This ocean facing unit has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, and living room with private balcony overlooking the beach, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Three TVs (cable, smart TV in living room), DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and one queen-sized bed plus one queen-sized sleeper sofa. Common area includes a swimming pool, gazebo, grills and two elevators. Limit two pool gate access passes and one parking pass per unit at check-in. No trailers. No golf carts. No pets. No smoking. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.
