Villa Holu est exceptionnellement grande belle villa individuelle, avec sa propre piscine entourée par un grand paysager antique terrasses de marbre, avec abondance de plantes et de pots antiques. Une vue imprenable sur la baie de Kalkan et à environ 200m de la mer. Construit en 2004 et rénové en 2014 et 2017, il offre 4 chambres dans la maison principale, toutes avec leur propre salle de bains privative et ayant une vue fantastique. Air conditionné dans toutes les chambres et la cuisine / salon. Il ya une chambre / salle de bains et une cuisine plus spacieuse dans l'annexe. Le grand plan ouvert moderne salon / cuisine est très bien équipée. La villa a PlasmaTV, Sky TV et lecteur DVD. Tous les planchers interne est de marbre cool. Dehors, il ya un barbecue intégré et une grande surface couverte pouvant accueillir 10 pour manger al fresco. Il ya doux fauteuils confortables et un éclairage discret pour l'apéritif et à asseoir et profiter du coucher de soleil. Salle de jeux avec billard pleine grandeur professionnels ventilateurs de table / bar / salle. Il ya aussi une table de tennis de table à l'extérieur.

We travel to Kalkan a lot and usually stay in a hotel but we had our family with us so decided to go for a villa, Villa Holu was outstanding it had everything you would need and had some lovely touches such as a pool table and table tennis table. The pool was amazing and the grandchildren loved it together with plenty of space and beds / seats / tables etc. The communication was great and easy to understand which makes it a lot easier when the flights arrive in the middle of the night!!Brilliant holiday and brilliant villa!

Fabulous Villa

Well appointed spacious villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Large pool, comfortable and different outdoor seating areas, fantastic views, well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. Alex is super helpful and organised transfers and gave tips on tours. Really efficient management team on hand to make your holiday effortless. Slightly out of town but we like the chilled out location, and really easy to get into town by water or land taxi. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return again and again and again

Beautiful Villa

We have just had the most amazing family holiday in Villa Holu. It is exactly as listed. The Villa, pool, games room and surrounding area were just perfect for a family holiday with teenage boys. The location is ideal as you are away from the noise and chaos in the centre of town but can get in so easily for gorgeous roof top restaurants, boat trips and watersports. The communication with the villa owner was great and it is managed really well once you arrive. Honestly the perfect holiday!

Great villa in wonderful location

Villa Holu is in a great location just outside Kalkan. The villa itself is fantastic: well equipped, a lovely pool, a games room and many outside spaces to relax and admire the views or eat together as a group. No need for a hire car as the local taxi services are cheap and efficient. The booking process was easy and Alex the property owner was helpful and quick to answer any pre-trip queries. All in all a wonderful time in first rate accommodation was had by our party of seven adults and two small children. Thank you Alex.

Amazing Villa with stunning views a return is a must.

A party of 9 ladies just had the most wonderful week at the Villa Holu, everything we could have asked for and more. The villa is beautifully kept the rooms bright and airy all with air conditioning. The pool was just lovely crystal clear water and the space around it was excellent plenty of places to sit and relax. We had a mid stay clean which was fantastic cannot thank all the staff enough for their attentiveness bringing fresh bread and water everyday. Absolutely beautiful villa I wish I owned it, thank you Alex for allowing us to stay In this amazing Villa we had the most fantastic week.

Kalkan Bliss!

We stayed at Villa Holu during the October half term break and had a wonderful time. The villa was as described and the location was lovely with beautiful views. There are restaurants and stores nearby and you can walk into town in about 15-20 mins. The villa is large and bright and well equipped with everything you would need. There are sunbeds, a choice of seating areas outdoors and table tennis. The pool room was a definite bonus where we enjoyed a drink and pool competitiond at night. Alex arranged our transfers for us and was always quick to reply to my emails. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Villa Holu.

Lovely Comfortable Villa

Lovely spacious villa with lots of areas to escape to. The pool was area was nice and good views across the bay, plenty sun loungers and umbrellas. We were a bit disappointed with the table tennis table and equipment which had seen better days. The bedrooms were all spacious and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. For days that we were in and needed to cook we did struggle with the kitchen a bit due to a lack equipment, such as baking trays, newer saucepans, grill for the oven etc. However, we got by and it wasn’t a major problem. Lovely to have the bread delivered every morning and great also that replacement water for the cooler was available by just messaging the Villa management who would drop by with a new one. This was our third trip to Kalkan and as always we had a great holiday.

Thanks for reviewing our villa. I take your point about the table tennis table and a new one us on order. I'm surprised that you thought the kitchen poorly equipped as I bought all new saucepans and frying pans prior to your arrival. I will ask my Manager to investigate this and the lack of a grill! A fabulous villa with stunning views

We have had a wonderful stay in Villa Holu. Inside the villa bedrooms are spacious with large comfortable beds and masses of storage space. The en-suite bathrooms have lovely big walk-in showers with plenty of hot water. The kitchen/lounge is open plan and a good size, and the kitchen is well equipped. The exterior of the property is fantastic, with plenty of outdoor spaces for a large adult family group to either relax together or enjoy a bit of quiet time as couples or smaller groups. The infinity pool is a lovely touch, with stunning views beyond. Beware though if, like us, you are staying late in the season as the pool is not heated and although the sun still felt hot, the water was extremely cold! Table tennis and the pool table were enjoyed by all too. Kisla itself is a small quiet town a couple of miles from Kalkan. It is walkable but does feel a bit of a trek - especially up the hill leaving the villa! We were glad of our hire car for popping to the supermarket and going out for evening meals etc, although taxis are easy to come by and not expensive.

A faboulus villa in a faboulus place!

We were a company of 9 old (65+) Friends who have rented villas many times But this was the best villa ever! Located with a wonderful seaview and Sunset and with a high Quality standard in every of the five en suite bedrooms with a blalcony/terrace for every room. The large pool and terracce area were perfect for sunbathing and al fresco dining in the shade. Three nice restaurants and a Beach in walking distance , if somewhat hilly, and a boat shuffle to the lovely nearby Kalkan Town fullfilled the lovely stay at this wonderful villa! The services provided by Tamer and Under were also just perfect and discrete performed and fresh bread every day were very appreciated! A lovely villa in a wonderful place! Will be back!!! We were a party of six adults and we had a fantastic stay at Villa Holu. The facilities were fab, pool and terraces all maintained to a high standard. Table tennis and pool room great fun. BBQ also good and the pool man very kindly cleaned it for us and took all our empties!! We shall definitely be returning.

Lived up to our expectations

Villa Holu was exactly like the photographs. Everything about it was stylish, comfortable, well equipped, well located, stunning views and more... All correspondence with the owners was prompt, helpful and friendly. Our party of 8 included 4 teenagers who were thrilled with the games room and table tennis not to mention the good wi-fi connection. We would definitely recommend this villa and would not hesitate in returning ourselves. Thank you

Villa Holu

Villa Holu is absolutely beautiful. The house is large, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and a joy to be in. The views are magnificent and the snooker room and table tennis a fabulous bonus for our teenage family. Our family ranged from 11 years old to 67 and all our needs were met. Alex, the owner, is wonderful and ensured our stay was perfect. We hope to go back many times in the future.

Beautifully presented

This was a convenient spot - ideally located for the beach clubs and the sea taxi to Kalkan town for the evenings. The house is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean with lots of space and having the pool and table tennis table was great with two teenage boys. The villa itself was everything we could have wished for and the outside areas of the house were equally stunning and very well cared for. If I was to make one constructive comment I would have preferred the photos to be little more honest - the 'main' road of Kisla approaches the villa down a hill which makes part of the terrace in full view of those approaching and the houses directly in front of the villa are not shown either. I'm sure to 99/100 people neither of these matter but uninterrupted views and a feeling of away from it all are important to us and if they are for you then this isn't your villa.

Palatial Paradise

Absolutely stunning, first class accommodation. Bit of a cliché but the photos really do not do this place justice. The views and sunset from every where in the house are breathtaking. Kalkan itself is a hidden gem, I shall return. Thank you Alex for allowing us the use of your beautiful home.
