This beautiful, luxurious ocean front, 3bed/2bath condo is located at Southern Shore Villas on Oak Island, NC. Completely renovated in September 2020! New luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout. New Kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, custom tile backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances. The Sea Pearl is over 1,300sq feet with an ocean front master suite featuring a king size bed, a designated work space, and private bath. The master bath has a beautiful custom tile shower with glass barn door, a new toilet, and new vanity with a quartz countertop. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a king size bed and access to the guest bathroom, and another bedroom with two sets of bunks. The guest bathroom has a full tub with custom tile work, a new toilet, and vanity with quartz countertop. This condo sleeps 9 comfortably and provides Smart TVs in all rooms with access to Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready to host an evening of family and friends. You'll find enough sitting in the dinning area for 9 and the living room boasts 2 leather couches that both ends recline with USB ports, and a brand new loveseat. There is also a washer and dryer provided, both new. Most of the furniture and accessories are new including bedding, linens, pillows, kitchen supplies, art work, and TVs. On the deck you'll find two areas of outdoor seating where you'll enjoy views of the community pool, gazebo, beach and Atlantic Ocean. There is a bench located on the front porch with a view of the beach and ocean. Every detail has been carefully thought of and considered to make sure all guest enjoy their time spent at The Sea Pearl. Check in at 3pm and check out is at 10am.

This place was in a great spot on Oak Island, close enough to walk to slot of places like a coffee shop, ice cream and restaurants, and shops. This condo was super clean and had everything you could need to start a vacation. We only stayed 2d/3n, but loved the location right on the beach. Hadn’t been later in the year I’m sure the small pool would’ve been great, it looked clean and well maintained however. The host contacted me prior to and the day of the stay and was very sweet about angering some texts about the area. Would love to travel there again.Only visited because we were needing something therapeutic after losing my husband’s parents tragically in a car wreck in January. They loved Southport and this area.

This property has everything you need. The kitchen is set to go. Plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids. The only thing I wanted that we didn’t have was a beach tent to shade the sun. This is our 3rd year staying here and plan to visit again.

We had a lovely stay at the chalet. Majella was a fantastic host and the home was clean, cosy and well-equipped. We appreciated the coffee machine! The house is only a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach. We had a lovely meal at the seafood pub in Spiddal and absolutely recommend visiting the craft village for souvenirs.

This is our most favorite beach condo we have ever rented (and that is A LOT). The set up is the best! Being able to walk to restaurants, the store and ice cream is wonderful!! Tropical treats is the BEST!Stephanie is very responsive and met ever need. We have booked our third year here already!!

My parents purchased this condo in February 2020, and my Dad and I worked for 5 weeks to make The Sea Pearl beautiful and ready for guest.

The Sea Pearl is full of fun and love! My Dad and I worked for weeks to give this condo the facelift it needed and we are proud of the final results! We thought of everything a guest might need to make their vacation a fun and relaxing one. Almost everything in this unit is brand new, and anything that we refurbished has been cleaned. The Sea Pearl is located in the middle of Oak Island with a private beach access and it's close to grocery stores, restaurants, mini-golf, ice cream shops, and shopping. We did it! A complete renovation was done in September 2020! What do you think? The Sea Pearl is so special to my family and myself! Our goal is to make sure you have the best vacation possible. We hope our guest continue to come back year after year to enjoy The Sea Pearl!
