Studio Beachy lumineux et lumineux moderne

Ma maison est située à 7 pâtés de maisons du célèbre parc Mizner, à 1. 9 miles de la plage et à 1 mile de FAU. Il a été divisé en 2 Airbnbs qui incluent ce studio et 'Bright & Light Modern Beachy Home'. Chacun a son propre espace de stationnement et le studio dispose d'une terrasse privée pour que vous puissiez profiter à la fois de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur. L'autre unité a accès au reste de la cour. Le studio était à l'origine décoré pour moi quand je voyageais là-bas pour le travail sur une base mensuelle, donc aucun argent n'a été épargné pour le confort. Il y a un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme très confortable, des oreillers et un joli mobilier. Malgré sa taille, le studio est très fonctionnel avec de l'espace pour cuisiner et profiter d'un repas simple.

Cozy oasis

This studio is clean, cozy, and conveniently located close to Downtown Boca. It had everything I needed, and I’d definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Stay!

This studio is perfect for a solo trip or a travelling couple. The room is comfortable and has all the necessary amenities, and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and conveniently close to many destinations.

Small Clean and efficient

Great room for one or two people. In for a graduation and it was perfect. Super comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Private parking pad was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Location and place was great. But didn't know there was a joining door, so please be careful , you could hear cleaning of dishes , garbage disposal and a phone conversation from that door. Plus we have stayed a several vrbos and have taken our dog and never heard a complaint but we did here. So if you take your dog please make sure it doesn't bark when it hears a noise that its not sure about. Take a radio so you can block out the noise for your dog. Because you will be notified about your dog barking. Everytime we stopped in to check on our dog never heard a bark. Until we opened the door. Thank you Karen,Yolanda and Coco(the barking dog)

Our daughter goes to FAU and this property was in a perfect location! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was I didn't like the 10am checkout time. Most are 11am which is nice. You are also expected to wash your dishes and your only option is the bathroom sink, which is small and kind of a pain. Outside of those two items we really enjoyed our stay.

Studio in Boca

This property was cute and convenient. We brought our bikes and we rode a few blocks to the downtown area, shopping and Mizner Park, which was all decorated for Christmas. We also rode to the beach which was only 1.9 miles down the rode!

A cozy getaway!

This studio apartment is everything you see on the listing and more! It was my landing place between seeing friends and going to activities. This was a “unwinding” trip for me…two weeks. As I relaxed away from the crazy, hectic life at home in Boston, I found the apartment very comfy to just rest.Aleta and Aron were incredibly responsive to any questions I had.I highly recommend “A Cozy Getaway”!

The description and location of the property unfortunately did not live up to my expectations. For what I paid the facility was not worth the price I should have stayed in a hotel for a better shower and services.

great place in beatiful safe area.

my wife and I stayed here for 12 days and it was great. A police station is near by, along with a couple main plazas with plenty of resturants and shopping. Close to the beach too, place was as advertised and hosts were accomidating.

Perfect Location for what we needed this Christmas!

This little studio worked out perfectly for us in that my Mom lived a few blocks away so it gave us a place to retreat to at night, keeping the family from getting on each others nerves ;) The host was very hospitable and communicative. My only critique is for there to be white towels in the bathroom which can be cleaned with bleach vs the red ones there which did not give me complete comfort that they were clean. But on a final positive, it was great that there were separate beach towels to use since we forgot those. Thank you for a very memorable vacation!

This was my 3rd stay here. It is a perfect little place and has everything needed for a short vacation or work trip. Owner is great and very responsive. Place is clean and cozy.

Great stay!

I loved staying here for the last 10 days or so. It was definitely on the smaller side as previous reviews suggested but it was okay for just one person! The location can’t be beat. I had a couple small issues (nothing with the place itself) and communication was excellent! I really felt taken care of. Would definitely stay there again!!

I didn’t get to spend much time but the studio was as clean as possible. Disappointed that mosquitoes were rampant but aleta took care of all. Very happy.

Cute Studio

We stayed for a weekend for a wedding and knew were weren’t going to be at the house often so this was perfect. It worked great for the two of us, but you definitely need to like your travel partner..lol. It was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to every where we needed and the downtown area is close. Check in was very easy and our hosts were accessible.
