IdĂ©al pour une famille qui veut ĂȘtre Ă  la plage toute la journĂ©e et se dĂ©tendre toute la nuit! Cette maison est de 0,5 miles Ă  Englewood Beach Ă  West Yarmouth, et Ă  proximitĂ© de Seagull Beach. La maison a une douche extĂ©rieure fermĂ©e et un grand espace extĂ©rieur pour se divertir. Les autres commoditĂ©s comprennent un lave-vaisselle, laveuse, sĂ©cheuse, WiFi, Smart TV dans toute la maison et les fenĂȘtres ac dans chaque chambre et le grenier.

Good Location and Outdoor Elements

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were comfortable beds downstairs. (We did not use the ones in the loft.) The inside of the house was very clean, but the outdoor shower was a bit grimy and needed a power wash. The outside deck with plenty of seating was really nice, and the fire pit was an excellent bonus. The downstairs bedrooms have really good AC, but due to the house's layout, it was challenging to keep the common areas cool on really hot days.

The “Turkey House!” Was a joy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In a time of panic, MMVR came through for my family. We set a vacation of July 26 - August 2, months of communications, we arrive at what was supposed to be our rental, someone is already there, panic sets in. We call Martha Murray and they have the sweetest house a few streets over from where we were originally set to be staying. Thankfully we were able to quickly sign the documents and my children are able to sleep in beds, it was not our original plan, but the deck & patio with a fenced in back yard was perfect for my small kiddos. My husband grilled every night we didn’t eat out. I drank my morning coffee on the patio. Morning visits from the turkeys that lived in the neighborhood kept us all laughing. Again, not our original plan, but with the kindness of MMVR we were able to still have our amazing vacation on Cape Cod that my children are growing up with.

Nice home, but not as advertised

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was in a good location. The yard was big and level, and the fire pit was nice.The home is advertised as a 3 bedroom. One bedroom is in a loft with a very narrow steel and wood spiral staircase that sticks out, and can be dangerous if someone hits their head on it at night going to the bathroom. There was no AC in that loft, just a very small fan. It was very hot up there. We didn`t use it, and I`m glad we didn`t have to. The only other thing I didn`t like was the lack of electrical outlets. There were hardly any.Other than that, it was a nice home.
