Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great! Only steps to restaurants. The beach was a quick walk. Only complaint was low water pressure in the master bath. Everything else was superb.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is feast in Seacrest and the layout of the condo is winded to too. However, the quality of the furnishings is fair. Also, there were a few dirty dishes that were put away clean. In addition, Benchmsle is skimpy with amenities. All rentals we’ve had in the area have had beach towels as well. For the price we pay on 30A, these things should be resolved.
VrboOwner a répondu le 12 août 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the location in Seacrest and the condo’s layout, though we are sorry to hear the furnishings and cleanliness of the dishes did not meet your expectations. We will be sure to share these concerns with our team for review. Regarding the amenities, we understand that beach towels are a common expectation for some guests. At this time, Benchmark Management provides bath towels but does not provide beach towels. This information is included in our property listings so guests can review the provided amenities and plan accordingly before their stay. We appreciate you sharing your perspective, as guest feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve. Warm Regards, Benchmark Management

The property is in a perfect location—walking distance to everything, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. The condo was also larger than we expected, which was a great surprise. With a bit more attention to cleaning detail and a few upgrades, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

This was such a fantastic place at such a convenient location. The place was clean, quiet and next to so many businesses and most importantly, the beach! The only thing to keep in mind is to bring additional personal items (e.g., paper towels, laundry detergent) if you are staying longer than a week as the property provides limited supplies. We highly recommend this place if your goal is to relax with family, explore the beautiful beaches and towns around this area, hang out by the pool and enjoy some great live music every night down at the adjancent plaza!
