Cette magnifique maison se trouve sur une falaise surplombant le lac Possum Kingdom avec une vue imprenable! 14 personnes avec 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. 3 lits king size, 1 lit queen et une chambre avec lits superposés pour 6 personnes.

Profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis le bain à remous sur le patio arrière ou pêchez sur le quai de 2 étages. Des kayaks pour enfants et des planches à pagaie pour adultes sont sur le quai et disponibles pour votre plaisir.

Préparez des repas dans la cuisine extérieure tout en profitant d'une partie de billard, de fléchettes ou de jeu de palets. Situé à distance de marche de la marina locale où vous pouvez louer un bateau ou une embarcation. Incredible stay for a large family! This was our first venture to Possum Kingdom Lake and we hope to be back in the summer. House has everything you could want for lots of little cousins to spend time with one another.

We stayed 4 nights with 4 adult children, 2 grandparents and one 8 year old grandson. Brooke provided amazing support and service. She was so patient and gracious with an immediate response to all our questions and needs. We enjoyed this home immensely!! It was so comfortable and spacious for a large group. Having the pool, and the absolutely incredible two story private dock, was a memorable experience! Our family caught a variety of fish during our stay here and some caught the biggest fish of their life that week, super exciting! The porch area is large with a full size outdoor kitchen, our family used the outdoor burner and grill several times. The kitchen and living room is beautiful with huge windows and sliding doors for a fabulous view of the stunning sunsets. The appliances are top of the line with 2 refrigerator/freezers which was very helpful for our family. The bedrooms and bathrooms are the perfect floor plan for a big family. Garage has a play room with pool table and air hockey, our children used that area a lot as well. We are already planning another trip here. This property is the perfect place for peaceful restoration and best family time!

Overall it was a cool place to hangout. Nice view and close to the water, although the walk from the dock back up to the house is a little bit tough

Thank you so much for deciding to stay at a Smart Vacation Rental home! We are a lake loving family who enjoy Possum Kingdom and want others to make memories here too. We started renting out our home and it has become our passion. We now work here, stay here, and play here. My husband DeWayne and myself sell real estate here, manage homes around PK and are the owners of Smart Realty and Smart Vacation Rentals. We love Possum Kingdom and we hope you will love it just as much as we do!

We love spending time with our kids. When we aren't at the lake we are generally at the softball fields or another kids activity. We are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We are most accessible by text or email during the day. Thank you again, and we look forward to welcoming you to Possum Kingdom!

We have a large extended family so we built this house specifically for larger groups in mind. We always want to go on trips where the adults and children can both have a blast. We are on the water and we have made the dock a really fun area for everyone. There are kayaks and paddle boards, rope swings and also loungers for relaxing. We also made the garage an area for having fun too. We have shuffleboard, darts, corn-hole and a pool table. We have a large front yard where we love to play softball, flag football and other outdoor activities. There is something for everyone here!

I think what makes this house unique is all of the outdoor living space. We have 1500 square feet of covered patio. This area has a hot tub, a large picnic table, an outdoor living area and a full outdoor kitchen. We also have a large two-tiered dock. We love the outdoors and we put a lot of time into designing the perfect area for everyone.
