We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was central, clean, and appropriate for 2 to 4 travelers with two people sharing each room.Travelers must be aware that the stairs are extremely steep going up to the third floor apartment in Alfama.

Lovely apartment in the center of many tourist treasures! Everything you could want and next door to the best breakfast in Lisbon at The Folks. Our only caveat is if you are old and go to bed early and aren’t someone who can get back to sleep easily with some very loud garbage collecting on the weekends, cuddle up in the small bedroom away from the street.

This was a good little apartment from which to explore Lisbon. Everything was clean and communication with the host was very good, and only a block away from a street with shops and restaurants (and beautiful views!) It was a bit more run-down than it appeared in the photos, with a finnicky TV perched crookedly on a cobbled-together piece of furniture. Airflow in the second bedroom was non-existent, despite the fans helpfully provided. The hosts did very helpfully offer to store our luggage if we arrived earlier and urged us to visit their shop, though we didn't have time during our stay. Note that the stairs up to the apartment are extremely steep, as are all the surrounding streets! Walking up from the nearest metro station was brutal (we were later told this was one of the steepest hills in Lisbon), but we eventually found an alternate route up from Rossio station instead which was easier, if a bit longer.

A great apartment with lots of space and only a ten minute downhill walk to the closest metro. We loved how close it was to many different miraduoros. And we're super appreciative that the hosts let us store our bags at their shop well before check-in time.

Carolina was the best hostess! She gave us such thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and even went out of her way to call and make reservations for us, which made everything so easy.She also arranged a tuk-tuk tour with one of the coolest guides we’ve ever met—he truly made our experience in Lisbon unforgettable.The place itself was very clean, cute, and surprisingly spacious. We felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire stay. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Communication with the host Carlota was excellent. She met us at the property and gave us a great review of the apartment and the city. The location was perfect. Walk to all of the sights and restaurants. Definitely recommend Fabiola and Antonio's apartment for anyone visiting Lisbon.

Fantastic apartment and location

We stayed in this lovely apartment from April 26 to May 1..the location is amazing, walking to all the neighborhoods and attractions and restaurants . Our favourite and possibly one of the best meals we have ever had was at 28 restaurante, just a 5 minute walk from the apartment.The apartment is so cute and met all of our family of 5 needs . Communication with Antione and Fabiola was great. Totally recommend this lovely apartment.

Fantastic!

We have spent a fantastic holiday in this house. It is beautiful, newly renovated and with everything you may need. It is located near the city town in a very quiet area with all services. Antonio and Fabiola, the owners, treated us very well. We will come back!! 100% recommended .

Good location

We enjoyed our stay, it was a great location, easy access to everything, including Ubers. Apt was clean and felt safe. Only minor issue was bathroom smell but it seems to be a common theme with a lot of lisbon apts..that being said I still recommend due to the other pros.

Apartment was nice, no complaints! Just a word of caution to those who cannot do stairs, there are many!! However, it is not strictly the apartment, Lisbon in general has many ups & downs and stairs, so if you are physically challenged this may not be the right pace for you.

Lovely Apartment

Our stay was for 3 months. And, the owner, Antonio, was the kindest and most considerate of landlords. Carlota, who met us was efficient and extremely helpful. There was not much that was negative about this experience, but the area, we found was much too busy with tourists, for what we like, but it was bustling and besides being careful of pick-pockets (which are everywhere in Alfama), it was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this apartment. It had a real stove, and the bathroom was bigger than most Alfama Apartments, so we were happy!
