Our stay at Amelia Island has been fantastic. Beautiful setting, and our three-bedroom, three-bath condo was absolutely perfect—spacious, comfortable, and ideal in every way. Already planning our return.

It was very clean, close to lots of restaurants and the beach was amazing. They do need to update the carpet or get it professionally cleaned and provide salt and pepper would be nice. The beds were ok. If you like firmer beds, this is not your place. Overall, the condo was very nicely appointed.

This was our first family vacation in years, and the property was even more beautiful than we expected. The owners thought of little touches to make our stay more enjoyable, like having extra kitchen and bathroom supplies available. We would definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for us, our teenage son, and our teenage daughter plus her best friend. All the beds were comfortable, the place was extremely clean, and decorated very cute. We enjoyed mornings on the patio with our coffee that overlooks the pool. Easy walk to the beach. We had never been to Amelia Island before and it was lovely! The downtown is so quaint and we went there every evening for dinner. Some favorites were: Arte, Salty Pelican, Mezcal, and the Boathouse. Wanted to go to The Patio but very long wait! We can't wait to return! Also, great shopping downtown, too!

Really Nice Atmosphere

This property was clean, well stocked and located just right. Loved how it was nestled in the mossy trees and greenery. We would definitely choose to visit again

Winter get away

Great stay during a local conference, beautiful home and very comfortable for the whole family. There were even a few toys that my kids enjoyed playing with.

Beautiful property!

Loved the short walk walk to the incredible beach. Condo was awesome, great view of the pool. Short drive to downtown for groceries, restaurants, coffee shops. Have never been here before - will return!!

Unit was clean, patio could use some TLC. The overhead light in the kitchen was extremely dim, the toaster handle does not stay down. The downstairs bathroom toilet doesn't fill unless you push the float down. The upstairs fan is missing a paddle (I informed management upon arrival).

Great spot near the beach!

Loved staying at this condo near the beach. We were there for a wedding and it was the perfect place for our friends. Great access to the pool, beach, Ritz Carlton, etc. Well stocked kitchen and has beach chairs, a wagon, etc. The bathrooms need updating upstairs, but otherwise a great rental.

Good

The unit was very clean. Appliances, furniture, etc in good working condition. Appreciate plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets, dish soap etc. I did want to mention we found a large spider climbing on the living room chair. Not an expert but when we looked it up online it may have been a brown recluse spider. May need a special exterminator. Saw no other bugs. Unit does need a tea pitcher. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo

The condo is located in a great location. Very clean. Easy walk to the beach and short ride to restaurants and bars. Gate secured area. Beach feels private.

Charming Condo Steps from the Ocean

This is a beautifully appointed condo, overlooking the pool and steps from the beautiful beach. It was clean, and the management company was easy to work with. Extremely easy check in and check out. Really nice kitchen. I definitely recommend it!

Best rental yet

We have four kids and eight grands and are aways renting condos. This was a tie for first place but we will forever only use stay better vacations. The service is tenfold other companies.

Wonderful in every way

This rental has it all. Perfect location. Perfect amenities. We absolutely fell in love. This will be our new family vacation get-away. The rental was ready and waiting for us to arrive. Very clean. Very well kept. We didn’t bring any beach chairs or a cart to haul our stuff to the beach and was very well surprised that everything was provided for us to use. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Very Good

Location and grounds were beautiful. Gorgeous beach. Beach chairs and towels were provided. Condo had lots of space. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms were great. The bathrooms need help, especially the one downstairs. Had ring around the toilet in several places and the fixtures in the bathtub were all rusty. Not sure where the bugs came from, but ended up with 14 mosquito bites overnight. Also small knats in bathtub every morning.

Bride’s Aunts and Uncles

Comfortable and nicely decorated. (Carpeting should be replaced next.) Conveniently located. Would stay here again. A dish drainer would have been helpful… Downstairs toilet started acting up on last day. Bowl taking long time to refill with water. Sister-in-law lost silver earring right before leaving. Please let us know if it is found.

A good rental

Attractive. Great access to beautiful beach. Nice location by pool but there was construction on pool that week and we could not sit there. Host did not know that it would be happening. TV malfunctioned twice, but Stacie was quick in responding and figuring out how to fix. Beds All in all a good drentalvery comfortable. Unit could use some updating of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. For example, there was no flat baking pan and the can opener was rusted and extremely hard to use.
