Ce en centre-ville 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison complète dans un endroit calme et pratique est à quelques pas de la plage, promenade, de shopping et d'excellents restaurants. La location est équipée avec un espace pour garer deux voitures (une dans un garage fermé). Détendez-vous dans le confort de la climatisation centrale ou siroter votre café du matin sur l'une des deux terrasses privées entièrement meublées. Le plafond cathédrale-ed grande chambre dispose d'une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. Votre groupe va dormir dans le confort dans les deux lits queen, deux ensembles de lits superposés et un futon pleine grandeur. The apartment was lovely and just what we needed for our stay in OC. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk and had parking for two cars. The host was easy to communicate with and provided all the info we needed well before we checked in.

This property is more than I could have hoped for. We had a girls weekend in september and the place was perfect. Close to the beach and amenities. The owner is a great guy who was helpful and accommodating. We will hopefully be booking again.

Great location and plenty of space!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was so much space and it was perfect for our lady's weekend! The location was great, right on Asbury near all of the shops and just a short walk to the beach. Only very, minor negative is that the living room furniture isn't the most comfortable. But when you're out and about that isn't a major deal. Would definitely stay here again!!

Clean and ready to enjoy when we arrived. Wifi access was easy, but my wife experienced weaker wifi in the back bedroom. The futon mattress in the living room area wasnt that comfortable. Easy four block walk to the boardwalk and beach.

Charming & close to the boardwalk

Overall we had a great experience. But when we arrived we didn’t realize there were so many stairs. It was a challenge Carrying luggage & food. The house was kind of stinky as well. However the kitchen was great for entertaining and rooms were comfy. We also enjoyed the patio! Thanks!

Sea breeze is located in the heart of OCNJ. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Lovely, clean and filled with all the amenities. Owners could not be nicer!

Great place to stay - didn’t want to leave.

We had an AWESOME time. 3 nights/ 4 days Beach and boardwalk was 3 blocks walking distance. My kids went to the pier/ boardwalk every night to enjoy the rides and the beach every afternoon. The family enjoyed the living space and the decks. The Condo was clean and neat. Jason (owner) was very accommodating - timely responses on everything we needed. We are looking forward to stay here again - next time 7 days — it’s worth it.

Delightful getaway

This apartment couldn't have been more perfect for our group of two grandparents, two parents, and four little boys. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood but within about 3 blocks from the beach - an easy walk. There were several good places to eat in the neighborhood, and a Wawa within a block. The four bunk beds were just right. The kitchen was well equipped, the TVs were good quality as was the wifi. Just be aware that the apartment is on the third floor so be in good enough shape to climb, especially with suitcases! My only suggestion - a plastic shower liner in addition to the cloth shower curtain in the shared bathroom, and a new shower head there. Thank you for letting us stay at Sea Breeze. The visit was too short and we hope to return some day.

The location of the property is great - easy to access beach and boardwalk. Great size of property for 2 families - we had 4 adults and 5 kids and everyone settled in perfectly. Had all the supplies we needed!

Terrific!

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend and the pictures don’t do any justice for how nice the condo was. We enjoyed our stay! Condo well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, books, and games! We would have liked more comfortable furniture in living room area. Futon made a really good bed but so so couch. We had a couple of rainy days so were all inside, 5 adults and two children. Also, too many steps!

We had a wonderful 1st time in OC and this condo was in a terrific location close to so much....beach, boardwalk, shopping, ice cream!! The property was very clean and up to date and I would definitely recommend to others. It was so nice to have so many extras such as the garage with all the beach stuff you would need (although we had brought our own there was no need to bring it), the front and back decks, the games and videos, washer/dryer and all the comforts of home cooking several meals in ....so thanks for sharing your home with us....7 of us were very comfortable! Loved the décor of the condo as well. Best Ice Cream at Johnny B Goodes & Hobby Horse Great eats at Cousins & Chatterbox Best cheesesteak on boardwalk at Cone Appetite Nice downtown shopping

A great Ocean City rental

This property was great for our family. It is clean and well organized. The 3 bedrooms and convertible futon provide plenty of sleeping options. The kitchen is stocked with all of the cooking necessities. It is in a great location - close to the beach and the boardwalk as well as ice cream, mini mart and shopping on Asbury Avenue. Our favorite part is the deck overlooking Asbury Ave. We enjoyed morning coffee and breakfasts and night-time chats out on the deck. The owner is prompt and courteous with all communication. We highly recommend this property.
