee every morning before we headed out to explore. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable! I loved that there was a television in every room. If you have more people stay, it is nice to have a tv in your own space to retreat to. There was beer in the fridge (not sure if that was left by the host), creamer for the coffee, coffee k cups, spices, many items that we have had to go to the grocery store right away when we stayed at other places, but not here.... they had everything!! We will definitely be back to stay!! Aaron and Grecia were super friendly and responded to us very quickly. We did not need many things but the first night we were there we wanted to watch the Super Bowl and I could not figure out the television in the sitting area upstairs and Aaron was super-fast to respond, and I was able to figure it out. Great place to stay if you are in the Nashville area!!! Danielle M.

Just a 1 night stay with friends. House was super clean and modern. Wish we could've stayed longer and actually used everything. Great property managers who kept us updated on everything we had questions about.

NYE in Nashville

This condo was perfect for our visit to Nashville for the Cowboys/Titans game and NYE celebration. Great location, many restaurants and bars in the area and only 15 from downtown. Second bedroom is small, no dresser for storing clothes, but a minor issue. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay!

This townhome was such a cheery place to stay! It was exceptionally clean and the host took great care of us. It’s a great location, close to everything we needed and downtown. The decor was lovely and there were plenty of special touches throughout the house. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

We came to Nashville for a getaway weekend with friends and loved the property! Had a small hiccup due to VRBO but the owners were fantastic in helping with the situation. We had a great time and will be back for our next getaway!!

Absolutely Amazing

From the walk through the door we were amazed from the decor to cleanliness! Everything you could possibly need was provided to us, every kitchen utensil, every toiletrie, extra blankets towels and pillows. Aaron was super helpful sending us places to eat and his recommendations were spot on with our taste❤️❤️❤️ would definitely stay here in the future and hopefully get to use the grill and firepit

I have called Nashville my home for 29 years. Although I wasn't born here, I moved here when I was three and can't see myself living anywhere else. I went to TTU in Cookeville, TN and received a BS in Mechanical Engineering and just hit my 8 year mark as a Sales Engineer for an industrial supply house located in Nashville.

I viewed many properties in Nashville but this particular one kept coming back to my mind after I viewed it. I felt the architectural design, high end finishes and large windows with views really caught my eye. I am excited to be able to share this lovely home with you and hope you get as much enjoyment out of it as I do!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I would say the modern high end look along with the quality of workmanship really stood out to me. The 3rd story roof/deck with a view of downtown was beautiful and I could easily envision fun and relaxing times up there. With being 3.5 miles from Downtown and so close to all the up and coming trendy restaurants and bars in East Nashville this location is perfect. It is literally located a 1/2 mile from Ellington Parkway for easy access to Downtown. Another nice feature is the spacious 3 stories. This allows for a large party to be spread out and have a whole floor to themselves.
