Andrea was so kind and responsive from our very first contact. She answered a LOT of little questions before and during our stay, including giving us restaurant recommendations. The apartment is quite centrally located and has great views of the square below. Having many restaurant choices quite nearby was helpful, too. The blackout shades made our sleep quite restful. We appreciated the apartment’s cleanliness and, since we were there during a very hot period, the air conditioning was one of our favorite features. The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of coffee;) While we were unable to meet Andrea in person this time around, I truly look forward to the day we do.

Absolutely Amazing apartment. Perfect location very central but quiet , and felt very safe. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Communication is fantastic and easy check in. The bed is very comfortable and a good shower. Everything you would need. Thanks for an amazing stay x

Fantastic stay in Madrid! The location could not have been better — just steps away from Mercado de San Miguel and Plaza Mayor, making it incredibly easy to explore the city, restaurants, and attractions on foot. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and perfect for enjoying everything Madrid has to offer. The host was also wonderful with communication. She checked on us several times by text during our stay and kindly offered help with anything we might need, which made us feel very welcomed and cared for. We loved being able to walk everywhere and soak in the atmosphere of the historic center. Would definitely stay here again!

Andrea and her partner were very responsive and accommodating. The let us check in early which was lovely after an enormous travel day. You can’t beat the location. Near fabulous restaurants and the famous San Miguel Mercado. Thank you Andrea!

Andrea was an excellent host, who kept in good communication with us whenever a question arose. The apartment is in an perfect location--walking distance from the mercado, a grocery store, and most of the attractions a first-time visitor to Madrid would want. The apartment was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen, so cooking our own breakfasts was easy. (This can be a BIG plus if you are from an area where a substantial, early breakfast is the norm.) All in all, our stay was very pleasurable. We highly recommend Andrea's place.

Perfect location in Madrid

We enjoyed four nights here and found the property a perfect spot to explore Madrid for the first time. Great food next door at the market, Amici’s and Emma’s Concina. Super nice host too!

My experience in Madrid was outstanding. Andrea and Lotera made me feel at home. They allowed me leave my luggage early, so I can go sighseeing. Communication with Andrea was fast, and she answered all my questions. The room was impeccable. Everything was availble in the area from supermarket on the same building, restaurants and my favorite: Mercado San Miguel was right there where you can savor tapas and more. 100% satisfaction!!!

Prefect location

Excellent location very close to plaza mayor. The apartment was very comfortable and peaceful at night. The apartment building was well maintained and clean. Loved the pictures on the wall and the host was very kind and helpful.

Charming Pied a Terre in the Heart of Madrid

This super efficient apartment is ideal for 2-3 adults, and its location in the heart of Madrid is tremendous. The person who manages the property is very kind and responsive and made the the entire process very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this as an option for a stay in Madrid!

Great cozy little stay in the city

The property was perfect for our few days in Madrid. It is in a great central location. We took a walking tour and we ended up right by the place! Andrea was super nice and very responsive to all of our questions. It had everything we needed.

Our host, Andrea was amazing. From sharing and recommending restaurants, sights and attractions to do and see, everything was great. The apartment is well located close to everything. The kitchen is perfect for cooking in meals and well stocked with cookware and dishes you would need. The best was google comcast and it came in handy during really some cold spells. All you need for a cozy vacay in the busy city of Madrid!

Close to everything

Location was nice near merc de San Miguel and other must sees in Madrid . The host was so nice and waited for us to checkin with no problems. She was easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Right next to Mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. A supermarket underneath the building and numerous excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the host was excellent. Andrea was always responsive and helpful.

The apartment was lovely and as promised, the location is spectacular, and Andrea couldn't have been nicer. the place has great a/c, full-height openable windows for fresher air, still... and unless I'm dumb, 3 separate heaters (2 radiators / 1 fan) beyond that one... enough international socket adapters to get us by... clean dishes/kitchen... big soft towels. the bed and couch are on the firm side (just barely), if that's a thing for you, but we slept great.The building is quiet, and when you bump into residents, they're friendly. literally across the street from the nicest market, actually maybe better than advertised... plus you have Casa Revuelta, Botin, one of the Casa Del Abuelo locations (we went to a different one, but still go get the gambas al ajillo.... we had to order a second dish!), all within a block. an easy walk to the opera, the palace, plaza Puerto del Sol, and the Rastro, if you happen to be there on a Sunday morning... transit is walkable in every direction, and to top it off, Andrea couldn't have been more affable or accommodating, with super communication / availability / contingencies for all of the above. The first time we went to Madrid, we stayed in a budget... really dorm room... and we *liked* the city. this time we stayed in the heart of it, and really loved it. I don't think it's a coincidence. 8 stars out of 5! ;)

Perfect stay in a great location

We spent a week in this lovely apartment next to the Sam Miguel market and around the corner from the Plaza Mayor. It was a 5 minute walk to the tapas bars of the Calle de Cava Baja, the La Latina neighbourhood and the Palace. The apartment has everything you need and our host Andrea was extremely efficient and helpful. We highly recommend and would happily stay again!!!
