Welcome!

The Bungalow is located on spacious and deep canals & across from a bird sanctuary for privacy, views, fishing and wildlife. This home is clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need to feel at home including newer beds and furniture + outdoor dining table and Blackstone grill with grilling utensils. **Step free entrance and access to all areas + grab bar at shower and shower seat available.

Enjoy kayaks, nearby sand bar dock covered boat lift & dock—you're just minutes to the gulf and a nearby Marina is convenient for gassing up and grabbing ice for the day or renting a boat. (We can also recommend 2 great captains to take you snorkeling, fishing, shelling or just cruising!)

Enjoy views from the sunroom, covered patio or deck,
and you may see manatees, dolphins, birds, diverse sea life and fish. If you must work, the internet is high speed and the views will ease your pain ;)

We are convenient to nearby local restaurants including Get Hooked for fresh fish or Skinny's for the best wings. (Get Hooked will also clean & cook your catch) Take the kids to our local Hudson ice cream parlor—always a line but worth the wait! And there's a craft brewery within walking distance offering food truck fare from several local restaurants.

Honeymoon Island Beach (dog friendly section) is 45 minutes away. You can go north to Weekee Wachi to see the world famous mermaids show or visit the sponge docks in Tarpon Spring 30 minutes away, a cute little Greek town (we highly recommend Rusty Bellies for lunch) You are 2 hours away from Disneyworld parks and about an hour to Bush Garden,

We have a ring doorbell for everyone's security, that can view cars in the driveway as well as the boat lift.

Very clean new small kitchen appliances. Well stocked fishing supplies. My little poodle was easy to care for. This is a safe place to stay for my 3 weeks.this old lady was very happy all the way around. Both owners excelled in hospitality and should receive a good host award.

Business trip to Hudson Florida

The view was excellent on the canal. Our host recommended an awesome restaurant for dinner. She was so friendly and accommodating. If in the area again, and we hope so soon, we would definitely love to stay again.

Great place to relax and recharge

Wonderful location, quiet neighborhood, beautiful water view. Great place to relax, close to Hudson Beach and lots of restaurants. Our favorite was Inn on the Gulf. Trish was so accommodating and allowed us to stay for the afternoon when our flight had been delayed.

Great place to stay and the Host is spectacular

Cozy spot with great views and great fishing. Access to everything in the area was at your fingertips no matter which way you went. Top that with a host that makes sure you have more than everything you need and cares about your stay on her property. Top notch in my book.

Family Retreat

Extremely peaceful, close to everything. Coffee in the morning on that dock was priceless. It is beautifully decorated and seating in many places to enjoy the view. This is my go to rental should I need one again in this area.

Dolphins and manatee

We took advantage of the kayaks and were thrilled to see so much sea life. Manatee and dolphins, sting rays and horseshoe crabs and so many beautiful birds. Nice place, cordial hosts.

Clean and quiet

Pleasantly surprised

We didn't know much about the area prior to staying and chose this place due to it's proximity to Anclote island. We had opportunities in the evenings to check out local restaurants and hang out spots and found plenty to do and a lot of great food. The host was very accommodating and the rental was very comfortable which all added up to a relaxing weekend.

Scalloping trip

We chose this property for our annual July 4th scalloping trip and would love to stay again in the future! Trish was wonderful, the house was immaculately clean and had everything you could need. Trish was available and responsive when we had questions and she had a lot of knowledge of the area. Would recommend!

Wonderful

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless and equipped with everything you would need. Thrish Even had a bottle of wine for us. We spent a lot time relaxing in the sunroom, watching boats dolphins and birds. Home is located in a great spot. Close to everything. Would love to return.

Great Vacation Spot!

This place was amazing, great quiet location on the water. It was so relaxing and my husband and i really hated to leave. The home owners made us feel welcome and even left us a bottle of wine. Beds are comfy, plenty of towels and kitchen had pretty much everything you needed also. Maybe just bring salt & pepper. Sitting out back on the water with a fishing pole in the water was the absolute best, getting some sun and we even saw mantees smimming by. We caught a few fish, threw them back cause we just were catching for fun. I would recommend and hoping we'll be back in the future.

Wonderfull Waterfront Signal Cove Bungalow

Great water view home with dock/boat lift on deep canal to gulf. Really enjoyed the lighted outdoor dock, lounge chairs and outside patio with grill. Home is very comfy an spacious for big family. The guys enjoyed Keurig cups for quick early morning coffee when headed out fishing. Trish & Dennis are awesome hosts, great communication and very prompt reply to requests an questions. Minutes from grocery, Walmart, and local restaurants . We brought our boat, thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ the Bungalow! Thanks Trish & Dennis

SPRING OF 2023

This was hands down the cleanest rental we have stayed at on VRBO. Trish and Dennis are top notch. property owners/ managers of this home. They are also very nice people. and make sure that you have an excellent stay. They take pride in the property.We saw dolphins several times in the canal. It was very peaceful and quiet, outdoor spaces are very inviting and the house was very comfortable and well stocked. The sun porch was one of the favorite rooms for us. We look forward to returning next year.

The Bungalow

We spent a month at The Bungalow. We found it to be comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The sunroom was lovely on the cooler days. The kitchen had most everything we needed for cooking meals. Trish was quick to respond to any needs or requests and definitely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Trish and Dennis are new owners of the property and there are still some areas that need updating (master bath) but I am sure they will take care of those updates when time permits. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Excellent week in Hudson

The house was great and working with Trish even better. The house is exactly as it looks on the pictures. Very clean when we arrived, along with a bottle of wine from Trish! She was very accommodating, and anything that came up (Keurig not working, she replaced immediately). Got to use both of the kayaks which was an added plus to the rental. The boat lift was a huge benefit with our boat, especially with the tides. I wouldn't recommend any rental without a boat lift if you are going to have a boat. Only issue we ran in to which has nothing to do with the rental but more of the location of the rental is dealing with the channel that you have to follow to get out in to the Gulf! All my years of boating have I ever dealt with something like that. We would highly recommend this house for a great time on the Gulf coast! Thanks Trish!

I grew up in NW IL, went to college in KY (go wildcats!) and have lived in FL for 25+ years. Hudson is our happy place! With demanding jobs and 2 kids, we made a couple short trips each month to our 2nd home
.kayaking, fishing, watching the dolphins and manatees was a great way to unwind and reground ourselves. Hudson is now “home” and our rental is a great way to share all those things with others, which is why we picked a similar location :-)

Signal Cove is a quiet and friendly neighborhood, walking distance to a local craft brewery that has food trucks and music on the weekends. Within 5-10 minutes of restaurants, shopping, marinas and less than an hour to beaches.
