Only ONE block from the beach and ONE block from Wild Dunes World Class Resort, and close to the island marina this Isle of Palms 4 bedroom/3 bathroom getaway checks all the boxes and is perfectly located to host your next beach or golf vacation. Outside, the property's expansive and beautifully landscaped FENCED IN BACKYARD is a true oasis for people and pets alike, featuring a SALTWATER POOL (option to heat for a daily fee), outdoor shower, large bbq grill, enchanting outdoor seating areas, a practice PUTTING GREEN, and landscape lighting. The interior layout of the home features a kitchen with GE stainless-steel appliances, a gas stove, custom cabinets with granite countertops, a bright open living room and dining room, partial-wraparound deck and two bedrooms on the upper level (ALL bedrooms have BIG mounted TVs). The primary bedroom features a private entrance and fully renovated bath with a luxurious walk-in tiled shower and dual sinks with marble countertops. Downstairs the den, utility room with a foosball table and all the necessary beach toys/chairs/towels (included in your stay), washer and dryer, and two bedrooms on the lower level makes a terrific layout and perfect for entertaining. The home also boasts a new roof, new windows, new screen porch, and a small side shed garage - perfectly suited for parking a golf cart. Very good location to beach, comfortable home, responsive host and overall a great stay. The kitchen could use some organizing but had all utensils we needed.

The house is in a great location but needs updated. The painting needs refreshed and there was mold on the shower curtain in Master Bathroom. Also, owner may want to look at replacing the can opener - current one is broken. Toilet Paper holders are rusted from the coastal elements.

We had a wonderful time at Treehouse. The pool was amazing for the Grandkids. There was plenty of room in the house for all of us. The house is in a great location for food and groceries. We highly recommend ACME for breakfast. The house was fully equipped with games and all types of equipment and less than a 3 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property. It had everything. The host was very responsive and he made it a great weekend. Thank you

Fantastic location - very close to the beach (5 min walk) without being inundated with traffic. Parking is easy, and the house layout is great. The pool & putting green are both fantastic additions, and well cared-for. The available beach gear made packing for the trip 100x easier. We look forward to hopefully staying here again.

Great beach house! It’s a very short and easy walk to the beach. We loved the pool and fenced in yard for any pets! It stormed some while we were there, but we were able to eat dinner on the covered porch. There is no ice maker, so we had to run up to the store to get some

The place was as pictured online and very clean. The location was great with close access to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. As mentioned in the reviews the pool gets very leafy from the trees. It’s somewhat manageable with cleaning daily. We stayed for a week and wish there would have been more than one towel per person. Overall, a great stay with dogs and family.

The outdoors spaces (pool, yards, sitting areas, screened in porch) were amazing and provided a lot of fun. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. Check in and check out were easy and the host was easy to communicate with. They provided a lot of beach, pool toys, and towels. I think this place has a lot of potential, but is starting to show its age on the inside, especially on the lower level.

Phenomenal location and good space. Very prompt responses from owner. Good detail provided. The SC trees make it difficult to keep outdoor areas and pool clean. Would 100% stay again.

Great outdoor setup

The treehouse a the beach was an awesome stay! The outdoor setup was so fun and enjoyable. There was a good bit of mosquitoes out, but coming from NC we are used to that and brought repellent. The pool is a great size, our 3 kids spent majority of their time there! It is also in a great location being just a quick walk from the beach. Some dishes in the cabinets needed a wash before using and the King size matress was a bit hard and sunk into the middle, but otherwise the house was just as pictured. Overall great place for our entire family and check in and out was convenient!

Quick Birthday Trip for Mom3

Super nice place! Had everything we needed. Whole kitchenette downstairs which was great because my mom gets up before all of us. The weather let us down of course but in between the rain, we did play outside on the putting green and by the pool. All kinds of pool/beach gear. Super responsive homeowner!

Great family beach vacation

The house was just right for a week long family vacation. Just a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride or drive to grocery store, shops, restaurants and bars. The swimming pool, corn hole and putting green kept us entertained at the house. We also appreciated the large dining table indoors and the outdoor table in the screened-in porch, as we ate some meals in and played lots of games. Having beach towels, chairs, wagon and cooler were also a plus. Kitchen was well stocked and there were 3 refrigerators on site. Loved the primary bathroom. Note that the only bathroom on the main floor is the primary so the couple staying in the other bedroom on the main floor either had to use the primary bathroom or go downstairs - not a big deal, just a small inconvenience. Overall, a nice play to stay!

Spring Break

An amazing experience right from the start! Could not be more pleased with the support, communication and flexibility by the owner! We had to make an adjustment to our reservation and Chase was more than accommodating. The property itself was perfect! Wonderful location right in the heart of IOP. Literally minutes from the beach! The house was set up to provide the kids with their own space and the adults a place to relax. The pool was spectacular. Clean, clear, and well maintained. The property has everything we needed for an amazing week at the beach. Everything down to the last detail. Even a great cup of coffee every morning. Thank you for a great week Chase! We will be back next year!

Great Location. Mixed Experience

This property has wonderful charm. Lots of room for multiple families and the perfect location for an IOP getaway. The interior of the home was very clean, well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable. While we did enjoy our stay at the home, upon arrival we noticed the screened in porch was filthy. Lots of pollen, leaves, and winter debris. I had to clean and sweep before we could sit on the outside patios. We were also blindsided by the fact that the advertised " HEATED SALTWATER POOL" is in fact NOT heated, and there were so many leaves in the pool that my oldest son had to clean it before the kids could get in. The host responded quickly. He advised us that the pool man comes on Tuesdays (we arrived on Saturday 3/29. To my knowledge, he did not come on Tuesday 04/01 to clean the pool) the pool could heated for an upcharge of 300 per night. This was a bit of a let-down considering the description clearly states the pool is HEATED. Our travel dates were the first week of April. In addition to cooler beach weather, this made swimming not so much fun for the kids. It would have been nice to let guests know the heater is an additional fee. The location of the home is great, and the inside was suitable to our needs for the week. It would have been nice for the outside property to be cleaned prior to our arrival.
