VUE SUR LE GOLFE

Tout tourne autour de la VUE et ça ne va pas beaucoup mieux que ça! La magnifique eau émeraude du golfe et sa plage sucrée se découvre depuis un grand balcon, la chambre principale et le salon. On peut également le voir en mangeant un délicieux repas de fruits de mer à la table de la salle à manger.

Ce condo spacieux (1262 pieds carrĂ©s) comprend deux chambres, deux salles de bains, une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s et un canapĂ©-lit. SituĂ© au 16e Ă©tage du quai Laketown et Ă  l'est du centre de l'immeuble. Il est assez haut pour une vue panoramique impressionnante sans ĂȘtre trop haut pour les personnes qui n'ont pas peur des hauteurs mais qui sont mal Ă  l'aise avec les Ă©tages supĂ©rieurs.

Perfect girls trip

We really enjoyed our time here. The resort is very nice and lots of pools and close to dining and shopping on resort. Close to Pineapple Willys and a short walk to the beach. Only downfall is the elevator wait times.

Beautiful Condo

Great location! We would love to stay at the Laketown Whart again! We love the lake view with light show every night at 8pm, plus the ocean view at the condo! a perfect place to get away to relax and enjoy the ocean! The condo is super clean and comfortable.

Great Fun

Visited for a weekend family trip. Everything was perfect. October is a great time to visit. Not too crowded. Weather was perfect. Walked over to nearby restaurant to watch college football and eat dinner. Cooked some in the room. This property has a great view of the beach and ocean.

The place was great, I can't stress that enough. However the security and house services was needless to say unprofessional.

We were shutoff water for 8 hours and the security was the worst ever. Professionalism is out the window. However the room was great but the people running the place needs a jobreasscement.

I would like to say that we had a very nice time staying with you in the Laketown Warf condo. The condo was really comfortable & clean. I would like to point out that there was a patio chair on the deck that was ripped. Also the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom comes out of the wall. Everything else was great. We would definitely contact you again to stay here if ever In Panama City, Florida again.

Nice place

The condo itself was nice. Good flow between rooms and eating areas. Was a little bit of a walk to the beach but not bad. Elevators weren’t bad at all. Fitness center was okay, nothing special. The resort staff has no clue what they are doing. So don’t expect to get much from them. Overall it was a good experience.

The building itself is a little rundown. On the weekend there are lines at the elevator with sweaty people just trying to get back to their unit so if you go here, do not choose a floor that's too high up, but if you have a wagon full of beach stuff you're screwed. my 11 and 13-year-old kids had a blast though and they wanna come back. They had so much fun at the pool. The on-site stores and restaurants were overpriced. Nautical properties was very attentive and got back to me within an hour of me, reaching out, which I appreciated very much. overall, it was a good stay but at my age which is 46, I was a little exhausted.

We had a great stay at Lake Town Wharf Condos for my son's 17th birthday trip! The condo was very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 4 teenagers and 2 adults. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the view — absolutely beautiful beach views from the balcony! The location is also a huge plus — it's conveniently close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The only downside was the parking and elevator setup. To reach our unit on the 16th floor, we had to take an elevator from the parking garage, then go up a flight of stairs to access the main elevators. During peak times, we waited 10–20 minutes (sometimes even longer) just to catch an elevator due to the high number of guests. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning — just be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy times!

The rooms were not clean upon arrival, the dishes were dirty and there was still clothes from the prior tenants under the bed in the master bedroom.

Elevators took forever, noises at night when tried to sleep. Pot smell when sitting on balcony. Shower diding come out hard enough to get the sand off or soap and shampoo off of you. To many kids in hot tub and grown ups sitting on the side with legs only in. The other hot spa was out of service. Elevator took anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes to get on every time you used it. Bad experience. Workers were rude and not helpful

Beautiful property

This property is huge! There is plenty to do, places to go and eat within walking distance. The elevators on this property were hard to get on. We spent plenty of time waiting on one as we were on the 16th floor. That is the one thing I wish I could have changed! The walk to the beach was easy and the condo was clean! We wish there were more sheet pans to cook with and sheets and pillows as we had planned to use the pull out couch but couldn't due to lack of linens. Our stay went by too fast. I guess that means we will have to return soon!

This place is huge, like huge and only has 6 elevators. This is the largest draw back. You need to expect to wait 30- 40 minutes to get on and off at any point and time. Also staff is constantly mean mugging you like you don’t belong there or you are going to do something wrong just not very welcoming.

Too much walking

Location was good but the walking from the condo to where we were told to park was a bit ridiculous. The condo was on the far south side of the building and we were told to park on the north side. Everyone in are group was to tired to go do anything because of all the walking to get from point A to point b. It always took us 20 minutes to an hour to get from the condo to the beach and the building was across the road from the beach.

We had a great trip overall. The rooms, elevators and the parking would have been easier to navigate with a map. Identifying public beach access locations would have been helpful also.

Nice resort

Property was mostly good except for the buckling floors which were not installed properly and the cleanliness which at first glance seemed good but we ended up cleaning handles, toilet seats, etc. by the way there are no cleaning supplies at all only dish liquid so we had to buy them , no salt and pepper or any other supplies so bring your own. View is great and the location. There was a motorcycle rally going on for days and all you heard was loud bikes and their loud music, couldn't have the doors open. That of course couldn't be helped but next time we will double check the local events.

Wonderful Condo!

I have absolutely no complaints about the condo! It was nice and clean. A good view of the ocean. My only complaints are with the elevators. It was nothing to wait for 20 minutes on an elevator. It might not had been that bad if there was some kind of air flow while waiting for the elevator, or air flow on the elevator itself. Other than the elevator I have no complaints. The owner was excellent to work with and even checked on us to make sure we arrived and got checked in okay.

The condo was everything we hoped for. The beds were very comfortable. Everything about the condo itself was excellent. But everything you read about the elevator situation is true. This condo would be perfect if there was an quick, easy way to get to it.

Over the years many of the owners we worked with asked us if we would ever consider managing their units as Property Managers and so in the summer of 2021 we bought 2 beach units, gutted them, completely remodeled them and put them up for vacation rental in December of 2021. We also took some advice of some of our owners and we are now managing their properties as of January 2022. While we are new to the rental sites, we have over 20 years of experience managing vacation rentals, guests and owners.
