Votre famille adorera l'intimité de cette copropriété sécurisée et fermée au deuxiÚme étage avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains situées à «The Dawn» Seawall Galveston.

Cette copropriĂ©tĂ© spacieuse a 1116 pieds carrĂ©s, abrite confortablement 4 Ă  6 personnes juste en face de la plage de Babe, avec une vue fantastique surplombant une piscine et le golfe du Mexique. Le balcon est l'endroit idĂ©al pour savourer un livre ou une tasse de cafĂ© prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©, tout en Ă©coutant le son paisible de l'ocĂ©an. Depuis le balcon, vous pouvez garder un Ɠil sur vos enfants pendant qu'ils nagent Ă  la piscine. Se rĂ©veiller dans une chambre principale et admirer la vue sur le golfe fera de ces vacances un rĂȘve devenu rĂ©alitĂ©.

We keep coming back!

Always a great stay. Property is beautiful. Host is great. The condo is perfect for a family. This is our second year back here and we intend to keep booking!Only minor complaint is that the pool is not heated, so unless you’re visiting in the middle of summer- the pool (which is beautiful- is too cold to do much swimming.

Rally weekend

We come down every year to the Lone Star Bike Rally and staying at The Dawn for the last 8 years. It’s close but not too close to all the activities. We have fallen in love with this property and like to come down during the summer as well. We’ve stayed in several different units and all of the owners have been very good to deal with. Thank you once again for a relaxing weekend and your beautiful home.

Great time!

Location was great! Super close to pool and great view from the balcony where we had coffee every morning. Definitely look forward to coming back and staying here again 😃 Close to beach and Walmart just across the street within walking distance. Easy to get to restaurants and Uber to downtown Galveston.

Great Condo

The condo has an amazing balcony that looks over the ocean (my happy place). The entire space was clean and well maintained. The 24 hour security and gated entry was much appreciated. We had a great time and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful

Maryann, the host was wonderful. She was so accommodating to me and my family. The condo was beautiful and truly walking seconds from the beach. Walmart was a 2 min drive and the gas was on the corner. I would definitely stay here again with my family. Maryann was so quick with her responses anytime I needed help. Thank you again

My favorite condo on the island

We always come to Galveston for the holidays and have stayed in many different condos on the island over the years, but this is by far our favorite. It’s beautiful, well kept, clean, nicely appointed and near everything with a great, responsive, and thoughtful hostess. Will stay again!

Weekend getaway

We had a great time in Galveston with our grandson. Condo was great, beds very comfortable, great pool, and right across from beach! Property owner was wonderful as we had a small problem with coolness of AC in one bedroom. She sent someone out immediately and took care of it. Definetely will stay here again.

A perfect vacation

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo had everything we needed to relax and be together as a family for the week. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the place was spacious enough for our family (with teenagers) of 5. We will definitely be back!

Great experience at the Dawn Condo

The property was great, the location is nice. Did not like that you had to cross a major road to get to the beach. The beach and water is not the best but that is not due to the property owners. The property was very nice and exceeds where we stay in Destin each summer. If the beach were nicer we would consider this as a summer vacation. At this time we will still drive to the Gulf in Flordia.

Summer get-a-way

This was a quick summer get-a-way with our son and grandson. It was close enough to home to have some family join us at at the beach for the afternoon. We met friends that live down there to go fishing for the day. My husband and I have stayed at this property several times and we simply love it. The two pools are beautiful, well kept and for me, just perfect as I don't like going in the gulf. We will continue to come back over and over again.

The Unit was fantastic. The view of the Gulf and pool area were amazing. The Unit was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Maryann was an excellent host. I did have a couple of questions and she responded immediately.

Perfect Oasis

If you’re looking for the perfect getaway this is it! Whether with kids, family, friends or spouse, this has everything you’ll need right there! Close to everything! Love that you can walk right across Seawall Blvd and be on the beach, pool and hot tub right off the balcony! We look forward to our next visit! Oh, and the communication with manager was the best we’ve ever experienced!!!!
