Presque trop beau pour être vrai !!! Condo de 3 étages de 2300 pieds carrés avec terrasse à pied pour abaisser la piscine. La piscine supérieure du complexe est à quelques pas avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Un chemin en bois vous mène directement à l'océan avec un accès direct au monde de rêve d'un plongeur. Profitez de la plongée en apnée, de la plongée, du kayak, du paddle board ou tout simplement vous baigner dans l'océan, tous disponibles à la location sur place. Si vous êtes intéressé, des cours de plongée sous-marine peuvent également être organisés. Pour votre commodité, il y a des douches extérieures et une station de rinçage pour l'équipement de plongée. Des réservoirs et des poids à prix réduits sont disponibles 24/7 pour les clients. L'un des meilleurs sites de plongée au large de l'île. À seulement cinq minutes en voiture de la célèbre plage de Seven Mile Beach !!! Seven Mile Beach est très facile d'accès et de nombreuses serviettes de plage sont disponibles dans le condo. Épicerie et magasin d'alcools juste en bas de la route. De nombreux restaurants célèbres dans la région de West Bay. 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international d'Owen Robert. Premier étage - Concept ouvert avec cuisine entièrement équipée, comptoirs en granit et électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Salle d'eau, salle à manger et salon confortable avec une télévision à écran plat de 55 pouces (DVD, livres, jeux de société disponibles). Des portes coulissantes s'ouvrent sur le patio et la piscine inférieure.

Deuxième étage - 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Une chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et l'autre chambre a un lit queen et un jumeau. Les deux chambres ont un grand placard et il y a une machine à laver et un sèche-linge à ce niveau.

Troisième étage - lit king size et un lit double, télévision à écran plat, salle de bain complète et grand dressing.

We had ana mazing week. The condo was very clean and had everything we needdd. The kitchen was well equipped and there were beach towels provided. Condo had in unit laundry and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Walking right out of the patio and to the pool was winderful. It was very quiet and relaxing, which was what we wanted. The host, Muchele, was very communicative and very easy to wirk with. There is not a beach view from the unit, but just a short walk to a beautiful view. Also short walk to a couple restaurants.

This lovely condo had plenty of room for four adults, two teenagers, and one energetic boy. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of linens and towels. This unit is not directly on the beach, but a short walk will get you to the ocean. The beach here is of coral, so walking on it takes caution as the coral is jagged and sharp. However, 7 mile beach is just a short car ride away. The condo is very close to Cayman Turtle Center (fun!) and the Dolphin Encounter. We are not divers, but the snorkeling is outstanding. The owner Michele is quick to answer any questions, but the property manager was slow to respond. He may have been out of town or working, but if that were the case, he should have let us know. Other than that, we had a beautiful vacation with our family. We would recommend this property to fit all your island needs.

Perfect large family condo in paradise!

This 3 story condo was just as advertised! Cute, spacious and had everything we needed! The 2 pools were wonderful and the grounds were beautiful! A very short walk down to the water and snorkeling right off the property! Would definitely stay here again! The host and property manager were both amazing! So responsive and helpful!

Our family had a wonderful time at Coconut Bay. The condo was perfect and we enjoyed the pool. It was close to many gorgeous public beaches, restaurants and the grocery store.

Wonderful vacation

My husband and I traveled to Grand Cayman with our son and family which included 3 teenage girls. “Best Vacation Ever” was announced by one of our grand daughters! That is a vacation to remember!! The second floor was perfect for their family. Having the washer and dryer on the 2nd floor made washing suits and towels easier. We took a short drive daily to find a new beach. Lots of parking available. Enjoyed the patio, pool and walking to local restaurants. Sting Ray City charter with Duncan and rode horses with Coral Stone Stables. Dolphin Discovery was a short walk and everyone loved it. Thank you Michelle for sharing your condo! new beach

Great location for snorkeling

Enjoyed the condo. Every room was spacious and clean. One pool directly outside our patio door and the other pool with a view of the Ocean. Loved the ability to snorkel just off property. Food and attraction s across the street.

Wonderful Vacation

We had an absolute wonderful time in Michele's condo. There was plenty of space for all six of us to spread out. The pools were amazing and warm. Met many owners who gave great information for places to eat and things to do. Had an issue with the grill, but Michele took care of it immediately. Only thing I would tell people is to bring their own pillows as the ones provided in the condo were really flat. Other than that, everything was awesome. The condo is exactly as puctured. We will definitely book here again.

Fantastic Spot for a Friends' Trip

This was a great spot for our girls friend trip, with plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed—definitely a huge plus. The 3.5 bathrooms were exactly what we needed, making it easy for everyone to get ready without feeling cramped.While you do need a car while staying here, it was easy to drive into town. Plus, there were a couple restaurants/bars within walking distance, which was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the entire place was very comfortable and inviting.Highly recommend this place for a group trip—would absolutely stay here again!

Great for diving!

This property met our needs for our dive trip and for that we would all say it’s perfect! And while the condo itself checked all the boxes it was just alittle underwhelming. Within in the community this particular property is not on the ocean or even have an ocean view…which is slightly misleading from the pictures. There are two sets of condos each with a pool and this is the smaller one of the two more inland. The patio space is quite small but worked for our family of five and we especially loved it for all our scuba gear. O2 tanks onsite and the property manager was very kind and helpful! We all agreed that the beds were what took away a star…they just really were cheap and uncomfortable with just a bedspread and no blanket or comforter. Things like new bedding, towels and decor could go a long way here. Having said that…I get it because it’s a rental, just know what you’re getting…it’s not a high end condo. Fortunately we were there for the diving which didn’t disappoint!! Shore diving right off the property and along this stretch of island was great…night dives were also excellent! So if you’re going for the divingENJOY!!!

Fantastic stay in West Bay!

We had a fantastic stay. Great unit with everything we needed. Very clean. Everyone was super responsive but we had no major issues. If I had one minor thing may be that the beds are firm and could use an upgrade, but everything was really fantastic. We were divers so we used the dive shop by Macabuca Restaurant. The group did shore dives and snorkeling right from the restaurant. There are convenient dunk tanks at the end of the road as well as a ladder to get in the water. The pool is right outside your door. We rented a car and drove all around the Island. I highly recommend this unit! Michele the owner was excellent and very communicative.

Family Dive Vacation to Grand Cayman

Wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman! Everything about the condo was exactly as advertised. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 1/2 bath, plenty of space. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Condo opened onto patio area and pool. And scuba diving site was in the back yard. Owner was super helpful and on-island property manager was there as needed. My family would definately stay here again.

Amazing Location!!

Perfectly located within walking distance of Turtle Center and Macabuca (favorite dining spot - stunning sunsets). Many activities are a walk or short drive. The house reef is spectacular with rays, turtles, lobsters, and crabs. The tanks/showers/wash station were very handy for diving. Both pools were delightful. The one closest to our unit felt private, often with no one else around, while the other pool offered an ocean view and spa. The home was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with a good layout for our group. Wifi was strong inside and by the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked, though a chef’s knife would be a great addition. Note: the 3rd-floor bedroom lacks a door = less ideal for light sleepers but offering privacy. Washer/dryer = bonus! Bedrooms could benefit from better room-darkening options; light-sensitive guests might need an eye mask. The children’s bedroom blinds were stuck, letting in too much morning light = overtired kids. Property manager fixed upon his return from being off island. Patio area had a nice pool view and useful drying racks (more wetsuit hangers please). However, ongoing pergola repairs caused debris and noise during much of our stay. On quieter days, the patio was a peaceful retreat. Grounds were lovely. We felt safe walking to nearby attractions. While a safe for valuables would be nice, it wasn’t necessary. Fantastic stay with a great location, layout, and amenities. Would love to return once the pergola repairs are complete!!

Great condo complex for privacy

Our family rented two condos at coconut bay. Our condo was great! Everything we needed for relaxing trip. Diving from the shore down the ladder was super convenient. Thanks for a great setup to meet all of our needs.

Our stay at this beautiful property sadly came to an end today. As I’m sitting back at home in 45* rainy weather, I am reminiscing on the memories our small family made this past week. Our two adult children joined us on this trip. We had more than enough room in the house. We loved the outside area, including the pools, gazebo, coral area out front-Wow!!! Right down the street we walked to Macabuca several times, and then journeyed to the Dolphin Center and the Turtle Center. The sunsets are amazing right in the backyard! We hope to return to Grand Cayman one day and would love to stay at Coconut Bay.

Best Location on the Island

We had an amazing stay at Michele's condo. There was tons of space for our family. Our children really enjoyed the pools and we enjoyed the amazing shore diving. Duncan the property manager was fantastic - we booked him for a boat tour and he took us to some 'locals only' type spots - we had the best time.

Great stay in West Bay

A nicely-appointed condo in a great location. Well-kept grounds in a peaceful setting, away from the Seven Mile crowds but close enough to beaches and good restaurants. And across the street from the Turtle Center: can’t go wrong.

Our family has been vacationing on the island for the past 14 summers. Our children learned to swim here and now our whole family are avid scuba divers. We purchased this unit in the fall of 2015 in the hopes that our children will continue a beautiful family tradition that holds many memories of love, happiness and good times in our hearts! It is a special place to our family and we hope that you fall in love with Grand Cayman too!!

We chose this property because we love what the West Bay Area has to offer. The proximity to world famous Seven Mile Beach, off shore diving, great restaurants and so much to do in this area. There are nearby supermarkets, drug stores, liquor stores and duty free shopping. You can walk to restaurants, rent bicycles, go horse back riding, swim with the dolphins, enjoy the Turtle Farm and even visit a car museum!!

This condo complex is unique in the amount of living space it has to offer especially if travelling with 2 families. The open concept living space and 3 1/2 baths really make sharing this space easy. The view of the lower pool from this unit is helpful for families vacationing with young children. The choice of having 2 different pools to swim in is also a fun feature for kids! Gazebos at both pools offer shade when a break is needed from the sun.
