Magnifique condo BEACHFRONT, à distance de marche de PierPark, récemment mis à jour

Condo spacieux avec grande chambre avec lit king size,
 lits superposés dans le couloir, deux salles de bain complètes, cuisine récemment refaite avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un salon spacieux avec canapé et causeuse qui se transforment en lits supplémentaires. Le balcon est grand avec une large vue sur la plage. La chambre a également une vue sur le balcon! Cette unité a tout le confort de la maison.

Great Beach and Condo

We just finished with our stay. The condo was clean and just what we needed as a family of 4. The resort had some issues with the bracelet scanners but gave us a code to use. Would stay again.

Great view with gorgeous sunsets!

I love that this 1 bedroom unit has 2 baths with the extra bunks and sofa bed. Nice set up and awesome views. Elevators are time consuming....

Great location

This was our 7th fall break in PCB. The condo was in a great location and close to restaurants & shops. It had great decor and was plenty of room for our family of 4. We had everything we needed at the condo. The 11th floor view was amazing and we saw dolphins from our balcony! There was a great sandbar just steps from shore. Gwen was great to work with and made everything from start to finish super easy!

I had a fabulous stay. My condo has a beautiful view of the beach. The condo was very clean and well kept. We had easy access to everything. Our stay was quite pleasant and very comfortable. The owner also contact me to make sure that everything was OK and I had checked in. Ms Gwen it was a pleasure to be in your condo. I will return next year. Thanks for everything.

Sorry to hear your wait time for elevators was slow. My unit has access to THREE - the third is just around the corner to the left of my unit. My housekeeper cleans & sanitizes after each stay. I would be interested to know what wasn't clean. PLUS I just bought new living room suit and new comforter sets for all the beds and bunks?

Tidewater

The condo resort is absolutely beautiful. The condo it’s self really could use some love. The ice maker didn’t work, and the freezer had a hard time keeping things cold. Owner stated we probably just didn’t close the door all the way (I know how to close a freezer door). There were bugs in the bottom of the freezer, and water leaking from the bottom. Cabinets were cracked, silverware was very banged up, cookware was almost unusable, blankets are very thin- we were very thankful we brought our own for the car ride that we were able to use inside, and the TV’s didn’t work. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the staff (front desk, security, beach staff) were wonderful!! We will be back to tidewater, but unfortunately not back to this condo.

This is the review of this nature ever. The TV's both work are one is brand new, however they are both on cable so if you don't have them on channel 3 - they wont work! There are two complete sets of cookware in the condo. Silverware may have scratches and one cabinet drawer has a flaw. That's it. I recently bought all new linens. Had the renters called me during their stay I could have told them what to check on icemaker - I have had previous renters turn it off before so all I can do now is have my housekeep check it. I give ALL renters my cell number in case anything is wrong - to get things corrected immediately you should call. Simple fixes like changing the TV channel!

This condo was just as described. Great location and great views. Gwen is a good host. She answered all our questions within minutes and even called to check on us. We would most definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the condo it was nice enough size for our family!

Beautiful view and loved how nice and helpful she was, the condos could have been cleaner under the bed and dresser very dusty for my allergies but Gwen said she would address it with the cleaning lady. We will stay again!

Gwen was great to deal with and just a call away. The unit was just like the pictures. The only issue we really had were with the elevators that are horrible no matter which ones you tried to take.

Great trip!

We had a great time! The property was nice, there was plenty of parking and easy beach access. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. On busy weekends at peak times going in or out to the beach you might have to wait a while for an elevator.
