Ce condo au 2ème étage en bord de mer est situé dans le spectaculaire quartier de Kaibo / Rum Point, facilement le meilleur endroit de vacances à Cayman! Ce condo en bord de mer récemment rénové dans la communauté du Kaibo Yacht Club est exactement ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous dorloter, profiter du calme et de la tranquillité de l'île! Le condo est l'un des 20 seuls, c'est donc comme un complexe hôtelier avec beaucoup d'intimité. Le complexe de condos Kaibo Yacht Club dispose d'une belle piscine et d'un jacuzzi, ainsi que d'une plage de sable blanc pour se promener et pour que les enfants construisent des châteaux de sable sous le soleil! Il y a beaucoup de chaises longues à la piscine et sur la plage, ainsi que 2 cabanes en chaume de palmier pour s'asseoir et se détendre à l'ombre. Vous pouvez louer des planches à pagaie, des jet-skis, des kayaks, etc. sur la plage de Kaibo. Le condo est également à seulement 100 mètres du célèbre bar et restaurant Kaibo Yacht Club, où vous pourrez déjeuner sur la plage, profiter d'un toboggan de boue au bar, ou du vin et dîner au restaurant 5 étoiles de Kaibo appelé "Upstairs at Kaibo Yacht Club ". Chaque mardi, le yacht club organise un barbecue sur la plage, avec musique live et cuisine locale. Il y a aussi un ferry quotidien pour Camana Bay pour 25 $ aller-retour depuis la jetée de Kaibo, si vous êtes prêt pour une aventure amusante dans la région de Seven Mile Beach. Tout cela à quelques pas et sans même monter dans votre voiture. De plus, si vous êtes de ceux qui ont besoin de votre "Cup of Joe" le matin, le Kaibo Yacht club possède son propre café spécialisé.

Le condo a été rénové en août 2019 avec toutes les nouvelles commodités modernes, des finitions haut de gamme, y compris une cuisine gastronomique, un climatiseur central, une télévision connectée de 50 pouces, un four micro-ondes, un poêle à convection, une laveuse / sécheuse intégrée, du linge de maison, des serviettes de bain et la plage / serviettes de piscine. Le condo est nouvellement meublé avec un lit king size dans la chambre face à l'océan ainsi qu'un lit queen size dans la 2e chambre avec des draps luxueux. Les deux chambres ont leur propre salle de bain. Veuillez venir vous gâter dans des hébergements de luxe!

Le Rum Point Beach Club & Wreck Bar de renommée mondiale se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied du condo. À Rum Point, vous trouverez tous les types de sports nautiques, jet-skis, jouets nautiques, voilier et planches à pagaie à louer. Red Sail Sports propose également des excursions quotidiennes à Sting Ray City, à ne pas manquer lors de votre séjour à Grand Cayman! Rum Point offre une grande plongée en apnée, la natation et tout simplement se détendre sur la plage.

La conduite depuis l'aéroport international d'Owen Roberts prend environ 45 minutes, mais c'est une belle route côtière et cela prend un peu plus de temps car les limites de vitesse sont beaucoup plus lentes - comme tout ici sur l'île! Si vous voulez être loin de la circulation, des bateaux de croisière et des foules de George Town et de 7 Mile Beach, le Kaibo Yacht Club est votre choix de vacances idéal!

Relaxing location

The property was just as described. Great location, clean, comfortable and relaxing. We used the kitchen, everything worked and everything we needed was there. The porch area was nice and roomy. If you want a quiet relaxing place you can’t go wrong here.

Great Stay!

The property was great, right by the pool/hot tub and the little beach area. There are beach towels and lots of games too. The location was also perfect, next to Kaibo restaurants and a 25 minute walk to Rum Point.

Delightful property

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and the unit was very clean. The property manager was a great communicator and very pleasant when I called her. We enjoyed the local coffee house and the restaurant was very convenient. The service was just ok, but the food was very good. Actually we felt the restaurant at Rum Point was nicer and the service was much better. was

Wonderful!

Loved this property. It looks newly renovated throughout—-kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, etc. kitchen was well-stocked w cookware/ utensils so we could cook full dinners w ease. Decor is very beach-y and cozy. Had first aid supplies in both bathroom cupboards which we usually don’t find. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting Grand Cayman.

Beautiful Cayman

Wow. I can't say enough good things about our visit and our location. Our condo was exactly as described, right on the beach, just a few hundred meters from pina coladas and a 2 km walk to the best rum slides. The weather, the accommodations, the food, the friendly people. I don't even know where to begin. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Cayman!

Perfect relaxing spot to fully experience Grand Cayman!

Our stay at the Kaibo Yacht Club Condos was a dream come true! It is perfectly located in Cayman Kai near Rum Point, just a 5 min walk to Starfish point and next door to the Kaibo Yacht Club Restaurant. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and 7 mile Beach, with quiet beaches and some of the best just-off-shore snorkeling on the island, but still an easy drive or boat taxi back to the downtown area. The snorkeling on our shallow private beach was perfect for the kids (and adults!) and had just as many if not more Starfish and fish than other places we visited. And the pool and hot tub were nice for evening dips after a day in the ocean water. The condo is updated and spacious and the perfect size for a family or two couples with privacy for all. It was well supplied with all the basic things you need including beach and bath towels, TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, two bathrooms and comfortable beds! If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet homebase, this is your spot! Go stay and you won't want to leave! Thanks so much!

Relaxing Beach Condo

Positives: Beautiful condo and grounds. Easy check in as Barbara is very responsive. Condo is as pictured. Two beach cruisers were nice surprise. Plenty of free sunblock left by prior guests. Two umbrellas onsite for any rain. Some board games and cards which is nice for families. 2 min walk to 2 restaurants and coffee shop. Service at Kaibo beach and coffee shop is slow, but food and coffee is good. Upstairs at Kaibo was incredible but expensive (worth it though). Negatives: Condo is right above the pool so if you want complete silence look elsewhere especially if you intend to eat meals outside on private patio. No shower soaps or body lotion which was surprising, so bring those items. Overall: great place in secluded area of GC. Need rental car, but you can book activities directly from Kaibo pier (just ask vendors when booking online) to reduce travel to Georgetown. Exactly what we wanted and needed. But likely will look for place a little farther from pool next time.

Tired unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was overcrowded with clutter, lots of pillows, knickknacks, etc. Too much junk! The carpets & rugs were trip hazards as well & I would assume impossible to keep clean, surly not inviting to walk on barefooted. The unit is located very close to the pool which gives no privacy we happened to be there when a large group occupied several units, they were loud & obnoxious till the am hours congregated on the pool deck which could be heard from our bedroom. Considering all that the unit didn’t have going for it, it was well over priced! We got to view 2 other short term rentals on the property that were not as tired as this unit & we were disappointed to hear those guests paid much less per night then we did. I forgot to mention there were no working lights around the pool area which was dangerous.

Paradise

We had wonderful week at Rum Point. The apartment was super clean and well equipped, nicely decorated, good beds and great modern new bathrooms. And patio was our favorite place at apartment. Amazing view! Atmosphere was very quiet at pool and beach area. I spent lots of time at pool, (alone) and boys did snorkeling around since all the beaches are public. You need to have car. We did also snorkeling boat trip with White Sand Water Sport, snorkeling and fun visit to the Stingray City. Small boat and handy since tour are from Kaibo and back. We liked swimming and snorkeling at Rum Point. We also ate there once. There is temporary restaurant at beach, open till 6pm ish.(Rum Point was hit badly by hurricane, it is open but they are rebuilding there). We ate twice at Yacht Club. Chef menu was great but not cheap. The Club has on Tuesdays bbq at the beach. Food was good and atmosphere too with sunset. Our own beach (front of condos) was clean and full of red sea stars. You can swim there but unfortunately there is a lot of sea grass although it didn’t bother us so much, I used water shoes. Over all it was one of the most lovely vacation, quiet, relaxing lovely resort.

Birthday Celebration @ Kaibo Yacht Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was my BFF's 50th birthday and we wanted to celebrate her all weekend, so 5 of us joined her at Kaibo Yacht Club. From the moment we walked in we were pleased with the small but clean and well appointed condo. We loved that we had the property to ourselves (one if side effects of the pandemic) but we found our youthfulness once again dipping in tge ocean, pool and jacuzzi. We slept in late, had breakfast on the patio and felt like queens. Just what we needed. The ladies were relaxed and didn't want to leave our lovely condo. The Property Manager, Barbara Whittaker was pleasant and accommodating. We are already planning the next BFF's birthday.
