Great Place, Beautiful Beach!

We vacationed in this property for 5 days in busy July, and the condo met every one of our expectations. It was clean and cozy; as well as easy to find and check in and out of. The ocean view from patio was beautiful. We will plan on returning to this condo for future vacations if available.

Great getaway spot for Two!

We really enjoyed this property. It was on the beach. We also really enjoyed the Beach House Bar and Restaurant. Great bartender, probably the best blackened grouper sandwiches we every ate! Enjoyed barbequed oysters at Slick Lips at Baytowne Warf! The condo was perfect for me and the Mrs. We will be back!

Wonderful location

The condo is part of a great resort that is very well kept. The unit had a perfect gulf view with wonderful sunsets, very quiet, clean, all the amenities. The view of the sand and water is just a dream. The operation worked very efficiently in all aspects.

Great Location, Good Condo, needs some TLC

We loved the location in Sandestin and the good was good enough. However, I would recommend some condo updates as there was some chipping paint in the bathroom, some of the electrical outlets were loose or missing plates, and some of the kitchen lights were flickering. Overall it was a good stay and the beach and pool were very nice. Thanks!

The room was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, all appliances were new, and we loved everything about it. They were working on painting and some construction on the outside but that didn’t affect out stay at all. We will definitely be returning here.

The only issue we had was that the dryer would work sporadically and made a lot of noise. It might need some attention. Bed was very comfortable. We would recommend this unit, and would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I literally planned a teio last minute and booked the day before our arrival. This condo is in a Good location, with a great view of the ocean! The room was clean. Extra pillows and blankets. Loved that there was a coffee pot AND a Keurig! All necessary items stocked, along with beach chairs and umbrella! Beach access right off the elevator. Very short walk. The name of the building isn't labeled on the outside, so that was our only confusion coming in. Otherwise, our 4 day stay was great here... we would definitely book here again.

Pros and Cons

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: Location, beach amenities, safety, quiet.CONS: Our specific unit needed more attention to cleaning and repairs- some examples are paint peeling off walls in bathroom, dirty mirrors, weird pungent odor on couch (vomit?), and too much visible mold for our comfort level. Pool was closed the entire week of our stay, and for some reason you're not allowed to use the pool next door. Locking gates and elevator each were out of service at least once during our stay. The amenities in the neighboring building are significantly nicer, so I hope this property is also updating to a similar look.Overall, yes we would consider this property again, but not in the same unit.
