Ce magnifique condo adapté aux snowbirds a été joliment décoré pour votre commodité et la décoration sur le thème de la plage correspond totalement à l'atmosphère et à l'emplacement de ce condo. Après avoir passé la matinée à la piscine commune, rien de mieux que de se détendre dans le salon accueillant avec une boisson fraîche à la main et peut-être aussi des collations! D'ailleurs, la cuisine entièrement équipée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer de délicieuses collations après la plage et des repas mémorables que vous pourrez ensuite déguster à l'intérieur ou dans la salle à manger extérieure sur le balcon. Cependant, si une cuisine traditionnelle ne satisfait pas vos besoins de cuisson, vous aurez accès à un espace barbecue commun équipé d'une poignée de grillades.

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was perfect, and it was very nice to have beach access, considering everything is private in Rosemary Beach. Couple things to note (but not enough to adjust stars): they provide very little toilet paper and paper towels so make sure to bring or purchase extra on your own, and the patio doors do not seal well, so the master bedroom is warmer than the others. All things considered, great place for the price!

Great Location

I loved staying in this area of 30A. It was super close to Rosemary and Alys Beach, which was a plus for morning walks and going to dinner.

This condo was right above Starbucks with great views overlooking the day to day activities of people walking/ biking at the Villages. The condo was clean, master bed and couches were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We wanted to be in that location to be close to our family who was renting a house nearby. the place was spacious enough for 4 people and had a nice balcony.

The room was not very clean. The closet off the kitchen was a huge mess, which made grabbing items difficult. There wasn’t any hand soap in the entire condo and we waited all day before a delivery of soap was made. At that point, we already purchased hand soap for the bathrooms. There were 3 hangers throughout the entire condo. The patio screen door has tears all over it and dead flowers were left on the coffee table. The picture of the living room on the listing is not updated to show different furniture and arrangement of the living area. The floors felt dirty and the condo in general just was not well kept. We’ve stayed in this building before, which is why we picked the locations, but we will not be choosing this unit in the future.

The location was great! We really enjoyed our stay and our boys loved the area, including the close access to the beach and the pools. Not sure if this should be a reflection on the host or the management company but on the second night of our stay the oven went out. The maintenance guy came the next day to assess and it ultimately needed to be replaced. Nothing was done to compensate us monetarily since we had to eat out for pretty much all of our meals and couldn’t cook the food we brought from home/purchased at the store the night before. The condo was clean upon entrance, but after further inspection we noticed the return air vent in the living area and the vent in the hall bath were very dirty. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if the above issues would be corrected in a timely manner.

Location!

These condos are the perfect location for the beach and everything you need within the area. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and all the surrounding communities. We have stayed in these condos in past for this very reason and chose again as its easy to manage roaming teens. This condo is somewhat outdated but comfortable and had what we needed for our stay. It definitely could use some TLC but given that we were rarely in it, it was just fine. I would highly recommend this condo complex if you like to be in the middle of it all and particularly if you have teens that want to bike around the area.

Great location

This is the second time I've rented this unit. We love the location and the condo itself is very nice. This time, we did notice some cleanliness issues: washer and dryer were left full of dirty towels. Floor was very dirty- our feet were black every day. Master bath full of sand and some black hairs.

Details

We had a good stay but a few details that the management company should address. The bathroom drains are extremely slow running & need to be unclogged. The top rack of the dishwasher will not pull out. The door to the balcony didn’t lock. We enjoyed our time but these simple things should be fixed before the next guests arrive.

We have stayed at Seacrest many times… these units sell for 1 million or so…. All the beds are horrible- none of us has any sleep the 4 night we were there. Balcony was so dirty- I swept it and collected a balloon, cigarette butt and broken acrylic nails along with a cup of sand. Floors turned our feet black- kitchen drawers and utensils were dirty. Shower door doesn’t close correctly and so is don’t drain well. Disappointing because the location is amazing!!

Clean but not white glove approved.

I stayed here with 4 other ladies to celebrate my upcoming wedding. The location was wonderful and we had a fantastic time! However, we did have some concerns. First being the floors were dirty. We were able to tell this as by just walking around for a few minutes the bottom of our feet were black. Second, there was no shower liner in the kids bathroom which left water puddles on the floor. Third, while the condo itself was comfortable, the beds and sheets were not. I will put emphasis on the sheets being awful! They are cheap, scratchy, and felt as if they were covered in sand. Additionally, the dishwasher had black mold in it and the primary bathroom toilet feels as though it’s falling off the wall when sitting down. I would definitely use Vacasa again as the staff was very lovely to speak with over the phone and were helpful for the questions we had. However, I would not stay in this particular unit again.

Maintenance needed!!

I’ll start with the pros - the living room furniture is much nicer than the photos. Living room has new sofa, love seat, and chairs with a coastal vibe. Super cute. Mattresses were comfy. The condos are in a great location. Cons- parking is a disaster. First come, first serve with no parking passes. Once you park don’t plan on moving your car if you are lucky enough to find a space. Several of the luggage carts had flat tires and impossible to roll. Inside the unit - the pantry door was broken and missing, only half of a shelf to store food (other half had paint cans on it), the hall bath sink didn’t drain, blinds were missing/broken in two of the bedrooms, inside of the dishwasher was disgusting, kitchen lacked day to day cooking utensils (coffee cups were also TINY), master bathroom toilet was not secure to the floor, master shower handle was missing so it was hard to open and close, and the queen bed was extremely squeaky. Most of these are maintenance issues which could be easily resolved. We did call Vacasa the day we arrived with some of these issues. They came two days later and fixed zero of them. Won’t be returning.

Cons I guess the sloping of the floors is new because no review has mentioned this problem. When we first walked into the condo, we could feel the slope of the floors. The center support wall/plumbing wall seems to be sinking because the floors in living area, master bedroom and bath all lean towards that wall. It made me think of the surfside condo collapse awhile back in Miami. Pictures do not show cracks in the walls. Cheep plastic dinning chairs. Bar stools falling apart. Wobbly toilet. Shower stall door does not close. View is of road and other buildings, but that was expected. Balcony table cracked and missing matching chair. Livingroom TV constantly lost connection and TV in 3rd bedroom is very small. Pros Location. Lots of shops and restaurants walkable. Deli/groceries shop located on complex for small items. Free tram that takes you to the beach. Pool area is nice. Extra info No bathrooms on beach though there is a hard-to-find bathroom located where tram drops you off for beach access. No restaurants or bars on the beach or ocean views. There is only Crabbys that is on beach/ocean views, but is only accessible from beach and is only open till 3:00PM. Everything is expensive, so stock up from the Publix or Winn-Dixie 15 minutes away. Everything closes at 9:00PM, so nothing to do after. Very family friendly area.

Great place and awesome location!

Downstairs has all the action you need. Everything is within minutes if walk-in v including music, shops, restaurants and the beach. Beautiful area.

Furnishings and Cleaning

The beds were horrible. The box springs were broken and made a tremendous amount of noise everything you moved in the bed. Half the bar stools were broken. The furniture in the sitting area was very little and not enough sitting for the number of guest at the house. The amount of dust build up on the fans and the A/C vent showed how little cleaning has been done to keep it clean and dust control on the inside. The master shower door did not shut properly. The ceilings were starting to peel all over the condo. It's obvious this condo has been well rented and not upkept very well.
