Belle 2 chambres à coucher 2 salles de bains privées Regal Beach Club Condo situé directement sur World Famous Seven Mile Beach. L'unité avant dans le deuxiÚme bùtiment, offre un balcon avec vue surdimensionné, avec vue sur les piscines, les jardins tropicaux luxuriants, les palmiers et les eaux turquoise de la mer des Caraïbes. Un lit king size en mousse à mémoire dans la chambre principale vous fera dormir comme un roi aprÚs une journée de plaisir au soleil. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée, avec tous les draps, serviettes de bain et de plage.

Privé, mais idéalement situé dans le centre de la plage de 7 mile pour la marche des restaurants et des boutiques. Location de sports nautiques juste à cÎté, sur la plage. Internet haute vitesse, TV à écran plat dans chaque chambre et salon.

We stayed in 523 for two weeks in December 2025. Everything was as described, the place was impeccable and Carol our liaison was very helpful getting us settled in. Our questions were answered promptly and accurately. We are extremely pleased with this vacation!

Smaller beach but great condo and location

We loved staying here and being able to walk to many different amazing restaurants! It was considerably less expensive than most hotels in the area (we stay in 4 stars or higher), and we had a very nice view and semi private small beach that was only a short walk to. We would definitely book here again!

Not what I expected..could use some updates, new couch,new beds, new refrigerator and we thought from the description it had a hot tub on site..it didn’t and that was the main reason we choose the place..wouldn’t stay here again..

Beautiful view and grounds. Almost zero beach front. Lots of rocks upon ocean entry, bring water shoes. Convenient location. Peppers across the road has great jerk chicken. Accommodations were very comfortable.

Beautiful Fall Getaway

Wonderful stay for our family of 5. Unit was well appointed with an amazing view. Easy walk to the pool and ocean. Host went out of her way to bring us beach chairs and pool noodles. Recommend a car to drive to all the beautiful snorkeling spots around Grand Cayman. Walkable to restaurants, shops and much more.

Great Cayman Island base!

This was a great location on Seven Mile Beach. There has been beach erosion, but there is still some beach in front of the resort, and a short walk (though some may want water shoes) takes you to a wider beach area. The condo was great for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. We did have a car, and had no issues parking at the resort. Some restaurants in easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

You won’t regret it

Beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom condo with an ocean and pool view. Couldn’t ask for anything more from the unit and the owner was efficient communicating with us on our last minute booking. There is a nice sandy beach and the water is incredible for going for a dip right in front of the property. Plenty of good eats right across the street. Stay here!!!
