Notre appartement BELA LUISA dans résidence très calme, au 1er étage avec ascenseur de 104m2 , avec une salle de séjour avec climatisation de 32m2, comprenant 2 canapés, une cuisine équipée lave vaisselle, lave-linge, frigo, machine à capsule Delta plus, 1 suite chambre double avec salle de bain baignoire et 1 chambre 2 lits simples, une deuxième salle de bain avec douche, une terrasse de 19m2 avec barbecue, table , parasol , 2 transates et 1 canapé extérieur, vue sur piscine extérieure et jardin, soleil le matin. Torchons, Linge de toilette, et draps fournis, ainsi que couette pour l'hiver.
1 Place de parking en sous sol devant ascenseur, Mise à disposition parasol, et mobilier pour enfant, chaise haute, rehausseur et lit parapluie.
A 5mm à pieds du centre de Santa Luzia, et 2.5km de Tavira, par piste cyclable.

Relaxing location and great accommodation

The accommodation is very spacious and very well equipped throughout. The owners were always available to contact and were very helpful. We would definitely recommend this particular property.

Véronique and Sergey were brilliant hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave us oranges and lemons from their garden.The apartment was perfect. Very spacious and even better than the photographs. The outside balcony was perfect for sunny breakfasts with a good size table and very comfortable loungers. The swimming pool was kept very clean.The area is beautiful and you can walk easily into Santa Luzia where there is a very regular ferry to take you to the beach. There is a very nice cafe opposite the ferry too. Several good restaurants in Santa luzia but we also drive into Tavira which is a beautiful town with many restaurants to choose from.I would not hesitate to recommend Véronique’s place and we would love to return.

This was our second stay in this lovely apartment. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to let us check in earlier than expected. The apartment is beautifully decorated with all the facilities you could need. It's very clean and homely. The owners were very kind and delivered us some figs and lemon from their garden. Santa luzia itself is a lovely fishing village away from the hustle and bustle of Tavira but still in walking distance. We had an amazing holiday.Thank you Veronique and Sergio.

Comfortable and Quiet

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was excellent, only steps to the Santa Luzia waterfront, and provided easy access to nearby Tavira. Petra’s de Rei and the lovely Praia Do Barril were within easy walking distance. It was simple to communicate with the owner, Veronique and she quickly responded to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

Great stay in this lovely little fishing village

Perfect accommodation for your stay. Lovely deck to enjoy the warm evenings. Everything needed to cook and prepare meals. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 baths. Even a dishwasher! A pool as well. We enjoyed all of it, including the parking. Planning to return!

Perfect Stay

Stayed here September 2023 and was the ideal base for exploring the eastern Algarve and into Spain, so a hire car is a must. Travelled from Faro airport via the N125 and was easy to find. Apartment is large and airy, the balcony gets the sun in the morning for breakfast. Full cooking and laundry facilities. Parking is underground and there’s a lift. Area is quiet and there’s a cafe just a few yards down the street. Communications with the hosts were perfect and we were met upon arrival. Highly recommended, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Roomy apartment in Santa Luzia

We stayed for three weeks in Veronique’s apartment. It is spacious with great natural light. The large balcony overlooking the pool is a nice place to relax. We did use the pool a couple of times, and it was lovely. There are only a couple umbrellas available, though, and all of them have at least one broken “spoke.” Access to the pool is through the underground (and very dark) parking garage, which was strange and uncomfortable. As is typical in a lot of European rentals, there aren’t as many outlets as one would like, the lighting (for reading at nighttime) isn’t great, etc. These are small items which aren’t deal breakers. The couches in the apartment aren’t all that comfortable, but fortunately there are a lot of pillows to help you get as comfortable as possible. We did not know that the ferry stopped running in mid-October, so we could not get to the beautiful beach. It would have been good to know that up front. A lot of restaurants closed down too, after mid-October. Veronique, the apartment owner, lives in France but was accessible and responded quickly to any questions we had. She has an “on-site” person who met us upon arrival and showed us the apartment. She also came once a week to change the towels and linens, which was great. I left a few clothing items behind, and Veronique coordinated with her on-site person to find, package, and ship them to me at our next stop in Portugal. I am eternally grateful for that kindness.

Excellent séjour ! l'appartement est magnifique et donne sur la piscine qui est superbe . Bon accueil et suivi des propriétaires . Très bel endroit et nature sauvage .La plage du Barril est vraiment magnifique ainsi que Tavira . Proximité de l'autoroute pour se déplacer . En résumé , un excellent séjour .

Dans les meilleurs hébergement à ce jour

Super séjour en grande partie due aux conditions d hébergement. Tres bel appartement spacieux parfaitement équipé. Terrasse tres agréable , logement très propre. Propriétaires chaleureux . Encore merci à Veronique et Sergio pour leurs indications de visite et les petits restaurants conseillés. Pour résumer nous recommandons cet hébergement .

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung.Alles vorhanden was man für 1-2 Wochen Aufenthalt braucht.Ein Pool ist vorhanden. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz auch.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war immer hervorragend.Der Check in klappte einwandfrei.Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal hier in dieser Wohnung und würden auch wieder ein drittes Mal wieder kommen.
