Come visit this beautiful unit 167 at Summerhouse Beach and Racquet Club. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this unit comes equipped with enough space for the entire family. This unit has had a recent remodel and is upgraded throughout. Master bedroom has a king bed with built in twin bed for added sleep capacity and the guest bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk bed as well. Summerhouse has 4 Heated Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 4 Pickle ball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, and Shuffle Board. There are 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. There is a small Book Library and a Fitness Room available during normal business hours.

My kids loved the bunks and the kid nook. We did have to kill two roaches and the bed sheets were not made on the bed it was only partially done under the main cover. Overall we would stay there again.

The living room was cozy and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Watching sunrises with a cup of coffee and hand listening to the waves on the balcony was my favorite morning ritual while vacation. The property was phenomenal with beautiful beach access, three gorgeous pools, and all the sports activities we could dream of interacting with. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

We were on the 2nd floor and it’s an oceanfront and view. We loved coming here, but unfortunately we will not be returning to Summerhouse again. They decided to raise the weekly rate for 2026 by additional $1,000. In our opinion, that’s too much of a jump in the price. Unfortunately, we will have to search other properties in the area that are more affordable.

It was very clean and appeared to have been recently remodeled. The direct ocean front view was wonderful. The boys loved the heated pools. The property staff was great, but we really only saw them checking in & out because we didn’t have any issues during our stay. We loved our stay and definitely hope to be able to go back!

My kids and I enjoyed this much needed get away at the Summerhouse. I grew up spending a week or two during the summer here at Crescent Beach so this is a place I love. I've stayed in a few different condos, and the accommodations in 167 were the best! This particular condo is a little larger than the others and it is super comfortable. Thank you Summerhouse for another great vacation! My kids and I needed this time together.

The weather this year was colder and windier than usual but you could usually dress warmer on top and still go barefoot to walk the beach. You could not do that in the winter in Wisconsin. The Summerhouse Snowbird's group is a friendly, social group that organizes all kinds of fun, active experiences that you can join in each day that you are here...pickleball league, golf, yoga, Zumba classes, water aerobics, historic tours, dances, potluck dinners, game nights and more. It's a great to spend your winter months! Thank you owners of 167 for making this possible for me.

MYFAMILY GOES FOR AN ANNUAL REUNION EVERY WEEK OVER THE FOURTH OF JULY AND WE LOVE IT. IT ISN'T FANCY BUT IT HAS EVERYTHING 4 DIFFERENT GENERATIONS IN A LARGE FAMILY CAN ENJOY! I’ve never stayed at a condo before with such a stocked kitchen for all the vacation essentials. Cooking pots and pans were great and there were plastic cups for kids, and even leftover containers.

Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Summerhouse before and love how the second floor oceanfront units’ views make it seem like you’re on a boat; all you see is water! My kids loved the board games and toys loaded in this unit. We all enjoyed the modern decor. There was mildew growing in the master shower. They had cleaners available under the sink that I used to take care of it. Two concerns apply to Summerhouse rather than than the specific unit. There was garbage in out of the way spots (bottles and wrappers in the cozy nook in the master closet) and the scratchy sheets are always a bummer.

The only complaint was there were only eight bath towels which was fine for most of our stay but a problem when our kids visited on the weekend since the washing machine was so small. I would definitely stay there again, loved walking on the beach and having wine on the balcony. I would LOVE to rent again for the month of March 2021!

Summerhouse Snowbird

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My extended family and I have been vacationing at Summerhouse for over 30 years. Summerhouse has been an ideal facility for our large July week long family gatherings. I now also come here for the winter months and have found it to be an ideal choice for me because of the Summerhouse Snowbirds, a large group of about 200 adults (active seniors) who have worked hard during their lives and now want to enjoy their retirement years. The Snowbirds can be characterized by their upbeat, positive attitudes, love of laughter and friendly socializing. They also love to be active with daily pickle ball games, weekly golf outings, regular exercise classes, along with classes in Mah Jongg and Bridge. They also host a bookclub and take local historical sightseeing tours. Information about new activities is posted daily in the mailroom. New ideas are always welcome.Summerhouse does a wonderful job of maintaining their beautifully landscaped grounds with 4 swimming pools (some heated), several tennis courts, pickle ball courts, playgrounds, picnic and meeting facilities and one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever encounter in all your travels.The front office staff are friendly and most helpful. Any shopping needs that you might have can be met with a short drive down the island or across the bridge to the mainland. Restaurants are plentiful and generally quite good yet reasonably priced. Weather is cooler here then most of the rest of Florida but warmer then most other states...a great combination for anyone seeking a "get away" vacation!

The extra hidden bedroom was a huge hit with my daughter! The view and location was perfect. The beds and couches were comfortable and the kitchen had all the things you need.
