Cette maison située au centre offre un accès facile à tout ce que Granby Ranch a à offrir. Descendez facilement les pistes, car vous serez à quelques pas de l'ascenseur Kicking Horse et, à la fin de la journée, descendez vers le porche arrière. Lorsque vous prenez une pause sur les pistes, essayez la raquette ou le ski nordique et par temps chaud, passez votre temps à explorer les grands espaces en faisant de la randonnée, du vélo, du golf et de la pêche, ou parcourez huit kilomètres à Granby et faites-vous plaisir magasins et restaurants. Veuillez ne pas vous garer dans l'allée devant le garage. Cette allée est utilisée pour faire demi-tour et doit rester dégagée.

The house and location were perfect, just what I was looking for in a month long stay at a smaller ski mountain and ski in/ski out. The proximity to winter activities at the YMCA of the Rockies, Winterpark, Town of Fraser made this an ideal spot for family and friends to visit and my kids have plenty to do from skiing Granby Ranch, pool and gymnastics at the Fraser Rec Center and sledding right in the backyard.

Cozy getaway

Loved the layout of house. We brought 11 people and there was a fussball table- games and cozy loft and comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked and the coffee bar was adorable! Great location lots of fun things to do nearby- grocery shopping easily accessible..

Perfect mountain getaway

This house has everything you could possibly need whether you are visiting in the summer or winter. It’s close to everything, super clean, and fully stocked - kitchen, games, amenities, you name it!

Spring Break Trip

This house was perfect for our family of 7 and 2 pets. The house was well stocked with everything needed. It was conveniently located near ski in and out lift. Grocery store was across the street from entrance to resort. The hot tub did not work, but we were notified before our trip and compensated with a credit. I highly recommend this rental!

The house was clean upon arrival and exactly as shown in the listing. It was a very short walk to the kicking horse run and having the ski closet as well as hot tub were fantastic. The beds were comfortable. No complaints, would love to go back.

great place to bring your pup

Our family was traveling with our family dogs. House was a little tired, but very understandable considering up to 4 dogs. Pictures make the rooms appear larger than they are. We were a family of 5, not sure how you would accommodate up to 11.

Nice house - issues with hot tub

The house was nice and very clean and was enough space for our family. We had issues with the hot tub and communicated those issues with the property management. The hot tub only worked for two days. We chose this property because it had a hot tub and was disappointed when we had issues with getting it to work properly.

Excellent place for a gathering

This home has all the necessary amenities, and once we got the hot tub working, it was great. The backyard opens up to a trail, which in the winter is a perfect sled hill. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with pots and cooking utensils, and basement was great to play in. Fireplace was nice to warm up by after playing in the snow. Our only issues were with Vacasa. Their contact for problems isn’t local, and due to a vaulted ceiling smoke alarm battery chirp, and cold hot tub, I was on the phone with many of them trying to get help. They were nice but couldn’t help us. No one came the first night (even though multiple agents said someone would) so we didn’t sleep well due to the loud chirping. Vacasa didn’t offer any apology or partial refund which surprised us as they are a large company. I will not rent with Vacasa again, but loved this house.

June 2022 Granby Visit

The location is beautiful. We found the house small for 5 adults in regards to the kitchen and living room. The hot tub didn't work and we asked for a refund but haven't received. The outlets in the loft area as well as the master bedroom tv didn't work but am hopeful they will for the next renters. The house allows pets so we found a lot of pet hair in the carpet and stuff under the bed from previous renters. However, we did contact the cleaning company and they were great about responding to our needs. For the price they are charging, we were expecting a cleaner and more spacious home where the amenities all worked. Although it was very cozy and had a very small patio in the back with no furniture there was a nice grill. We enjoyed the close proximity to hiking trails and beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable. If I could give it a 2.5 I would, it's not quite up to par but is a great location, just needs some TLC if they are wanting to charge the rental price they are charging.

Wonderful property and location! But parking and some maintenance issues could be addressed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The ski in/ski out was absolutely perfect. The host also had extra little amenities that made for a wonderful stay. However, there was a couch in the garage that made it so my vehicle (Subaru Ascent) could not fit inside. Also, while there was a shovel, there was a large buildup of ice on in the parking spot to the left of the garage that rendered it inoperable. We had two cars (which was approved per the listing) and we both utilized the spots across from the house. The master bathroom was great, but the other two bathrooms had very leaky shower heads, and the main floor bathtub backplate was pulling away from the wall. I messaged the host through the app to let them know about the maintenance issues, and ask if there were any tools/tricks to make the parking spot outside the garage available. I then followed that message up with 5 photos. The host responded initially responded that they saw the pictures, but needed amplifying information because they never saw the first message with the text. I sent two subsequent messages to the host but never received any reply. We would 100% stay again, but would plan to get there before the weekend crowd arrived to secure parking.

We had a wonderful time on our ski trip. We loved the ski-in/ski-out feature of this home—it made getting on and off the mountain incredibly easy. Even better, we were able to bring along our most loyal family companions, our dogs!The home is warm, cozy, and has everything you could possibly need already stocked. I was very impressed with all the thoughtful extras they had available for just about any situation -whether you’re traveling with small children or pets.Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a great place to enjoy a ski vacation and the mountains.

A wonderful family get away!

Enough rooms, bathrooms and space for everyone to enjoy family time and personal space. We rented for our daughters wedding and had multiple family members stay with us. there was plenty of room to make the dining room a makeshift beauty parlor the morning of the wedding and still have room for all the other family to do their thing. Beautiful wildlife everywhere and kind neighbors. Thank you for sharing your home.
