We stayed at this unit with 4 adults and it’s probably one of the best places we’ve stayed at. They provide you with everything you need except food! The pool was wonderful as well as the comfy bed swing, chairs, living room furniture & beds! Communication with Parvanah was great! We will be staying here again! Thanks again for making us feel so welcome.

Wonderful stay in this lovely home. We enjoyed the pool and swing every night. Comfortable seating in living room and comfortable beds in each bedroom. Would definitely stay here again!!

Every feature of this house was well thought out for privacy and relaxation. A little problem with mosquitoes a certain time of the afternoon and we had to go in. Only lasted about an hour then ok to go out again. One of the best vacations I have had.

Host was superb. Location is terrific- close to beach, restaurants and bars. Home is clean and comfortable. The pool area is very large with a lot of furniture. We had a great stay!

We arrived to a musty smell in the place, mold/mildew in both showers, closets were full of random things & we couldn’t comfortably put our belongings away, microwave was duct taped, pool was dirty, garage had sand, dead bugs and didn’t appear to be cleaned at all prior to our stay. The place needs a good deep cleaning! The showers were offered to be cleaned two days later but we declined. Very disappointed, AMI was beautiful we will return:)

The house was a perfect size for us. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. We used the pool a lot! Especially in the afternoon when it got super hot at the beach. The beach was about a 5 minute walk, but there was never any traffic to deal with so it was always a pleasant walk. It was also within walking distance to an ice cream shop, pizza place, coffee shop and beach shops. The Publix grocery store was only about a 6-8 minute drive depending on traffic. All in all, a great location! We had a great time and will be coming back!

We absolutely loved our time at this house. The location was close to a lot of places we could walk to. Beds were comfortable. Couch was extremely soft and we loved it. The pool was very enjoyable. My most favorite part was the swing. I spent many hours relaxing and reading on it. We will definitely rent this home again. Thank you to our host as well!

This was a great property and very centrally located on the island. We could walk to multiple restaurants, and walked 2 streets down to see the sunset each night. There is a trolley stop only 1 street away! The heated pool was fabulous and we loved the ping pong table. Parvaneh, thank you for being so easy to work with! We would recommend this property to anyone!

Property was as listed. Parvaneh was excellent to communicate with. Great location. A golf cart was worth the money for our group. We had 4 adults at the house and it was plenty of room. Plenty of towels etc. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate 90 percent of our meals at the house. Everything we needed to grill etc. The TV at the pool also was used as we love sports and were able to keep up with all of our teams. The pool area was spacious as well. Loved the bed swing Would definitely stay again.

Girls vacation - all vrbo virgins, what an awesome first experience! Property was exactly as pictured and described. Owner responded quick to questions before and during stay, and from the start made you feel that you weren’t a bother - contacted him to report we couldn’t find a brush to clean the grill and Amazon delivered a brush and cleaner the next day. This place is in the center of the island and convenient to all locations, but the warm pool tempts you not to leave for long - perfect private yard. Book it, you won’t be sorry!

We have stayed at many places on Anna Maria Island and some have been twice the cost. This year we were again travelling with our kids and grandkids and the affordability of this home allowed us to finish up our trip with a 4 day stay in Kissimmee to visit 3 Disney parks so we were able to get the best of both, beach time and Disney time!It had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. The outdoor pool area with the large swing and TV was awesome! Proximity to the beach and our kids favorite restaurant "The Ugly Grouper" was great. Parvaneh was an awesome host addressing anything we needed immediately.We truly appreciated her attention to detail. Thanks for another wonderful week on one of our favorite islands!
