Loft artistique avec terrasse sur les toits anciens romains! Cette spectaculaire véritable studio de l'artiste possède l'une des meilleures vues de Trastevere. Cet appartement est idéal pour les couples qui veulent vraiment passer les nuits les plus romantiques sur les toits de la vieille Trastevere.
Le penthouse est très lumineux et confortable.
Il est situé au quatrième étage d'un immeuble ancien (sans ascenseur) dans un très joli quartier de Trastevere.
Composé d'un grand salon avec un lit double, une grande terrasse avec une table à manger et un canapé confortable en plein air, d'un coin cuisine entièrement équipée, une zone de belle entrée, table à manger et une salle de bain complète avec WC, lavabo, bidet et douche.
Complète avec des draps, serviettes, casseroles, vaisselle, bouilloire, grille pain, sèche-cheveux, TV satellite, Internet WIFI, chauffage et de climatisation.

Situé dans un très beau quartier de Trastevere, à côté de la Piazza Santa Cecilia.

L'appartement est à quelques pas de toutes les attractions principales.
Il est seulement de 3 à 20 minutes à pied à toutes les places et monuments célèbres: à 10 minutes du Forum romain et du Campo de Fiori (seulement 600 mètres), à moins de 15 minutes de la Piazza Navona, le Panthéon, le Colisée, la Fontaine de Trevi et S. Basilique Peters.

Il est à quelques pas de tous les bus et tramways (200 mètres) et pas très loin du métro (1200 mètres) (qui il n'y a pas besoin d'utiliser comme vous pouvez marcher ou prendre un court voyage sur un bus pour rejoindre la plupart des touristes endroits).
Il ya, bars, une épicerie, une boulangerie et restaurants juste à l'extérieur du bâtiment.

L'emplacement est le meilleur que vous pourriez souhaiter!

this place is AWESOME!!!location is perfect, far enough away from insane rome crowds but close enough to get almost anywhere within a 30 minute walk.so many great restaurants in a 200 metre radius - also bakeries and groceries! terrace is wonderful for morning coffee or afternoon nap. bed is extremely comfortable, and apartment is very well equipped.highly recommend, as long as you’re okay with 4 flights of stairs - great exercise!thanks for an amazing place luca.

We loved Luca’s apartment and the neighborhood. A short walk to all the tourist sites, yet a quiet and charming location with great restaurants. The apartment has a great view of the city and a very nice terrace. Luca is the best host - he has great advice and recommendations - don’t sleep on his restaurant reviews. He even arranged for our ride to the airport. The apartment is as described on the listing and we hope to return to the apartment the next time we are in Rome. Thank you Luca!!

This is a fantastic apartment for a individual or couple to stay near the center of the city. Plenty of sites and restaurants right from the apartment or short walk. The host made it very easy to find and get into. I will miss the balcony/terrace and it truly is a classic view. Would not hesitant to reserve this apartment again next time im in Rome.

An absolute storybook couple's stay. We loved the apartment, the area, and the hospitality so much. This was a fantastic apartment! The terrace was such a treat and we spent time there everyday. Luca was a gracious host and so easy to get in touch with. The apartment was wonderful with everything we needed. We used the kitchen every morning to make breakfast and were pleased to have everything we needed. The location in Trastevere was a great area. We enjoyed the food, churches, shops in the area and easily got to all the other areas in Rome. Hope we can return.

Nothing short of a movie set!! Absolutely adored this apartment- would come back in a flash!! Our hosts, Luca and Stefi, were great and ultra quick to reply with recommendations on things we were looking for in the neighborhood (e.g. a hairdresser to get a blowout for example!…Marco @ Maripier right around the corner is awesome! ), etc. The place is super well located, bring comfortable shoes to walk everywhere and off you go! As others have mentioned, there are no elevator in the building - as it’s usually the case in Trastevere, so travel light?Again, great experience.

Excellent stay! Luca was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants and such. Even accommodated us with an early check in. He stayed in touch with us once our train was delayed until we made it to the location. House is charming and as pictured. Easy walking distance to shopping and the Pantheon. Only down side to the property was because it was very centrally located to many restaurants, at night it can be noisy until around 0030-0100. Even considering that, we would absolutely rent again and have already recommended this to other friends coming in the future.

View from the patio is wonderful

The patio was amazing. My husband and I could spend hours sipping wine, watching the light change over the tops of the ancient buildings all around us. There were birds everywhere, and a birds-eye view over Trastevere to boot. The apartment was well equipped and in truly excellent location. Two small downsides for us - the bed was very firm, and the bathroom was in need of modernization.

Great Location & Value

My wife and I stayed in Luca's apartment for 5 nights in June 2014. (Apologies for the late review Luca). The apartment is small, but very comfortable and well appointed. Remember when in Rome... The terrace is amazing - the ideal spot for aperitivos and late night drinks. The area is fantastic. A great location from which to explore Rome - especially the Trastevere and Testaccio areas. Location, Location, Location

Luca's pleasant penthouse loft is on via dei genovese which is a bustling street in Trastevere with everything you need (many restaurants, and a bar, coffee shop, tabacco shop, grocery and dry cleaner). The apartment is small, but the large terrace with great view makes up for it. Luca, the owner, arranged transportation to and from the airport which was a great perk. Highly recommended. (Only 4 stars because bathroom is very small and hard to keep dry.)

Amazing nest in the Trastevere overlooking Rome.

The view is just what it promises. The aptly named artist loft is both those, decorated with very unique, provocative pieces. Luca and Roberta were very helpful and responsive. The apartment is right in the center of 7 little restaurants and a little store/deli across the street. After the heat of the day subsides the terrace is a beautiful place to lounge, dine, take in the vista and listen to the sound of the birds and the restaurants below(and the bells). (PS the a/c worked well to provide an afternoon respite). First off there is the stairs, so we did feel after a day of walking and taking groceries(use Maps to locate the stores) up, that the apartment and terrace afforded more than most restaurants could, so that is where we stayed and loved our evenings. The location was perfect, coupling the residential Trastavere with the proximity of the city across the Tiber. We were able to walk everywhere, taking advantage of the suprisingly (at least in June) under-used water bus which left from the Trastevere side of the Isola Tiberina to meander along the river to St Peters. A one-day, hop-on-off bought the first afternoon actually allowed us a full day the next. Able to reach the Pantheon, Colliseum (buy ticket at Pantheon first) and St Peters first. Then Parthenon, Trevi fountains and Spanish steps the second. Hectic, but we only had three days and the apartment was the perfect base for our visit. We were never able to complete a purchase for museums via the Italian website and could not face another line(queue). Perhaps we could have with better planning, bought tickets at offices elsewhere. Definitely recommended.
