Nous commencerons à louer cette propriété en mars après de nombreuses mises à jour. L'ensemble

2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et un canapé-lit - 6 personnes
Island Vibe 5 est une maison de deux chambres, deux salles de bain récemment rénovée avec une piscine chauffée, un aménagement paysager tropical et une arrière-cour privée. Il a un mur partagé avec l'unité voisine. Situé à 311A 63th Street à Holmes Beach, cette belle propriété est pratique pour la plage et dans un quartier résidentiel très calme de Holmes Beach. Il se trouve également à quelques pas des nombreux magasins et restaurants du centre-ville de Holmes Beach, ainsi que du seul parc canin de l'île.

Il comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse, une connexion Internet sans fil, une télévision en streaming et des appels interurbains nationaux gratuits. Il y a une grande terrasse autour de la piscine.

Il y a une télévision de 55 "dans le salon avec un lecteur DVD ainsi qu'une télévision de 50" dans la suite principale et une télévision de 43 "dans la deuxième chambre. Il y a aussi une télévision de 50 "sur le patio extérieur près de la piscine.

Il y a un gril à gaz. Un chariot de plage, des jouets de plage et de nombreux équipements de plage ont également été fournis.

Cette belle propriété peut accueillir 6 personnes avec un lit king-size, deux lits jumeaux qui se transforment en un deuxième lit king-size et un canapé-lit queen-size. Il y a un parking pour deux voitures dans l'allée.

La période de location minimale est d'une semaine.

The private pool with shady nook as well as spot for beach umbrella on ledge was fantastic. Lots of open space in the unit itself which was nicely appointed with plenty of beach towels. The two baths and 2 parking spots are big pluses. And having the option of twin beds or putting them together as a king is a great option for flexibility depending on your group and preferences. so convenient to everything. Sara was super helpful and friendly. We had a couple of minor issues and she was very quick to respond and handle them. Would highly recommend this unit and working with Sara! Hope to stay here again.

We had the best time ! House and property very well maintained . There was some problem with the air our 2nd day there. I sent a message to property manager just l to let them now. It was working just not getting to set temperature. Literally in minutes the owner had an air guy out to see what was going on. I would definitely rent from this management company and owner again. The only thing I wish I could do differently is give them a higher rating!

Two relaxing stay!

Wonderful home in AMI!

This house was perfect! We had such a great time and it was one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed in - so well stocked - towels, beach toys, kitchen and bath supplies, etc. and all in good shape. The location was great and the owner was very helpful and communicative in advance. We would definitely stay here again in the future - thank you!!!

This house is beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! The pool is perfect for a dip after the beach! Host had everything we needed for the week. Plenty of beach stuff and towels. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay in Anna Maria!!

Great place and great manager. It was cold when we visited but after a few tries she was able to make it so we could swim during our stay. Tons of beach toys/chairs umbrellas etc. Responsive within minutes usually. Strongly recommend her property.

A Perfect Spot!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was not only quaint and beautiful, but it was also in an awesome location with tons of beach perks to use! They had everything you’d need for some wonderful days at the beach! The pool was fantastic and refreshing! The house setup was ideal and had everything we needed! I would highly recommend Sara’s home! Our family can’t wait to return next year!

Cathy was an amazing property manager. She got us in early and accommodated our later check out. The house was in great condition. Not a ton of kitchen cooking pots/ pans but that didn’t bother us since we mainly ate sandwiches at the beach and went out for dinners. Lots of essential needs- ziploc, soaps, shower needs, etc. That was a big plus! Everything worked great. Would absolutely rent again!

Best vacation

The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated and updated. The pool area was perfect for my 5 year old. We didn’t have to pack any beach chairs or umbrellas because it was all provided. This was our first trip to AMI and we had a blast between the beach and the pool. They also allowed us to bring our bigger dog, while most places have weight restrictions. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it here.

Wonderful Stay

This is a lovely spot on Anna Maria Island. Beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed. Just a short walk to the beach. Very nice backyard with a pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Great communication with Cathy the property manager. We had no issue at all but Cathy checked in to make sure we were good. I would definitely stay here again. Love the AMI vibe!
