Renovated Four Bedroom Sea Pines Home with Private Pool - 2nd Row Ocean

Welcome to 14 Spotted Sandpiper! This renovated four bedroom, three bathroom home is located second row ocean in Sea Pines. With the beach path being just next to the home, you will have your toes in the sand in minutes!

14 Spotted Sandpiper is all one level and can sleep up to ten guests total. A couple nice perks - it was renovated (completed 2021) and it is dog friendly (see details below).

This home features a new pool deck area with a private pool & spa (more details below) + plenty of chaise loungers to soak up the rays. There are two outdoor dining tables - each table seats six. Plus you have use of a gas grill and an outdoor shower.

The open concept living room, kitchen and dining area is perfect for making vacation memories! The living room has a large flat screen TV. The dining area can seat up to ten. There is an outside small patio area off the kitchen with a table for four. Bonus home has two refrigerators - one full sized in the kitchen & a smaller one in the hall closer to the pool. There is a sunroom with additional seating just off the living room & this has access to the pool deck.

The first king bedroom is just off the kitchen. It has a flat screen TV & private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The master bedroom is at the end of the hall and has a king bed, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. There is a private bathroom with a walk-in shower & his/her sinks.

The third bedroom has two twin beds & the fourth bedroom has a queen bed + built in twin bunk bed. These two bedrooms each have a flat screen TV and they share a bathroom that has two sinks and a shower/tub combo.

‱ Distance to Beach: 2nd Row Ocean - beach path just next to the home.

‱ Pool/Spa Info: The pool is approximately 30' by 12' and dept of 3.5'-6'. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

‱ Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two dogs to stay in the home. The pet fee is $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and pay the additional pet fee.

The house accommodated all of us very well. The outdoor area was super nice. The pool was large enough for our kids to swim and several of us to be in at one time. The outdoor spa was so nice. The layout of the home is spread out enough for everyone to have enough room. We had a minor issue with the TV in the living room going out early in our stay. The management team handled the situation immediately and had a brand new one installed within a day. I would highly recommend this home and rental company.

Best Place to Stay in HH!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The path to the beach is right beside the back yard and in. 2 minute walk you are in an area that feels like a private beach! The property comes with a cart and the beach rental equipment associated with the rental company delivered before we arrived. The pool is perfect with lots of toys and an area in the shallow in where the lounge chairs fit in the pool, which was so relaxing and refreshing. The rooms are big and there are 2 refrigerators, with one located close to the pool, which was nice to store drinks. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need and the grill was great. It was so nice that we could bring our pup along too. We will definitely rent this house again on our next trip to Hilton Head!

Attractive hot tub of brick, not typical molded insert. Better for a group. Sky light in queen bed room useful for us but may not be for all (we are early risers). Thoughtfulness displayed in starter needs (toilet paper, dish soap, laundry needs). Shower curtain in middle bath could be a bit longer to prevent dripping. Outdoor shower by pool had warm water and hose for bike/feet rinsing - useful in October. A keeper. Thank you for hosting us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All was as expected with this propertyand we intend to reserve it for next year. Well equipped and a two minute walk to the beach. There was one surprise however. The property is pet friendly but isn't fenced around the back. There are two gates which appear to be newly installed......They look 'nice' but are easy to walk around. There is a hedge but that will not prevent dogs or children from entering or, in our case, escaping. As the property is blessed with a great pool and hot tub one would have thought a fence was mandatory but perhaps the laws in SC differ to other States. It proved to be nuisance as our dog could easily have strayed if we didn't have her on a long leash tied to the garden furniture. Having said that it didn't detract from the enjoyment of our weeks stay. . I highly recommended it to others although the photographer did take some liberties with some of the interior shots. Nothing major but the bathroom in one of the king bedrooms was somewhat different to expectations. All in all we had an excellent week and as mentioned will be looking to return to next year.

wonderful house in great loacation

Very nice property with some interior remodeling done recently. Needs some exterior work, but the pool and surrounding area are very nice and new. Great access to the Beach and Sea Pines Beach Club-5 minute walk.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, fairly well equipped kitchen. Hot water was an issue. It never really got hot. We did not report it. Wasn't worth the trouble. We assume the hot water tank temperature is turned down. But sink in master bedroom closest to the pool has zero hot water in the outside sink, not the one in the bathroom. Parking is also an issue. We had three vehicles and had a difficult time getting in and out. The proximity to the beach is perfect. I would not rent again if there is a price increase.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: !4 Spotted Sandpiper worked out beautifully for my family. It feels like it is beach front although it is not directly on the beach. I have stayed in beach front houses on other areas of the island that had a much further walk to the water. There are 2 master bedrooms that allow privacy for couples. The other rooms are perfect for a family with children. The kitchen has more than enough dishes etc. if you are cooking for a crowd. We had friends over for a BBQ and the grill was also easy to use. The pool is lovely and just the right size. Local attractions are just a short car ride away. If people are able bodied they are a bike ride away.
