We just came back from an amazing week in Ocean City and this property made it happen! Our first trip to the OC and I couldn’t be happier with the location I chose.. Right on the water in the bay, amazing sunsets... Neighbors are chill, it’s close to EVERYTHING yet tucked away n’ low key.. We took advantage of the community deck grilling out, kayaking is at the end of the strip... We watched boats, jet ski, paddle boarders, folks fishing on the dock as we sat on the two decks... yah u under 9th St bridge but that wasn’t even an issue 4 us, neither was the smell of low tide (either u like or u don’t).... Single mom 3 kids, we had plenty of room, A/C, laundry n’ kitchen.. John was great when I had any questions.... This mom will be back again next year ❤️🏖?

Beautiful vacation home on the bay!

We just got home from a wonderful week long stay at this vacation home on the bay. We loved feeling as though we were in our own home. We had plenty of room to move around which was great. We spent a lot of time on either of the private decks that overlook the water. Sunsets were breathtaking. We went kayaking for the first time, which was a very short walk from the house. The home was clean, beds were comfy, views were amazing, short walk to the shops, boardwalk and beach, and we even saw a few egret birds in the mornings from the decks. My husband and I, and our 13 year old twins really enjoyed staying at this beach house!

Another fabulous stay at this beautiful bayfront home

This was our second year staying at this beautiful bayfront home and we will be back again next summer if not during the off season! The views are top notch, home is very clean and in a nice quiet complex. Our kids love crabbing off the deck every day and we enjoy the peaceful evenings on the water. Kitchen is fully stocked and all necessities provided!

Wonderful experience all around!

This was our first year renting this property and we already plan to do it again. The owners were very accommodating with our questions and the few requests we made (pre and during our stay). The townhouse has 2 great decks facing the Bay & sunsets , just the right size for a foursome, one outside the 1st floor Living Room and one outside the second floor Master Bedroom. Plenty of bathrooms, nice to have the powder room on the first floor. The 2 parking spots allocated are right at the front door and made it very convenience. We were very familiar with Ocean City but we found new discoveries being by the Bay and in this part of town. Great places to eat, close to supermarket, drug store and shopping all in the immediate area.

Awesome OCNJ condo

We love OCNJ and really loved this rental, Could walk everywhere we needed to go but still felt away from it all once we came back to the house. My kids (10 and 7) really loved being able to hang out on the back deck admiring the bay, the bridge, and the docks. Quiet and comfortable and clean... what more could someone ask for :)
You will definitely like this rental if you like relaxing on the bay and all that OC has to offer.
