Located in the golden triangle of Little Cottonwood Canyon at 5400 feet and surrounded by Wasatch peaks, we run 6-10 degrees cooler than SCL and the surrounding valley.

Our back yard is a secluded paradise and offers the ultimate in beauty, serenity, and privacy. Come cool off in our lagoon like natural pool surrounded by alpine landscaping or relax in the daybed or hammock overlooking the tranquil cool running waters of Little Cottonwood Creek while surrounded by majestic mountain views.

The space
Gorgeous, spacious, and modern 2 bedroom/2 bath + Den on the first floor of our home with its own private entrance. You will love the spacious open floor plan of the living, dining, and kitchen area featuring multiple large windows and abundant light. The living room has a fireplace, 75" 4K Smart TV , and a large leather sofa with automatic recliner. The kitchen features new appliances and a large island with barstool seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table that seats up to 6. This area also contains a pantry, linen closet, and laundry closet with a new washer/dryer.

BEDROOM ONE
Italian Leather King Size Bed , hardwood floors, back lit onyx side tables, luxury cotton bed linens, and spacious closet stocked with white cotton spa robes.

BEDROOM TWO
Upholstered KING Size Bed, 55" 4K (Ultra HD) Smart TV, luxury cotton linens, dresser, and smaller closet.

DEN
Adjacent to the second bedroom is a den with a bunk bed that can sleep 2, an office desk and chair, a 50 inch smart TV, and a video arcade machine.

SMART TVs have Xfinity Cable with HBO as well as Vudu, Hulu, Amazon Prime & Netflix Apps

FULL KITCHEN
You should have everything you need to prepare a delicious home cooked meal including a Blender, Food Processor, and Rice Cooker in the pantry. Two coffee machines (including an automatic) give you the option of brewing from K-Cups, grounds, or whole beans.

OUTDOOR
A 6 person hot tub awaits you steps from the front door.

You will have full access to the property including a deck fire pit, a natural fire pit, trampoline, deck areas, and the water feature (seasonal). We try to give our guests as much privacy as possible and the only time you would see anyone in the yard is for routine maintenance and landscaping.

Small (30 people max) outdoor events will be considered for additional $500 fee.

Other things to note
Be aware that it is a downstairs living area, so if people are home upstairs, you will hear some walking around and/or other noises muffled through the floor. We are at all times considerate of you as our guests and strive to maintain a comfortable atmosphere.
