Amazing week in Galveston- this condo is the perfect spot for anyone with events at the convention center. We walked the beach, danced all day & enjoyed Galveston in the evenings.

You have to climb three sets of stairs and so not for old folks like my 75 year old mom or people with lots of luggage. Wouldn't have rented if it was in the property listing. Having to go to the front office and pay for parking is annoying. Lots of big cracks in the drywall in the living room , the bathroom sink handles are heavily used all the paint is worn off, AC unit struggled to keep up with the heat so it was on constantly. For the price this place needs some maintenance. Would not rent again

No boats or trailer parking allowed. Other than that everything was great and as described. We did have a room on the 3rd floor which was great with great views. The stairs on the other hand was bad on the move in and move out. But it was great!

Great gulf views from the balcony! Location is very good. The condo is spacious. Several handyman projects need work including the bathroom ceiling, wall cracks, stair rail paint. Overall a good location and responsive host.

Loved our stay!

I think this is probably one of the best locations in Galveston for a vacation rental overlooking the ocean. The condo is just as pictured, worked great for our party of four.

Thank you and I share your opinion. That's why I chose to invest in rental units is Dawn condominiums. BTW, this complex was voted #1 for 2023 Best of The Island For Condominiums Rental.
