Bel appartement et élégant situé au coeur tranquille de Campo de Fiori dans un bâtiment de valeur historique construit à l'origine au XIIe siècle. Récemment rénové avec soin sol en terre cuite d'origine, l'appartement est sur deux étages et dispose d'une terrasse au premier étage et un grand balcon au deuxième étage. L'appartement se compose d'un salon au premier étage avec une terrasse meublée, une kitchenette et une petite salle de bains. Au deuxième niveau se trouve la chambre qui dispose d'un balcon ensoleillé leader de celui-ci et (email caché) et appartement est équipé de l'air conditionné, TV écran plat numérique, WIFI, lave-linge et lave-vaisselle. Le bâtiment est équipé d'un ascenseur.
La zone de Campo de « Fiori est l'un des plus beaux dans le centre de Rome et il est célèbre pour son marché fascinant antique et coloré, le grand choix de restaurants traditionnels et des cafés animés et les galeries d'art et boutiques. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait pour voyager à pied à tous les principaux sites que comme la Piazza Navona, le Panthéon, l'Argentine Square, le Colisée, le Forum romain, Via Del Corso, Piazza d'Espagne, la Fontaine de Trevi et Trastevere et d'autres sites archéologiques, musée et monuments

Great location, literally in the middle of everything for anyone wanting to wander Rome in any direction. Literally just walk out the door and head in a different direction to see and experience this wonderful city. Nadia was great with suggestions, helpful hints and setting up my ride from the airport to the apartment. Renato, the doorman, was also helpful with introducing me to the apartment and how things worked, along with setting up my ride back to the airport. Would certainly stay here again the next time i visit...

A beautiful place in a great location

We so enjoyed this lovely place near the Campo Dei Fiori.It's within easy walking distance of most of the sights in Rome, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We especially liked the elegant old building, and the fact that it has an outdoor garden area.. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet at night, and we slept well. It is near many restaurants, and has a grocery store just around the corner.

Very nice apartment, good location

Nadia’s apartment had everything we needed for our first trip to Rome for 5 nights. Great location with shops, restaurants and especially a beautiful bakery close by. The apartment is so quiet and it was great after our very busy days touring around Rome. Loved the little terrace outside to sit and have a coffee. There is a doorman as well (Renato) who was very helpful with check-in and questions we had. We would highly recommend this stay in Rome.

A liittle gem

We were delighted with our choice of this perfectly located, tastefully furnished, well equipped apartment near the Campo di Fiori in Rome. Dealing with Nadia was easy and she was a great host in the lead up and during our stay. Our high expectations were fully met and we had a wonderful 8 nights in Rome.

Amazing stay

This is our second stay in Nadia’s beautiful apartment & it certainly won’t be the last. Nadia is by far the best host I have dealt with & I appreciate her help from beginning to end. Nothing is a problem she is has so much patience & I have to say to anyone you will not get anything better. Renata who cares for the apartment is wonderful too. Perfect place in Campo dei Fiori

The apartment was beautifully appointed and in a fantastic neighborhood. The building was old and gorgeous, I felt a little jolt of excitement every time I came “home.” Check in was a delight, Renato was very helpful. Kitchen small but pretty and more than functional. Queen bed very comfortable. Terrace and balcony so pretty. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

Emplacement idéal

Rome est une ville merveilleuse, l'appartement de Nadia est idéalement situé pour faire toutes les visites à pied, avec de bonnes chaussures. Beaucoup de bons restaurants autour de l'appartement ainsi que des commerces alimentaires et autres. Il y a aussi un petit marché tous les matins à 50 mètres. L'appartement est en retrait de la rue, très calme, très confortable. La literie est de tres bonne qualité. Tout est conforme aux photos. Même les parties communes sont une belle surprise que vous pourrez découvrir. Encore merci à Nadia pour ce beau séjour.

Uneingeschränkt glücklich/Boundless happyness

Natürlich kenne ich nicht alle Ferienwohnungen in Rom. Aber ich kann mir wirklich nicht vorstellen, dass es eine schönere, bessere gibt. Wenn man erstmal durch das große Holztor hindurch gegangen ist und die unscheinbare Fassade hinter sich gelassen hat, dann wähnt man sich sogleich in einem alten Palast mit viel Marmor, breiten Treppen und hübschen Säulen. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock (mit Aufzug) und geht über zwei Etagen: oben ein Schlafzimmer und ein geräumiges Bad (mit Fenster), unten ein gemütlicher Wohnraum und eine voll ausgestattete Küche – und eine sehr hübsche Terrasse für den abendlichen Wein. Weil die tadellos saubere Wohnung zu einem Hinterhof liegt, ist es sehr ruhig – obwohl man sich mitten in Rom befindet (je 20 Fußminuten zum Petersdom, zum Kolosseum und zur Spanischen Treppe). Und bei der Einweisung durch den „Doorman“ Renato wird nichts, aber auch gar nichts ausgelassen. Nadja ist eine freundliche, unaufgeregte und flexible Gastgeberin, die auf die Wünsche Ihrer Gäste (zum Beispiel ein späterer Check-out) eingeht – wenn es möglich ist. Die Kommunikation mit Ihr ist unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Rom gibt es nur eine Adresse: diese! --------------------------------- Of course I don’t know all the apartments in Rome. But I really can’t imagine there’s a nicer, better one. Once you have gone through the large wooden door and left the inconspicuous facade behind you, you immediately feel like you are in an old palace with lots of marble, wide stairs and pretty pillars. The apartment is on the first floor (with elevator) and extends over two floors: upstairs a bedroom and a spacious bathroom (with window), downstairs a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen – and a very nice terrace for the evening wine. The apartment is spotlessly clean and due to the location towards a back yard surprisingly quiet – even though you are in the middle of Rome (20 minutes walk to St. Peter’s Basilica, the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps). And during the introduction by the Doorman Renato, nothing, really nothing at all is left out. Nadja is a friendly, untroubled and flexible hostess who responds to the wishes of her guests (e. g. a late check-out) – if possible. Communication with her is straightforward and reliable. On our next trip to Rome there is only one address: this one!

Perfect location and so comfortable

We really enjoyed staying at the Campo Dei Fiori apartment! It was so comfortable and homey to stay in. Big bathroom! Some basic things were provided in the well equipped kitchen and there were several little stores nearby to buy whatever else we wanted. The location couldn’t have been better. Everything was within 10-20 minutes walk. So many great places to eat and of course the market at Campo dei Fiori was 3 minutes away. We loved our stay!

A gem in the heart of Roma.

Nadia's apartment is superb: it is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, and fridge, excellent wifi service. Each room is decorated with taste and a great sense of aesthetic including the Terrazza for morning coffee or late afternoon aperitives. The kitchen is a bit small but you get used to it after a day. Renato, the concierge is always ready to help you and extremely helpful regarding how to proceed with the differentiating recycling system which can be a little bit intimidating, The apartment is in the heart of Roma, which allows you to walk to all tourist sites. My husband and I stayed here for a week and we genuinely felt that we were living like Romans. Thank you, Nadia and Renato.

This is a beautiful apartment, absolutely spotless, extremely well equipped, lots of hot water, very attractive & functional bathroom & shower, comfortable bed, lovely linens. great living room & a beautiful terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining. We definitely will come back. A true find in a great area, everything within walking distance. The only negative is that it is directly across the street from a fabulous bakery & equally great nearby restaurants. The owner was most helpful to insure everything was ready & that we had a great stay. Thank you.
