Tres Palmas est situé là où vous voulez être! Du nouveau côté de Bucerias au # 43 Francisco I. Madero. Nous sommes à 3 minutes à pied de 7 miles de belle plage ininterrompue! Ainsi qu'à quelques pâtés de maisons de nombreux restaurants raffinés, boutiques, galeries d'art et délicieuses boulangeries.

Casita Bucerias est une casita de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain située au premier étage. La casita est fraîche et lumineuse avec un grand patio donnant sur la piscine et la fontaine. L'unité a la climatisation partout, beaucoup d'espace de stockage et une cuisine entièrement équipée. La suite principale contient un lit king size avec salles de bains attenantes avec douches surdimensionnées. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size.

Nos casitas sont décorées de couleurs vives avec des reflets mexicains. Équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, du mélangeur de cuisine aux parasols de plage. Un service de femme de chambre est assuré 2 jours par semaine. En plus d'autres services gratuits sur la propriété tels que buanderie, eau potable purifiée, Internet sans fil, bibliothèque de lecture, télévision à écran plat 40 avec satellite, coffre-fort, serviettes de plage, chaises, parasols et barbecue à gaz Weber.

Une promenade de trois pâtés de maisons plus loin est Bucerias Centro avec un beau gazebo et une église sur la place principale. Mais avant d'atteindre la place, vous passerez devant le marché des artisans, où vous serez ébloui par la gamme d'objets colorés devant vous. Vous y trouverez de l'argent, de la céramique, des vêtements brodés à la main et bien plus encore.

This is a beautiful oasis in the heart of Bucerias and close to all amenities! The suite was beautiful and beds very comfortable. Our host Lisa was very welcoming and answered all questions promptly! We stayed for 11 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, beach, and nightlife. Would stay again!

Everything was wonderful. Lisa was very professional, polite, and accommodating. The condo and surrounding areas were very clean and had everything we needed. We were within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The place was very comfortable and perfect setup for myself and girlfriend. Very private and quiet

We loved the outdoor seating area and also the pool. It was a great location for walking to the beach, close to restaurants and also easy access to taxis. Lisa was great and we enjoyed visiting with her. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay in Bucerias! Central to great restaurants. To our surprise we were the only ones staying there at the time and were able to enjoy the pool to ourselves. The owners and cleaner were very friendly and kind. We will definitely stay here again!

Great little condo with a wonderful pool

The condo is very comfortable with a great private patio that leads to the pool deck There are just 5 units in the complex with a nice selection of chairs on the pool deck. The unit we stayed in was nicely furnished and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay here, there are lots of great little cafes and restaurants nearby with the beach just 2 blocks away.

Just what we were hoping for

Tres Palmas was the perfect place for our family trip. I spent two weeks with my husband and our two small kids. The neighborhood is quiet but with great places to eat and shop nearby. The beach is two blocks away. We swam in the beautiful pool every day. I’ll definitely be bringing my family back here.

Great location

Great communication with Lisa. She is very personable and allowed us to check in early. A very relaxing 11 day stay, Great water pressure in the bathrooms, comfortable beds. Pool was nice to have a refreshing swim after a day on the beach. Location is fantastic and only 5 min walk to beach and local grocery store, restaurants and taxi stand. Will definitely return.

Lovely Casita in Golden Bucerias

The property is in the heart of Golden Bucerias surrounded by restaurants, shops, and a great bakery. The little local grocery store was perfect for everyday necessities. The property was clean, the pool area lovely and the bbq always had fuel. Air conditioning was great and biweekly cleaning/linens was great. There were some water issues (no hot water for a couple of days) and the. No water while they fixed the problem. The pool was not heated - it was refreshing. We will definitely stay there again.

We really like this quaint, cozy accommodation! Clean. Great beds. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need. Refreshing pool. Secure. 14 restaurants, small grocery store all in one block.

A Delightful Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tres Palmas! It is very tastefully decorated and so comfortable. The pool is refreshing and the patio quaint and relaxing. The location is perfect as it is in the center of everything in Bucerias and short walking distance to excellent restaurants. Lisa is very accommodating and friendly. GREAT PLACE!

This was a great find! Grocery store, restaurants, and beach a few steps away. I was immediately attracted to the location. As I was looking at listings, I was drawn to the look and colors of the Casitas. We weren't disappointed when we arrived. Lisa greeted us and gave us a quick tour even though we arrived late at night (safe and quiet neighborhood). When we woke up in the morning the place looked even better. The colors so vibrant. The plants and vegetation in the courtyard is so beautiful. I didn't use the kitchen to cook, but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and all appliances you could need for toast, coffee, or a margarita =) The beds are comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. There is everything you need to go out to the beach like beach chairs, umbrellas, and even coolers. It’s really not far to carry it to the beach. Lisa is a GREAT host. She gave us great tips, advice, and recommendations. She is also great at reminding you that you’re on vacation, so just relax! Love her! I'm already thinking about our next trip and our stay at Tres Palmas!

A pleasant relaxing location

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent month long stay in Casita Bucerias. The 2 bdrm suite was what we were looking for in terms of relaxed local home living - a nice kitchen and of course, abundant beach chairs, umbrellas and yoga mats. Lisa is a great host attending to any and all questions. All of the units have uniquely different layouts. Our casita had a shaded outdoor dining area which was a perfect way to start or end each day. All five suites have access to a delightful pool which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Tres Palmas is centrally situated in the Zona Dorada, the quieter side of Bucerias. It is a short 2 -5 minute walk from all types of restaurants and the beach. There is also a small grocery store nearby. You can safely walk anywhere in Bucerias - remember to see all the local markets or take the public bus to truly enjoy the local atmosphere. It is perfect holiday away from the typical crowds. Thanks Lisa for a great vacation.

Great little place 2 blocks from beach and very accessible to many amenities!

The garden/pool is sweet and private. Location good. Kitchen is well stocked. Drinking water dispenser a plus! Fit our 4 person family perfectly into the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There’s a little noise from the road, but totally bearable. Laundry also a plus! Luna Luna across the street made a great breakfast. Lisa was very welcoming and and helpful. Staying here is recommended. Positive overall experience.
