Totalement rénové 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain en bord de mer plat. Comptoirs en quartz et carreaux 16x16 dans la cuisine et les salles de bain. Carreaux de grain de bois dans les espaces salon / chambre. Salle de bain principale élargie avec portes de douche en verre transparent. Cuisine très bien équipée avec passage élargi pour des sièges supplémentaires et une plus grande vue sur l'océan. King, deux lits jumeaux, canapé-lit, trois téléviseurs (écran plat, smart TV avec votre mot de passe, HI-DEF dans le salon et la chambre principale) stéréo. Barbecue au charbon de bois Weber, fenêtres et curseurs à fort impact et service Internet haute vitesse. Volets de plantation partout. À Summerhouse, nous avons 4 piscines à température régulée au choix sur la propriété, ce qui rend la baignade confortable toute l'année! Il y a également quatre courts de tennis, deux courts de racquetball et un terrain de pickleball. Nous avons deux zones de grillades et deux aires de jeux pour les enfants idéalement situées à chaque extrémité de la propriété. Notre espace commun autour des piscines est couvert d'herbe luxuriante et bien entretenue à quelques pas de la plage. Notre unité de location dispose d'un personnel de réception convivial et d'une maintenance sur place pour aider à résoudre rapidement tout problème s'il devait survenir. Nous avons une petite bibliothèque et une salle de sport disponibles pendant les heures normales de bureau pour votre commodité.

The ice maker did not work, the refrigerator door has a shelf missing, the sliding glass door wont lock, the window shade on the back door is missing several slats.

Thank you for your review on 258! Our owners of this unit have replaced the ice maker in the refrigerator, installed a new back slider and have also replaced those vertical blinds with beautiful modern drapes!

It is in great shape, has everything you need, and it is perfectly located overlooking the beach. We will continue to go back every year!

This time it wasn’t cleaned. Main carpet full of stains. Linens and blankets rolled up and placed on the floor. Missing blinds and dish ware. Holes in the wall behind a chair. Never had this experience which made me wonder if the condo was cleaned? Took a lot of pictures and notified management. Just wanted to relax but had to clean on the first day!

Love the condo but a few things need fixing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying in this condo, so we definitely like it. But the old TV’s in the bedrooms need to be updated to true smart TVs. We were stuck watching cable or just Netflix. No other apps. I almost went and bought new TVs. That’s how aggravating that was. The vertical blinds are a disaster. Constantly falling. Please replace them with curtains on a track that you just pull across. Mold on master bath ceiling needs remediation. Likely caused by bathroom vent not working. Overhead fan in guest bedroom also not working. One shelf from pantry needs to be removed from the bottom so a trash can can fit in there. The oversized trash can provided takes up way too much room in a small space. We do love this condo, so hopefully these things get fixed and we will stay there again.

2 Weeks in Unit 258

Our 2 weeks was very relaxing and the unit met all our needs. Unit 258 is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Kind of eerie at night. You feel someone is watching you! Something going on with plug behind the sofa. Lamp to the right wasn’t working, tried switching bulb from the other, but that wasn’t it. So we switched lamps, had to use an extension cord for it to work from another plug. View wasn’t the best for the ocean. (Bushes a tad high)But understand about erosion.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SH 258 is a wonderful unit! Location: Excellent! Kitchen: Excellent!! Beds: Super Comfortable as well as the furniture. Note: Bathtub could use reglazing or replacement.Please note: A broom and dust pan needed and new throw rugs would be a plus.Cleaning crew doing a nice job using Lysol products but need to note attention to the shower door tracks in both bathrooms.
