Il y a vraiment quelque chose à rester près de la plage.

Niché au bout d'un cul-de-sac, vous adorerez cette maison de plage calme à deux étages.

Récemment rénové, nous vous proposons 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Le plan d'étage ouvert en bas est idéal pour se divertir, et les portes arrière coulissantes surdimensionnées s'ouvrent sur une grande terrasse extérieure qui est parfaite pour griller et se détendre à l'extérieur après une merveilleuse journée.

À seulement 8 minutes à pied de la magnifique plage de Colonial Acres - un endroit idéal pour nager, se détendre et peigner la plage pour les coquillages. Nous avons aussi des chaises de plage et des jouets à utiliser!

La douche extérieure est parfaite à utiliser à votre retour. Juste en bas de la rue se trouvent un certain nombre de restaurants incroyables, le parc gonflable de Cape Cod, Skull Island, Whydah Pirate Museum et des terrains de mini-golf.

La maison est à une courte distance en voiture du quartier historique de Hyannisport. Vous trouverez des restaurants de toutes sortes à explorer, des repas décontractés aux restaurants haut de gamme. Il y a tellement de magasins à explorer en vous promenant dans la rue Main et vous pouvez visiter le JFK et les musées maritimes.

Il abrite également les ferries de l'île si vous souhaitez découvrir Martha's Vineyard ou Nantucket.

Si vous êtes d'humeur à rester, nous avons une sélection de jeux auxquels vous pouvez jouer ou quelques livres pour vous blottir. Il y a aussi un grand hamac dans lequel vous pouvez faire une sieste!

Property was as advertised , check in process was very easy and property was clean upon arrival , we love the colonial acres area of Cape Cod and this house had everything we needed for our week long stay , as a guest it really all I want .

Property needs a lot of work. Deck is falling apart and very old. Yard needs lots of landscaping done. Downstairs bedroom has no AC and gets very hot. Very musty smell when we arrived. Also needs pest control - Ants in every room throughout the house. The carpets throughout the house are extremely dirty - need to be replaced.Close to the beach and we enjoyed walking down every day. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. With some time spent on updating and fixing this house up - could be very nice.

I am sorry to hear the house didn’t meet your expectations. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our home and have always received positive feedback about its condition. We also have a professional pest control company service the property every month. Unfortunately, the Cape is known for occasional insects despite routine preventative treatments. Had you let me know during your stay, I would have immediately contacted our pest control company to address the issue. We truly want every guest to have a wonderful experience and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

Great location! Quick walk to the beach and central to some fun activities (fishing piers, go karts, mini golf, water park) and lots of good restaurants. Could use a few updates, inside and out, but overall my family of 4 had a great stay. Host was also easy to contact and very helpful and accommodating!

Wonderful little oasis!

This house at the end of a little street within walking distance of the beach was our little oasis for four days and we loved it! It has age, and fabulous little quirks which we loved, was decorated beautifully and was cozy and welcoming. We would stay here again for a longer time in the future!

Perfect Location

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was the perfect location for us. The neighborhood is quiet and close to stores and restaurants. We loved being able to walk down the street to the beach several times during our stay. The house was clean and just the right amount of space for us. Checking in and out of the house was also nice and easy.

Great Beach vacation

We had a very nice stay at the beach house. So close to the beach and many other areas. There is a great park and splash pad near by. The house description was accurate. Loved that their were beach toys and Chairs. Great option for families

We love this house in West Yarmouth! It was perfect for our family of 5. The house was clean, adorably decorated, and had everything we needed. It is in a great location; easy access to all the Cape has to offer! The owner was super responsive and easy to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Carolyn's property was charming--the perfect getaway for a week at the Cape! The decor makes you feel as though you are at the beach from the moment you walk in. The house was surprisingly spacious--we fit two adults, two preschoolers and several picky teenagers without a problem! The beach is an easy walk down the street and bigger beaches, as well as towns, are just a quick drive away. We are already planning to stay here next year...loved it!

We had a great time staying here and in Yarmouth. Check-in and out was easy and we had all the essentials. The location is great - an 8 minute walk to a beach with amazing shelling, quiet street for being outdoors with kids, big yard for running around and taking advantage of the weather, and close to all the things you would want to do in cape cod - mini golf, dining, nature preserve, more beaches, ferries/whale watching boats. Minor things to consider - bring whatever kitchen stuff you need besides the basics, and the internet is good (but sometimes would drop- so if you are working remotely, something to consider). Thank you for the wonderful stay! We had a great time!

Family friendly beach fun

Cute house in great location. Good size family space with open concept and enough seating for 4 adults and 2 children to eat together. Bedroom downstairs has bunkbeds that the kids loved-but no AC-bring fans.The bedrooms upstairs have very low headroom due to roof. Enter beds from 1 side only. The window AC units are behind headboard and are adequate but noisy. Beds were comfy. The roofline also limits height in bathroom both shower and sink area. Good for kids! Walk to beach is .5 mi comfortably flat. Had a great time. Close to Resturaunts and activities.

lovely stay

We had a very nice stay. The house was as described. We had some issues with the internet but the owners were super responsive and on top of fixing the problem. The house had everything we needed, only wish there were condiments present in the kitchen, like salt and sugar. We had to bring our own towels, but linens were provided. The walk is pretty quick to the beach (about 8 min), the house is on a dead end street, so nice and quiet. Loved the hammock and the fire pit sitting area.

Under the amenities it listed a crib, but there was no crib at the location. We did find out prior to coming so we were prepared….. Also under photos and listing bedrooms, it said there was four bedrooms upon arrival. We only had three bedrooms.. The photos and the listing of four bedrooms was very deceiving. The property could use a little more “up keep” outside, but it was cute, on a dead end cul de sac, so safe for small children.

Another Awesome Stay!!!

Another great summer getaway!! This is the third summer we spent here and I love it!! This has many amenities to offer!! The best is the location, while it is in a quiet neighborhood, with a private fenced in backyard, it is also at the end of a cul-de-sac!! My granddaughter who is almost three enjoyed safely riding her tricycle and writing with chalk at the end of the driveway! No traffic!! Also, in regards to location, Colonial Acres Beach, is less than a mile away, an easy walk to and from!! The beach was perfect for myself and my granddaughter and her baby brother!! The house itself is very comfortable with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room, as well as great Wi-Fi and cable. The kitchen leads onto a lovely deck where we typically started and ended our days! The deck leads to a large yard with a fire ring, which we had fun sitting around one evening! Finally, this house has easy access to Rt. 28 with all that has to offer. I have to mention that Bagels and Beyond is a quick walk away, which meant we always had fresh bagels and iced coffee around!! Thanks again for a wonderful week!! Great location and house

A great house; well equipped for all facets of stay. Kitchen had all sorts of appliances, cookware, and eating supplies. The appliance are new, no issues. Three TVs if you feel the urge to binge watch. The beds were very comfy. AC worked well in upstairs and main living area. The bunk bed room did get somewhat hot with just the available fans. A minor, but annoying quirk, was the shower curtains. The ends curled up, so it was nearly impossible to get a strong seal to prevent water on floors. We ended putting our washcloths on the tub edge to minimize any water damage. BTW, there are a couple of tiles in the upstairs bath that need to be addressed to prevent damage. Lots of books and games to play with. We did discover a few missing pieces in a couple of things, but no big deal. We’ve been doing annual trips to the D/Y area for a few years. This location was by far our favorite (all 3 generations). I hope we are able to return here next year, schedules permitting.

This property was exactly as described. It was very clean and the host was excellent in communication. It was exactly what we needed for our group of 6. Everything we needed for cooking etc. was included. They even had a little reading nook with books for adults and children which came in handy with 2 preschool grandchildren.

Our family of four decided to purchase this particular house in West Yarmouth and we couldn't be more happy. We've spent the first 6 months renovating, and now we are hoping to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you!

It's the perfect location - right near the beach. When you pull onto Standish you can see the beach in the distance and immediately feel like your on vacation. All of my stress melts away. Being so close to family friendly activities, restaurants, and downtown Hyannis is just wonderful.

Because we've been renovating, everything is new and super comfy. I love having two floors as well - it gives us more space to stretch. There is a shed in the back attached to the house that has lots of beach things - and by the way, I have never seen so many shells on a beach in my life.

I honestly love it here - this house, this location.
