Maravilla 2104 est une unité du rez-de-chaussée entièrement rénovée dans le bâtiment deux. Bien qu'il y ait une petite vue sur l'eau de cette unité, le plus grand avantage est l'incroyable facilité d'accès depuis la plage, la piscine et le condo. Les clients ont commenté combien ils apprécient de pouvoir se rendre aux barbecues, à la piscine, à la plage et plus encore.

Excellent Stay!

My family and I have stayed at this property and exact condominium for 5 years in a row. We couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot! Always clean, comfortable and literally only steps away from the beach. I recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the beach with pets.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. We have stayed in multiple units and this is my favorite so far. The refrigerator started to shut down and within an hour it was fixed. It does need some new skillets but everything else was perfect. This unit had the best tv programming options. Anyone with kids can appreciate this. Will be rebooking for next year!

Great condo close to the beach

This is a great spot to stay! Central to the outlets and Destin. Plenty of parking and easy access to the beach! Newly remodeled and very well done. Very well stocked with essentials for a week or longer stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot in Miramar

Our family was completely happy with our stay at Maravilla. The bottom unit was so convenient for our dogs to go right out to potty and so quick to get to pool or the beach. Condo was exceptionally clean! It’s definitely the best location in Miramar!

Beautiful place and location

The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. I’m using a cane to walk after 5 knee surgeries over the past 6 months so it was nice to have a ground floor unit close to the handicap parking.

Beautiful inside and out

We have been coming to Maravilla for over ten years and this condo was the best we have ever stayed in. The décor and art are exquisite and the location is amazing. Dealing with the owners was so easy and very friendly. All the little extras will make you want to come back for more. Thanks again.

Property as described. Updated and very modern compared to other units we've rented. Great location especially close to the beach! Easy load in and out. Can't predict the weather so it was a bad week rain wise but a bad day at the beach is still better then a good day at work! Highly recommend! At least took our mind off covid!

Everything was perfect

We love the room, location, beach was 250 feet from the door of the condo, pool was 75 feet from the condo, everything from the utensils to the furniture were top notch. Out of all the great things this place had, I only found one thing that was perfect. You do have beach service that comes with room, but you have to be out on beach at 7:00 am every morning to reserve a good umbrella and chairs. Also I did tip Matt and his crew everyday and they were really friendly. But this will not hold us back from renting again.
