Bienvenue à 12 Bécasseau tacheté! Cette maison classique de cinq chambres et trois salles de bains de Sea Pines peut accueillir un groupe de 11 personnes au total. Il est situé au deuxième rang de l'océan à Sea Pines - une promenade très facile jusqu'à la plage!

Un avantage agréable de cette maison est qu'elle offre la chaleur gratuite de la piscine. Tant que la température ne descend pas en dessous de 55 degrés, vous êtes tous prêts à profiter de la chaleur de la piscine GRATUITE généralement de mars à mai et de septembre à novembre (vous devez appeler le bureau avant votre séjour pour confirmer et planifier).

• Chambre 1: Queen (1er étage, TV à écran plat, salle de bain partagée)

• Chambre 2: deux lits jumeaux (1er étage, télévision à écran plat, salle de bain commune)

Il ne peut pas être chauffé si les températures descendent en dessous de 55 degrés à tout moment pendant votre séjour. Vous devez appeler Coastal Home and Villa au moins deux semaines avant votre arrivée pour organiser le chauffage de la piscine.

Amazing Place for the Entire Family

We had an amazing family stay at this property. Short walk to the beach. What I loved the most is everyone has space to spread out and there was plenty of seating when we all wanted to be together. We will definitely be back!

This house was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The layout was perfect for our family. The outdoor decks and pool area were absolutely lovely. Everything felt very secluded and was super quiet. Second row and only a couple minute walk to the beachm you could see the ocean from the second floor of the house. This house being dog friendly made it even more worth it for us so we could bring our furry family members. We would definitely recommend this home and would certainly stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Plenty of room for our group of 8. All systems worked perfectly and the WiFi is fast. The beach is close - (75 yards or so) and was great for walking.. Our entire group enjoyed our stay

Dated. Very odd decorations and "artwork". The icemaker made an incredibly obnoxious noise and needs to repaired or replaced. I finally turned it off for some peace and quiet which is why we went down to the beach in the first place. Oak leaves in the pool for the majority of the stay.

My only complaint is that there were not a lot of extras in this house. No beach chairs, no hairdryers, not a single spice or even a salt and pepper shaker. Overall a great stay and a great week. Management company was very responsive whenever I had a question.

Reviewer Comments: The property was what we needed with sleeping arrangements and space for our family. One of the bedrooms upstairs the sheets had not been cleaned and were Sandy ,so I had to wash them which is not what you feel like doing after a long drive. The bathrooms need updating but worked fine. Sea pines location is in a beautiful area for riding bikes and salty dog and Harbor Town. Overall I would recommend the property.

The home is in a gorgeous area with lush greenery everywhere close to the beach with a beach path leading from the house. The pool was incredible with spectacular evening lighting. We had a great time! Two refrigerators were wonderful. The house was well stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils and dishes.

Two fridges. Beautiful view. Lots of trees around house. Please get the proper authorities to spray the area for mosquitoes. Even with repellent lots of bites when sitting and talking outside. Had an umbrella & 3 chairs stolen when we left them at the beach first night. Maybe highlight more not to do that more on info send. Some trouble controlling the AC. Kept house very cold which is better than hot but too cold most time. Maybe have the system checked out and more instructions on how to keep it best temp for guests. Wonderful 5 nights and 4 days!!

And the pool was beautiful. It has old growth trees & shrubs, like a private oasis. The house was comfortable; the rooms had a good layout. We loved the big table & spent a lot of time on the porch. Just really comfortable & we had a great week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this home, was perfect for 6 adults and two toddlers to have their own rooms. Pool was amazing, closeness to beach was idyllic. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again IF they added shelves to the terrace level bathroom. Maybe take down one of the towel racks and add a couple shelves for guests to put their toiletries. Kitchen was fantastically stocked with everything you need to cook all types of meals.
