Exceptional amenities include a pool (heated or unheated), hot tub, sauna, mini golf course, sport court (basketball, tennis, volleyball), kids' playground, pond, fishing, firepit with logs, pool table, ping pong table, foosball, and much more

The use of the pool and hot tub comes with an additional fee. Please find the fees at the bottom of the page.

Each of the seven bedrooms is designed for comfort and luxury, accommodating up to 16 people. Each room includes essential amenities such as a spacious bathroom with a shower, a queen bed, a sofa, bath towels, hand towels, pool towels, hot tub towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, razor, dental floss, body lotion, foaming bath, bath salts, cosmetic cotton pads, cotton swabs, and a loofah.

For special occasions and formal dinners, three large and elegant rooms provide a sophisticated atmosphere. The dining rooms, equipped with formal dinnerware, offer the perfect space for intimate gatherings over food and fine wine with friends and family.

The entertainment floor is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a wet bar, lighting, sound system, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, theatre room, sauna, and Starlink high-speed internet.

Outdoor recreational amenities abound, including breathtaking gardens, a fish pond, a swimming pool, a hot tub, a kids' playground, a mini-golf course, a sport court, a forest pathway, fire pits with wood, a barbecue area, cornhole, and an outdoor sound system.

Notes:

1. The fee structure and rental contract are designed for up to 16 daytime and overnight guests. If your party exceeds this limit, please contact us before booking.

2. The pool and hot tub are optional services available for an additional fee, outlined as follows.

Pool Usage (open from May to October):
$250 one-time fee for the unheated pool
$150 extra per day for the heated pool

Hot Tub Usage (open all year round):
$150 per day for hot tub

3. Please be aware that the premises are under constant surveillance with 24-hour recording video-audio surveillance cameras installed both outside the house and in the garage. These cameras have coverage extending up to 60 feet.

Perfect accommodations!

Everything that we needed for a great getaway was available! The house was clean, spacious and the host was very accommodating. We spent most of our time on site in the pool and hot tub. And our group of 14 enjoyed every moment!

Exactly as advertised. Absolutely MASSIVE property, you could camp an Army platoon here and would take you a weekend just to see the entire property. 8 large beds, kind of a mix of en suite and Jack & Jill bathrooms. Two of the 8 beds are in a shared bedroom but very nice. Really amazing place. Hosts are super responsive. Very, very on top of things with a hundred cameras all over the house, a detailed booklet of “how the house works” with an index and sub headings etc. there is a multi person cleaning crew that descends at 10am sharp on checkout day and whips the place into shape. Only concern is that once you book, they extort you with an additional 500 or more for rhe “additional benefit” of using the pool and hot tub. They say this detail is in the listing, but I certainly don’t notice it and I hope they have made this more clear because the pricing is quite intentionally misleading by this small rewrite amount. Classic bait and switch like someone showing up at a Facebook marketplace exchange when you’re committed to the item and only having 80% of the asking price on them.

Had our dream wedding here!

We had the most amazing stay at Nahid’s property. We had our wedding here and stayed for 3 nights… everything met our expectations. Nahid is a great communicator and helped ensure our wedding was perfect. She allowed us to see the property twice before our booking so we can plan the flow of our day. She goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are happy. We made sure we followed all the rules and read through all the extra costs so we knew what to expect. All our guests keep talking about how amazing the venue was. The grounds are kept very nice. Our photos look beautiful. Thank you Nahid!

It wasn't totally as expected, but the company made it a non-issue

The Good: The property was as advertised with all house amenities present and available. Exterior amenities would be amazing in the summer when all available.- Pool table, foosball and ping pong were great fun- BBQ, dining table, cutlery and dishware made a group meal easy- The provided toiletries were a plus- Bath / shower consumables were quality- Provided slippers, robes and towels were awesome.- The sauna worked well and was a huge hitThe bad: Due to snow the owner tried to cancel the agreed upon year round hot tub option on us 48 hrs before check-in. It was eventually made available after some back and forth but it was more stress and work on me for an agreed upon paid extra that was important to us than it should've been.The house interior had some issues that would've been nice to have disclosed prior to booking or check-in. But we were well beyond the point of no return and we chose to avoid and look past them to fully enjoy our stay.- Uneven interior flooring in main area that was coming up (actual tripping hazard)- At least 2 shower valves that weren't working properly. Thankfully one of them was in the double shower (one almost burned me giving hot water only with no adjustment).- Theater room projector is pointed very high up and off the wall and couldn't really be enjoyed as intended.We stayed for one night with a group of friends and had a great time as it was the company that was important to us and nothing was a total deal breaker for our stay.

Razi estate

This was an excellent property for a small family birthday gathering. Communication with the host was excellent, both before, during, and after the stay. A minor malfunction was addressed promptly and competently. There were lots of activities for the small children and lots of room for children and adults to spread out. The dining room very comfortably seats sixteen, which was a great pleasure for breakfasts and dinners. Everyone in our group had a bed, which was an important consideration for me. Bathrooms are either shared between two bedrooms or ensuite, which was another important consideration. After our stay, the host and I discussed some minor additions to the kitchen amenities that she assures will be addressed, either in the provisions or by adding to the recommended packing list. A minor point that would only be obvious to short people like me is the very high shelving in the kitchen and servery cabinets. However, the host has taken that into consideration and tells me that she will investigate more accessible options for future guests. Recycling is not an option because of the contract the host has with the waste management company. Future guests might want to plan ahead for reboxing beer bottles & cans and bringing their own bins to bring recyclable waste back home. Overall, it was a fun weekend in a property that was the perfect size for our family. I recommend this property for an event like ours, & can see how it would also be ideal for a small wedding.

Make sure to read the fine print in rental agreement

We stayed on the property as a group of 14: 9 adults with 5 kids under age 5 as a family reunion. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. House is clean and about an hour drive into Toronto. Owner was quick to respond and helpful through out our stay. The kids enjoyed the toys in play area and layout was perfect for what we needed to give each family their own space while still feeling together. Here is the reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars (a more accurate rating would be 3.5) -nowhere on the VRBO listing does it state that there is a $200 fee to use the pool plus $150 per day to have it heated. Hot tub use is also $100/day. Pool also has very cheap plastic flooring which is very dangerous getting in and out plus you slip when walking towards the deep end. -issues with water heater. 3 people took a quick shower at the same time (max 7min long) and house ran out of hot water. This is something that should be told to guests prior to arriving to avoid situation like this. -the railing on the patio deck is very loose and extremely dangerous -owner asked if contractor could come early on our checkout day, I said that was fine as long as no noise and asked if it was ok to check out 30 min later and she agreed. Cleaning crew arrived prior to us checking out and other vendors were outside unloading prior to our agreed check out time. Made the process very chaotic with small kids and strangers.

Amazing stay and wedding

Had a small wedding here (40 people), stayed 2 nights with the wedding party to set up and clean up after. All guests absolutely loved the space, we have so many beautiful photos from all over the property. Nahid was very easy to communicate with. Everything is prescriptive so you know exactly what is available and only use what you need. House rules are very explicit and easy to follow. Being able to have the ceremony, photos, dinner, and dancing all at one venue was amazing. The mix of indoor and outdoor space opportunity was simply beautiful, many guests stated it was the best wedding they had been to. Would love to have another event here.

Our wedding day was perfect at the Razi Estate. Nahid was amazing and kind hearted from the day I met her. She is an exceptional host. I highly recommend you booking the Estate for theses important events or even just a relaxing weekend getaway. She and I were very transparent with each other and our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Our family and friends are still talking about our weekend. The pool was refreshing and what a way to end the weekend with a pool party. We got married in this beautiful property.

Nahid was an amazing host. She made planning a wedding less stressful. This place is equipped with everything I would need. Chairs for indoor and outdoor, arches (one is built in) , tables and linens to match. Everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. The place is beautifully set up. Her interior designer worked wonders and the place is very grand. There is a pool, a sauna and lots of towels. There were so many futons that I was not worried if someone decides last minute that they need to stay for the night. Over all , I have no complaints. Thank you Nahid for all your assistance.
