Breath taking views from this Spanish colonial designed “LINDA VISTA”. 200 m2 (2156 Sq Feet) of high quality, solid masonry construction on 755 m2 (8,100 lot. 4-bed, 2-bath, walk-in closets, quality Spanish porcelains floors, beautiful wooden ceilings with efficient roof heat insulation, fans to keep interior cool, real wood moldings, modern kitchen granite counter tops and an island with integrated ceramic cooktop, modern bathroom cabinets, tempered glass walls in shower, massage jet shower panels, electric gate etc. The property has 2 parking spots next to the house for easy access. The types of tours available is a very diverse selection to suit everyone’s taste – adventure, relaxation, birds, and wildlife observation etc. A few examples are volcano hikes, volcano sourced hot springs and spas, jungle zip lining/canopy tours, sky tram, hanging bridges hikes, bungee jumping, MTB and ATV off road tours, white water rafting, canyon rappelling, spelunking, bird watching and waterfall tours, same as many activities right on the lake, such as: world class wind surfing and kite surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, sailing and fishing tours, horseback riding

Great place to stay when visiting this area

Breath-taking views of lake, fully equipped kitchen. Safe neighborhood and peace & quiet to enjoy our stay. Definitely recommend and will stay there next time when visiting the area.

Beautiful View

Lots of space with a beautiful view of the lake! The property is gated and the property manager Ricky also lives on site with his family. The house has a great outdoor space with a lawn and view of the lake, plus a barbecue, though it was pretty smoky and we had a hard time getting it going. Ricky was very helpful and responsive during our stay and we really appreciate the extended check in/out he allowed us. Walkable to the center of town, though a bit hot and sweaty to do so. Great place for a family to stay.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views.

This property is on a hilltop with unobstructed views of the lake. The property is kept in top quality with private parking and a great patio on the rear off the kitchen/living room where you can enjoy the view. In a quiet residential area within 10 minute walk of the town. The town is very quaint with grocery, gas and other services. Used as a base to visit the wonderful nearby sites, but could well enjoy a stay just at the property!

Best place in 8 years

We are a family of 5 adults. Everyone of us agree that it was one of the best places we have stayed. Clean and everything you needed and wanted was there. Host and contact person were both very responsive and extremely helpful. Quiet, beautiful setting and views. We had (and needed) a car to make this location work for getting around. So if you have a car this is a fantastic find.!

Beautiful and comfortable

My experience was amazing. The house was very large and comfortable, very fitting for a family. The house was beautiful and the views are amazing. The area was very secure with a remote control gate. There is no AC but that's common in homes in CR, but the fans work really well and there's a constant cool breeze coming through. There isn't a whole lot to see or do in the area but you are able to drive into busier towns within about 30-45 minutes. This location is great if you just want to get away, relax and have some alone time. The host is amazing and provides great communication. Definitely recommend.

This property is in a private location. Very short walk or drive to the main down town area. Is located in a non-traffic street.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is new in a private lot with only one neighbor we have the best view to the lake. The house is well ventilated by nature and it offers total privacy. Our neighbors are combination of ex pats and local Ticos which take good care of our street block is a cul-de-sac which you can drive by and not even notice the house. New furniture was add in November 2020 to add more comfort the our guess. The backyard was completely remodel with a mazing panoramic view.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our location is our benefit to our guess with a walking distance to the very central part of Nuevo Arenal. You can shop, dine, get pharmacy supplies, etc all writhing 2400 meters from the home. We also have cleaning services available for the long term guess.
