We had a great time here. The house is very well stocked with everything you'd need for a getaway with family or friends. The backyard is perfect for having a cookout and also great for washing off in the outdoor shower. The hosts were very attentive. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in a comfortable house on a nice, quiet street with easy access to the beaches.

Wonderful time in Newport

We had such a great week staying in this really nice cottage. Clean, updated, perfect size for our family. The kids had fun playing in the backyard. The appliances, including AC, worked well. Perfect location, walking distance to the beach. All kinds of beach gear was available for us to use. The host was helpful and kind. Thank you!

My goto place from now on…

From the moment I booked to the moment I checked out I had a 5 star experience. Kathleen is the epitome of a property manager.. First she stopped me from double booking, then she showed care and consideration for my dog by acknowledging my pet at booking, asking his name and giving me comfort he was welcomed at the property, then was available late in the evening to answer a question I had. I felt well taken care of and the house is in such a great location- wonderful morning walks on the beach, so close to downtown and a quiet street. I’m actually writing this review just before I’m going to book again! Oh and I didn’t mention the dog treats and human treats that were left for us as a warm welcome. I could go on and on but I need to book my weekend!

Super clean and accommodating home. Super close to beach and not very far from center of town/Thames/mansions, etc. We biked everywhere and it worked well for us! Our small pup loved the fenced in yard! Grocery store wasn’t far either. We had a great time! House has everything you need/want. Thank you!
