Highly recommend

As a family of 6 this property was a perfect retreat as we visited beaches and springs in the Tampa Bay Area. Very quiet, beds comfy and the kayaks were enjoyed! If ever in the area again would stay here for sure.

Plenty of Space to Relax w/Family

We celebrated Thanksgiving here with family. The open floor plan and well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook a big meal together and play card games at the table. It was a perfect place to relax with family!

This place is so beautiful! The views are fantastic. As a matter of fact we only left to dine at the nearby restaurants which there are many.

What a wonderful welcoming home. The view from the living room is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The pool was delightful. We will absolutely be booking again!

Lovely Location

The house was amazing and location was as well. However, the 3rd Bedroom has no wall/door which made it a little awkward for person in that bed.. it would be fine for kids but not 3 separate adults couples. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

The minute you step in you feel very comfortable. There’s everything you need. Sitting on the screened patio and napping on the lounge chairs is awesome. Restaurants and shopping are very close. Great Sunsets

We were very happy with our choice of property to stay to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The house was amazing and as nice as described. We only wish the pool had a heater as the water was too cold for our preference, but that was a deal killer. The sunsets from the pool area were some of the best that we have witnessed in our travels. The hosts were ready and available to us with text messages. Over all I would give 6 stars if that were an option.

Girls Birthday Getaway

I will be back - this property has it all! The only downside was the distance to Tampa (mainly because most of the highways are stoplights every mile or so until you get far enough out), but this property is worth the extra drive time! Loved the amenities that they provide (kayaks, W/D, beach towels, etc) and the setup of the home. This is a 5 star property to me! There are some great restaurants nearby, as well as shopping. Quiet neighborhood, which is what we were looking for.

Serene Property & Great Launching spot for day trips

Gorgeous home that that strike the balance of being well-appointed yet very comfortable. We used this as home base for trips to see the manatee if Crystal River, Clearwater beaches and the stunning river in Weeki Wachee state park. Great host and the beach chairs and kayaks made it all easy. We hope to be back.

Get-away

The house was beautiful and very spacious. We loved the gorgeous view and the use of the pool...although cold. Having the kayaks and bikes were a plus, which were the reasons we booked this property--along with a full kitchen. Though the house and it's street was upkept, the surrounding neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but the house felt secured and was conveniently located in an area that was easy to go to other places. We enjoyed traveling to nearby springs, state parks, and cute little towns.

Family Vacation

I highly recommend this property for any and all family vacations. The huge island in the kitchen is a place to laugh and share memories while enjoying cooking in the top notch kitchen. The sunset views are breathtaking and a must see every evening. My 18 and 20 year old children were never bored with a private dock, pool, kayaks, and fishing gear. We absolutely adored this home and the peacefulness on the gulf.

Amazing getaway!

This home was absolutely perfect for our wedding anniversary, we are very happy to have such an experience. There were issues with a few things upon arrival, but the hosts immediately corrected and made it right. We were beyond grateful. The amenities were impressive as we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets each evening alongside the pool as well as fishing at the dock. This is definitely a hidden gem and we will be back again soon. Beautiful Location, home & views

The home is absolutely beautiful. The layout is perfect for Families, very roomy and very clean. Completely renovated and everything we could need and more. The views are truly incredible, beautiful skies and waters. The amenities , especially the Kayaks and fishing gear, what a bonus to just row through the waters. If your lucky like we were, you'll see some Manatees. Just a bonus :0) Pictures do not do it justice, very impressive. The owners were just as wonderful to work with. At last minute we wanted to come a day early and then made arrangements. They checked on us via text a few times, just to make sure all was well. ( it was better than well... it was fantastic ) We loved the area, and will absolutely stay again. I would Highly Recommend. Thank you for everything!!!!

Vacation perfection!

Vacation perfection! This was our favorite rental so far! Kilano Kove is perfect!! The decor was gorgeous, kitchen was a joy to cook in.. perfectly stocked! This rental had everything we needed. My girls get much use out of the beautiful pool. And I was excited to catch Sheepshead, a 4 foot gar, yellow Jack, stingray and cat fish off the dock! My girls were also excited to see manatees in the cove! We will definitely stay again…

Girls Trip

We had such an amazing time in Hudson! The house is perfect, everything anyone would need. Parts of the house have been recently renovated by the looks of it. The kitchen is beautiful! The Kayaks and bikes are an extra special, fun touch. I’ll say the only down fall for us was the lack of pillows. Each bed had 2, as flat as pancakes! We did reach out and asked for more and they brought us 2 more that day. Also, the host asks you to bring the chairs and tables out of the garage and into the pool area and put them back before checkout. I personally feel that is something that should be done by the management/cleaning people. They’re heavy and cumbersome. I believe it may be very hard for some guests to be able to do that on there own as well. Other then that, it was perfect!!

Perfect family home with amazing views!

We were in town visiting family and needed a place for our family to stay. The property was perfect! The house was spotless, well appointed and gorgeous! The location was convenient and close to everything, even a bait shop! We were impressed with the level of communication and kindness of the homeowners. We look forward to another stay.

Much needed!!!

This house was the perfect escape for me and my family!!! It came with everything we could ever need to make us feel like we were home! Only with our own pool and an amazing view!!!!!!
