Lumineux, fabuleux, penthouse situé dans un jardin bien entretenu pour ceux qui aiment leur confort tout en passant des vacances paisibles. Magnifiquement meublé dans un style contemporain avec climatisation complète. Un escalier en marbre mène à l'immense terrasse privée sur le toit équipée d'une table, de chaises, de chaises longues, d'un barbecue à gaz et d'un auvent électrique avec capteur de vent. Absolument parfait pour un petit déjeuner tranquille ou un verre en soirée en regardant le coucher du soleil. Le complexe est petit, donc la grande piscine et la piscine pour enfants ne se sentent jamais bondées. Beaucoup de chaises longues et de parasols confortables. Gail was a great host, flexible and responsive. Property is in a great location, 10 mins to town center. Rooftop is nice with great awning. Apartment spacious and quiet. Pool and courtyard well maintained. Parking plentiful. All basic amenities covered. We would return for another great visit.

The front door is slightly warped at the bottom from the horrendous weather suffered in the Algarve over the last few month's. It does not effect the lock and during your stay we sent out the maintenance guy to check it. Reference the WIFI you were contacted on 6th April and asked to contact Dulce from the management company as MEO the WIFI provider will firstly talk you through the set up before warranting a visit. You did not make contact with the management company. Therefore I believe I tried my best to sort the problems at the time.

We loved Tavira

We had 6 lovely days in Tavira and fell in love with the place. Felt such an authentic place, not too busy or touristy and stunning. The apartment was lovely, met our needs perfectly and the proximity to the pool was brilliant. The roof top terrace a real bonus - although needs better lighting at night! We will be back I think, it’s a special place

Beautiful Tavira

I loved Gail's property. It is perfectly situated in a quiet residential area. The walk into town is no problem although down & up many steps. The complex is well cared for and the apartment overlooks the expansive pool and grounds. It is a well planned spacious property aapartment

Great Penthouse !

We had a wonderful stay at Gail's Penthouse - the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The roof terrace is great with lots of space for sunbathing, eating or just relaxing. Location is very good, only a 10-15 min walk into town and also easy access from the main road if travelling around the area. Communication with the host was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time in Tavira and loved the penthouse. It was very well equiped, comfortable, homely and modern. The roof terrace was superb and the electric awning meant sun to shade was easy. Great place to stay in Tavira

The apartment is spacious, light and airy and well equipped. The kitchen was excellent. The roof terrace is large and well furnished with a table and chairs and sun loungers. The communal pool is big enough to satisfy most swimmers and was warm enough and empty enough to be readily available. This is perfect for a holiday and it is only 15 minutes walk to the lively and atmospheric centre of Tavira. .

Summer week at Tavira

We had a short stay at the house but we absolutely love it! We were already excited from the moment we booked it and it was amazing to see everything matched and even surpassed our expectations! The place was clean, fully equipped, with amazing areas and exclusive roof top. The shared pool was great as well. It was never too crowded and the surrounding area was very quiet. Super close to the centre of Tavira, just a 10min walk. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location and bright apartment

This apartment is located an easy walk into the old town of Tavira and close to restaurants. We loved the brightness of the apartment and the outdoor spaces. It was an ideal location for getting out of town on our bikes (which was the main reason for our visit). Gail is a wonderful owner/host and very attentive. Any concerns are dealt with in a timely fashion. We would stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality Gail.

Beautiful apartment in a gorgeous location

The accommodation was perfect, clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need. The roof top terrace was the icing on the cake. The pool was never busy or over crowed great to relax and let the children play safely. Communication with the host has been easy. We were met at the apartment on arrival and given all the information we needed. Was just perfect Hoping to return in the future… thank you

We were fortunate to be able to purchase our penthouse and it is everything we could have wished for. As this is our pride and joy, it is a pleasure to share our home with clients. We pride ourselves on having furnished it to a high standard for everybody to enjoy and be comfortable in.
